Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Hunting had to be the most boring and painful task known to cat-kind. It was horrible to think, even worse to say. He knew his brother had been trained as a hunter, and the job was in all ways important to the regime, but doing it day in and day out was starting to drive him stir crazy. Randall had been taught as a mercenary, fighting was practically ingrained and taught into him and he was skilled in it too: a perfect mixture of his own aptitude, the Regime's harsh training, and his eldest brother's high expectations. Compared to that, hunting felt like mind-numbing work. The type of stuff he hated being bothered with, and wouldn't have have bothered with it if the Regime wasn't in such dire straights. Even still, while he forced himself to keep trying to catch a scent, he felt his nerves slowly frying. He was sure there was a science to hunting, absolutely sure, but as it was now, it just felt like dumb luck.
