No one could make out the strange scent clinging to their pelts, and with the shortage of able-bodied cats in the Regime, they weren't in a place to turn them away. Given to a doting raiser and placed in Post Kilo, these kittens grew up happy, loved members of the Regime with strong ties to one another.
