Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
PASTELCHAOS HAD BEEN SITITNG HERE FOR TOO LONG, STARING INTENTLY AT THE METAL CONTRAPTION. It had only been minutes, it seemed, since they had gotten to the carnival, and already, he was getting into something that he probably shouldn't. Peachblush probably wasn't going to show up to bully him, which meant that he had free reign of the park.
The tom sat in the booth of whatever the merry-go-round is named in universe because ian can't remember. He squinted down to the row of buttons. He had tapped the red one approximately eight times, to no avail. Whatever it was supposed to do, it wasn't. Maybe there was a combination of buttons to push? The left one twice, the right one four times, the right one again? He was going to try every combination he could think of until someone else disturbed his trial and error or the thing lit up.

She knew it would happen. She knew someone would get lost. More importantly Sparrowpaw knew that it was going to be herself. The metallic colored apprentice had just wanted to explore a little bit. She wasn’t really expecting to get lost. But then she had gotten distracted and here she was, unsure of where she was located in their maze of a new camp. The apprentice let out a sigh as she made her way to a large, yet odd looking cave. The horses and other animals were as still as statues... oh wait they were statues. How weird...
The curious apprentice leapt up onto the floor of the cave, and glanced up at the strange features. It was only when she made her way to the center of the booth that she caught sight of one of her clanmates. Sparrowpaw gathered her legs underneath her before she leapt up onto the back of one of the frozen horses. “Hi there!” She chirped as she glanced inside the booth. “Did you get lost too?”
He looked over to the apprentice, recognizing her as the one who he had already made a point to talk to one of these days based on her reaction to the carnival when they first arrived. She had been the one to say she wanted to climb the ferris wheel, right? That was Pastelchaos' type of girl.
"Me? Lost? No, sweat pea, I am exactly where I need to be," he meowed with a lopsided grin. He was always curious as to when the first time a cat would call him out for calling a gal something like sweet pea. He'd gotten away with it so far, but he wondered how long it would be until he called the wrong cat that and got his tail handed to him. "I've been tryin' to get this damned thing to work all day. See all these... round things? They've gotta do somethin', right?" he asked, slamming his paw one more time on it to no avail.

Sparrowpaw flicked her ears. Sweet pea? The taupe-colored apprentice couldn't help but giggle at that. It wasn't so much that she was flattered by the monicker, or giddy. No it was more like...
"What kind of a nickname is that?" She giggled as she carefully jumped from the frozen horse to the odd panel he was fiddling with. "Sweet pea? What even is a sweet pea? It has nothing to do with my name... and I doubt that I look like a sweet pea. Birdie I get, since my name is Sparrow. My dad calls me that. But sweet pea? I think you'll have to do a bit better than that." Sparrowpaw let out another small giggle as she sat down near him, focusing on what he was doing.
"I've seen buttons like this on the other rides, or whatever these things are." She said with a flick of her tail. "But none of them work. I wonder why..."
