Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Casimir approached Chimerastar with a mischievous glint in his eyes, nothing really new for this particular kit, although his grand nephew would be hard pressed to tell just which of the four abominations he was dealing with. Each day that the tortoiseshell quadruplets grew they somehow became more and more identical. It didn't help that they abused it. If one were to call out the name "Casimir" all four kits were apt to respond.
He sat a small marble-like item down in front of the leader and took a step back. It was literally a cat's eye, clouded over, with the faint smell of decay souring the air around it. How in the world this kit came into possession of such an item was anyone's guess but he was extremely proud of it nonetheless, "Do you think it will work?" He asked innocently, cocking his head.

It might have been shocking how close the four brothers were, constantly running around impersonating each other. Always each other's alibis even though no one believed them. So when another popped up from behind Casimir, it was to no one's surprise. "Oh, it definitely works Carnage." Romulus was always the more physically affectionate kit, pressing himself against Casimir easily. "Why, when I close my eyes, I can even see through it." Lifting his paws and waving them as he closed his eyes, Romulus hummed. "And yooouuu wanna knooow what I see? Why, it's Uncle Chim's bunion flaming up again!" Romulus finished with a laugh.
Maybe if he pretended to be asleep they would leave him alone. When Chimerastar caught sight of the kitten's approach, he stretched out his toes and closed his eyes, lying on his side. He considered a few soft snores, but that was a little too dramatic for the tom; he regretted the choice as soon as the group stopped at his paws, clearly undeterred. Chim opened his eye reluctantly and looked down at them, his dismayed half-gaze resting on the eye.
"Where did you get that?" Chim asked sharply, pulling his paw further away from the eye. "And why do you have it?"
"That's not Carnage!" The little tom whined as he raced after the others on trembling legs. "I'm Carnage! Can't you tell us apart, brother?" His short ears pinned back against the side of his head as he skidded to a halt in front of them, very hurt that Romulus had him confused for one of the others. They did look similar, but couldn't he tell they weren't the same?

Romulus waited, tail sweeping side to side along the ground. It wouldn't be long before their uncle would wake up. But the instant he did and started questioning them, the actual Carnage burst into the den. "What? Of course I can. I was just messing with you and Uncle Chim." Romulus turned to Carnage, winking obviously at him before flicking his gaze over to Chimerastar then back. Would that be enough? He wasn't sure.
