Belmont had zero motivation to leave the League’s place of residence. He laid outside basking in the bright warm summer sun. Rolling over onto his back and his front paws tucked against his chest. A small white butterfly flew close to his nose. The strange looking dark brown tom lazily swiped his paw at the butterfly. Missing it by a whisker length.
While he was distracted by the butterfly he hadn’t noticed another cat had come to stand beside him. He barely acknowledge them and pointed his paw in the direction towards an empty tree off in the distance. “Do you see it?”
