Don padded through the main cave system, a small mouse dangling from his jaws as he headed towards Post Echo with what was, admittedly, a rather underwhelming catch. He was normally a skilled hunter, truly meager catches weren't the norm for the tom. However, catches had been so low nowadays and prey still so fairly non-existent that prey he would have typically not even bothered with were worth the effort. So, with no hint of pride in his step, he moved with a certain swiftness just to get the catch out of his maw and onto the fresh-kill pile
