Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Trevet lounged on the giant amethyst tree, watching the regime rush about on their duties. That pleased him to see that everyone was working, it was a shame how sometimes cats were allowed to slack. Back when he was young it was unacceptable to not be busy. The leadership of late had been just plain sad, though eve he would admit that Shule was so much better than some of the other ones, especially her mate Sean. That tom was just insane, but what could you expect from an Eerie. Which brought him to Eartha, how exactly she had been made raiser when he was pretty sure she tortured her own kits, he was not sure. That was only rumor of course, but it was enough to make one question how she made it that high. Trevet would have come out of retirement if anyone had bothered to ask him. But no one had, so now he sat grooming his mate and watching the regime.
Adnet purred softly as his mate groomed the tangled out of his shoulders. The black and white tom had developed arthritis lately, which was why he had retired. It was hard to heal when one was in pain. Though it was better than Trevet who would not admit it but was losing sight in one of his eyes. Of course considering the age of the two toms it was no surprise, they were probably the oldest two in the whole regime. Of course there was Ren, but he was not as old and probably still had lives left from when he was Commander. "Let it go." He spoke softly as if he could read his mate's thoughts. Though it would seem the silver cat was always ready to complain.

The pale colored cat had been admiring the tree for a moment, before he'd even remotely spotted another cat sitting atop it. He surveyed the tom sitting there for a moment, a curious expression aloft on his particularly tired features. They glanced back towards the meal he had been planning to grab, before giving a small shrug. A small conversation wouldn't starve them. Exolas stretched up slightly before calling up, "You look rather lost in thought," he greeted, not able to help his curiosity.

"Hmm, oh I suppose just thinking of days gone by." Adnet answered, peering over to look at the cat who spoke to him. A younger tom, mercenary perhaps if he was guessing off his build. The black and white persian had never been a big cat, though he was bulky because of his frame. Adnet had been born a kittypet or born to former kittypets, he would never really say. He had joined the Regime with a pregnant mate and ended up raising his kits with Trevet when she passed. He had a full life and now was a veteran with a whole new set of duties.
"Ah yes, when the youth still worked hard." Trevet himself had only recently retired as well, though he was going blind and had no choice. Adnet at least had somewhat of a choice with his arthritis, though some days were getting pretty bad. Trevet came from a proud lineage and often made it known with his haughty attitude. Yet no one would really say anything to him, he was one of the oldest members of the regime.
