Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.

It had been blizzarding for.... oh three days now? Three days of high winds, temperatures far too cold for even the fluffiest of cats to hunt the surface, and enough snow to essentially bury the Regime in the ground. Which.. wasn't good.
Shule was stressed enough as is. Between everything with Sean, and now this, and at least from what she could tell, there seemed to be no end in sight. Of course, in a way, this forced her to spend more time with her family. The Commander had already delegated out all the patrols they could have for the moment, and she was tired from hunting earlier in the day.
So, right now, the majority of those who weren't working at his moment in time to ensure the Regime stayed fed and healthy, well, they were hanging around Headquarters, relaxing. With the levels of snow and cold, and patrols already going out regularly, there wasn't much to do but to sit around.
For the moment, at least, spirits were high, and cats were taking what time to relax that they could.
It was harder than Wy expected to adjust to life underground. When he first joined, he thought he could visit the surface at least once a day, and slowly adapt that way; he hadn't expected a blizzard to keep them locked up in the tunnels. He was growing restless without the sun on his light ginger coat, and though he knew it wouldn't be sunny above ground right now, he still yearned to go check for himself.
He paced back and forth through HQ, flicking a loose stone back and forth with his paw. "There must be something we can do while we wait," he despaired. "Are you sure the snow hasn't stopped yet? We should check."

Shule sighed at the tom's question, "Even if it has, there's not much chance at leaving the tunnels for the next few days." She answered him. Usually, it wasn't too deep, and didn't cover the entrances, or, if it did, was easy to dig through. This stuff seemed never ending, and she wasn't about to suffocate members of the group in an attempt to dig through it all in a matter of hours. "I recommend you simply take the chance to relax, unless you're wanting to join yet another patrol."
He hesitated. As much as he yearned to see the open sky again, Wy wasn't in love with cold seasons. The frozen river stifled his prey supply and the snow was met and muddy and exhausting to trek through. With his short fur, he got cold easily, especially now that he wasn't regularly going for a swim.
"If you need me to," he ventured finally, "but I suppose I could wait here." But wait here and do what? What was there to do down here?

"We could explore." Brilliance really didn't know the tunnels too well. And since she'd been saved by the Regime from SunClan prisons, for the most part, she'd been recovering. So, the idea of doing just about anything in these tunnels was preferable to sitting around. Wy seemed to be just as restless as she, therefore he made a good cat to suggest such adventures to.
