Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Evelyn wasn't even in the Regime anymore. And yet, somehow, the former Mercenary found herself beneath DayClan. Or, more accurately, in the Regime's temporary home. She knew they were there almost instantly, as their scent wafted through the tunnels. But what were they doing all the way here? Had something happened back in their own home? The SwiftClan she-cat padded further into the tunnels, trying to see if she could spot a former group-mate she recognized.
"Wow! This place is n i c e," said Swiftscout emphatically, padding merrily behind Evelyn into territory that was definitely not SwiftClan's. She couldn't really see anything around her, it being dark in the tunnels and her own lack of night vision, but she knew beyond a doubt of a shadow that it looked way better than their garbage dump of really cool rides and once-pretty lights that no longer worked.
Not that she would be able to see those either. Scout was also color blind.

"I'm pretty sure Glowstar gave this to the Regime a while ago. It's under DayClan, so it makes sense that it's nice." Evelyn replied, though the she-cat had a bit of a suspicous look to her. "The question is why is the Regime here? They were living around where we used to be before. Something must have happened." Evelyn was used to tunnels, and could see that Swiftscout didn't really seem to know what was around her... so Evelyn made sure to brush up next to the she-cat to maybe guide her. After all, Evelyn herself was a black cat, she blended in with the darkness.
Scout scarcely heard a word of what Evelyn was saying. Something about DayClan happening to the place they used to live? It didn't seem that important if she were honest, which she typically wasn't, but it was the only indication of her clanmate's presence beside her. "Maybe they wanted a change of scenery--- WOAH, SOMETHING'S TOUCHING ME." Not stopping to consider that it was probably her companion, she whipped to the offending side and began to pummel the foreign touch ruthlessly.

"THAT'S ME YOU-" What came next was a string of curses that would probably get honey banned, so they've been redacted from this post. Still Evelyn cursed at Scout, smacking the she-cat with sheathed paws to get her away. "IT'S JUST ME, CALM DOWN."
"WOAH, WOAH, WOAH." She backed away, her paws lifted in front of her in a placating gesture that Evelyn couldn't see because Scout was facing the wall. "Okay, let's all just calm down, okay? We're going to have to have a conversation about personal space because some of us don't know what that is." She glared at the wall.
"Uh huh. And you have no idea where you even are, as you're currently staring at a wall." Evelyn's deadpan voice came from directly opposite where Swiftscout was currently standing. "I was guiding you do you didn't end up lost, but if you'd like to get yourself killed in this maze, be my guest."
A stretch of silence followed, punctuated by the auditory squint of her eyes at "Evelyn." "A wall?" Her tone was almost skeptical, but then she gasped elatedly. "Can you teach ME how to camouflage like that? I could really [redacted] with Crackleshave!"

"My god, you're hopeless." Evelyn murmured the words under her breath. "The key is being blind as a bat, just like you are. Claw out their eyes and you don't have to camouflage." Of course, she made sure to scoot a few steps further away from Swiftscout, so that just in case she tried to attack she wouldn't somehow accidentally hit her.
