Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
The ravens caw was becoming a familiar noise, the birds gathering at the islands shores and venturing to their camp more frequently. Smart enough not to land among for fear of meeting a hunters claws, but enticed by the beautiful figure that had quickly become familiar to them. Morgana was roused by their songs, their croaks and racket, slipping from the shamans den to peer at the lone raven perched within the crooked branches nearby, beady eyes alighting upon her before it took flight, swooping by and dropping a new trinket for her. A payment for the prey she had ripped up and left out for the birds earlier.
Leaning down she peered at the sparkling circular object, and knew better than to reject a gift. Picking it up delicately she slipped from view once more to tuck it away. When the small mink bengal slipped into view again the object was gone, and her hard eyes scanned for any potential watchers. There were those that might be just greedy enough to steal one of the treasures the ravens bestowed upon her.

"Only you would find twoleg trash enticing Morgana." Aconite mused from where she lay in a soft shadow near the shaman's den. She had watched the entire encounter with shifting midnight blues. Amused by the animal differences and yet the agreement between them.

"It's not that I find it enticing." Morgana corrected, "it's just that I know better than to reject a gift of-course." Her eyes finally found the warden tucked away and her small paws carried her over. The shaman arranging herself to sit next to the others lounging body. Peering down at her in poorly veiled amusement. "The ravens are an interesting bird. Besides, they help me pass the time and add a little spontaneity into an otherwise dull routine."
"They bring me things because I trade. Seems like to much work to try and dictate what they bring to me." Morgana admitted. "I like that they seem to recognize who I am and that I provide food, but I will not try and manipulate that further." Honestly it came down to her being lazy, but she was not going to blatantly say that. Though Aconite should be able to read between the lines, since she might not know Morgana enough to know that.
"I would return that sentiment, but I don't know you enough to know if you're a character." Morgana hummed, raising a brow in what could almost be considered an invitation.

"Well then I supose its in your best interest to get to know me a bit." she replied rising to per paws to give her black and white tripped pelt a few tentative licks.

"You're going to make me play twenty questions aren't you?" She sighed, put out. Suddenly wondering if it was worth the effort. "I'm not sure I want to play along. I have enough trouble trying to converse with my own mate."

"Or I could give you twenty facts. Hows that?" Aconite settled back down. She seemed a bit uneasy today. Restless.
"I am the daughter of Quartet E'tani and Loki. I was born in Absum Lux. I buried my father but my mother wondered in her crazed state of old and likely died in a fox attack or drowning. I am the grand daughter of Indy E'tani. I am an only child aside from half siblings I have never met. I am aware of cousins in the league but I am not sure their names. I never really wanted to be Warden but i'm not complaining. I enjoy evening walks. I like squirrel but I never eat the tail. I don't really see myself as the mating sort or really a motherly figure. I have no typical Indy bloodline attributes. I had a happy childhood and have a lonely adulthood. I don't like running. I get irritated when I have to repeat myself and I believe a cat the maker of his or her own future."

"How wonderfully open and straight forward!" Morgana laughed, eyes glinting in delight at the wardens forwardness. "And I must tell you that I don't believe anyone eats the tails on squirrels. It's bone and fur mostly." She choose not to comment on anything else she said. Some of it seemed perhaps a little bit like sensitive info, and Morgana disliked opening spoiled cans of worms. She was shaman, but her emotional capabilities were severely lacking.

"Indeed. Though I feel I need to use the eating of squirrel tails as trainee punishment." She chuckled. Her harsh articulate features cracking into a delicate smile. "Sorry to unload on you. I feel secrets are chains to which foul creatures can bind you so I have none."

"Oh but how truly boring Aconite." Morgana sighed forlorn at the lack of intrigue. "Half the fun of socializing is trying to open up others till they have nothing left to show or tell you." She shook her head and let out another small sigh. "Though I must admit perhaps I am not the best at word games so I shouldn't enjoy trying to pry secrets out of others as much as I do. Not when I do so poorly at it. I often think the previous shamans would almost find me a disgrace. What with how poor I am a playing mind games; it's all such a waste of time."
