Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
The vivid buzzing around camp seemed to amp the calico she cat up. Her eyes darted around as if searching for the most intriguing situation happening, but quickly decided she couldn't focus on any of it regardless. Umbrapaw seemed torn between wanting to add to the chaos around her and wanting to dig a tunnel underground to escape. Her manic side seemed to win over and she approached the nearest clanmate, claws slightly extended and scratching against the ground with each step. She was itching to do something.
Frecklepaw sprawled at the foot of the apprentice's den, her head resting on her fore paws. With her sleek long coat and languid poise, at first glance, she looked primed and regal: purposefully resting and daring anyone to disagree. Closer inspection yielded the opposite was true, though; her natural grace made her look comfortable but there was a dead silence in her eyes. Frecklepaw was bored.
When Umbrapaw headed her way, she lifted her head, ears flicking fully forward. There was an urgency to Umbrapaw's stride that excited her. "Where are we going?" she asked immediately.
edit: oh i just realized this one isn't tagged as open so if it's for someone else i'll delete this !!!
Amidst the cats passing to and fro Umbrapaw had overlooked Frecklepaw completely as she strode her way. The start of a conversation seemed to make her jump, just a hair, though it did nothing to stop her stride. A side glance was all that was cast at first, as if she was looking to see if Frecklepaw was even speaking to her, and then she abruptly stopped and turned to look at her once more. "Ah, hello! Yes, I don't quite know, but surely you do?" Her eyes darted for a moment. The apprentice couldn't seem to still herself.
She watched her intently, noting the side glance and then the full turn about, making it clear that she was paying attention to Umbrapaw specifically. At her question, she tipped her head to the side -- Umbrapaw had looked like a cat on a mission, and it surprised her that she didn't have a goal in mind. Still, Frecklepaw wouldn't let that stop her from getting out of here.
"Oh, I know a few places," she agreed loftily. She rose to her paws and flexed her toes each in turn. "Nothing you need to do?"
