Hey Y'all! Its that time... for try-outs! Swiftclan is looking for new staff of the medicinal variety. We are going to be taking in two, you hear that right, two applicants for these positions. With that, cats of any age are welcome to apply, however keep in mind this could create an interesting dynamic down the road for you and your kitties C:

I actually have two cats that I could try out with, one being a current warrior and one being a current kit, and I can’t decide between the two of them, so...um I might sneak another one in but obviously I wouldn’t be trying out for both jobs xD
STRAYBULLET
A brown-ginger tabby tom with pale green eyes. Hailing from a large ranch settlement to the west of the forest where all the Clans live, Straybullet worked as a medical assistant before the ranch was eventually destroyed by Twolegs. He joined SwiftClan in an effort to track down his younger cousin, Cradlegrave, only to find out that he’d missed the other tom by several months. Straybullet is blunt and cynical, though not wholly uncaring; he hates wasting time and won’t hesitate to call someone or something out if he thinks the situation will be better for it. Despite this, he has a strong work ethic and doesn’t like to give less than a hundred percent in whatever task he’s assigned. He has a terrible bedside manner, which he chalks up to forest cats merely having terrible pain tolerances compared to the cats back home.
...You know what, I don’t think I’ve had a single proper medicine staff role since 2017-2018 when I was BrookClan MCA for a few months. This year I was SwiftClan staff for a bit so at least I’m familiar with that part! Maybe. 1/14/22 update: I FORGOT I WAS ALSO ABSUM LUX MCA FOR A WHILE WITH YUMEMI. SORRY YUMEMI MY DARLING DAUGHTER BUT I DID FORGET ABOUT YOU
HOW WILL THEY GET ALONG WITH HEAVYSTAR?
Straybullet is a newbie to the Clans and doesn’t fully get how they work yet, to the point where he probably couldn’t name them all off if asked. He’s also not that shy about admitting he doesn’t know where the heck he really is and what the heck are they all doing, so I think he might be someone that Heavystar would need to be like please god straybullet just reign it in for like five seconds until this other clan leader goes away. That, Straybullet doesn’t like to feel unreliable and would work incredibly hard to do his job right if he was appointed as one of the medicine thingies. I think Straybullet is pretty good with quiet people too because he secretly likes to hear himself talk. Also they both knew Cradlegrave so that’s a conversation starter but who cares about that loser anyway?
PLOT IDEA
A spiteful apprentice sneaks into the Clan’s herbs supply and distributes catmint to the other apprentices, who proceed to ingest them and cause havoc around camp—and perhaps around a few of the neighbouring Clans as well. (I don’t even know if something like this is allowed on Classic LMAO)
Cat name and Bio : TIDALDREAM A solid grey and white she-cat with ordinary green eyes. There is nothing special about Tidaldream. She was born in Earthclan under the name Ripplewish. Named after the forgotten Rippleclan which its memory has been lost to time. She was born to a litter of four. She has two brothers Firetooth and Pondberry/Floodfate and one sister Airecho. While her siblings all tried to get their father Ghostcrown's attention. Tidaldream preferred her mother Breezestep's company instead and didn't worry about making her father proud. She's happy how she is and knows her worth as a warrior. She can be shy and quiet, but is very caring and understanding. She just suffer from anxiety and fears that she is overall a bad warrior, because she is clumsy. She lived in Sunclan for majority of her life dedicating her life as a follower of the Sun God. But after a near death experience and her uncle Muddystar refusing to let her die in peace. The she-cat has since dedicated the rest of her life to the three kits that have been placed in her care. While she isn’t the motherly type and tends to her adopted children with tough love. She secretly worries about her abilities to raise them.

Meadoweyes For so long, she had wandered the lands in search of a purpose. A reason to live, a reason to smile. Life was not as she expected it to be, but despite what life had thrown at her, Meadow had always kept that shine to her eyes. She was born to one of the last leaders of WaterClan. Her mother was betrayed and overthrown by her father, and Violetstar was doomed to join StarClan as she brought her kits into the world. Meadow was raised mostly by Chimerastar, who would say often that she was much like her mother. An annoyance in his fur, but it was clear the way he would look at her that Chimerastar held Violetstar dear to him. Meadow was told many stories about the leader that Violetstar had become, and she held those close to her heart. As she grew older, eventually the tortoiseshell feline would venture off on her own. Meadow spent many moons trying to find herself, but eventually she found her way back to SwiftClan. It was the closest thing she could ever call home. Now her violet eyes shine brighter than ever as she finds a new purpose to serve her clan. With a smile, this bright feline will do her best to keep her clan happy and healthy.

Previous positions: Several that I cannot remember all of.. Leadership and Medicine alike. I've been apart of the site since '09 heh..
I believe that Meadow can get along with any cat. She has a personality that is hard not to love, even if she may be annoying, her hearts in the right place!
Plot idea: The same sickness that struck WaterClan strikes SwiftClan. This sickness is deadly, and quick. Meadow and her fellow medicine cat have to work together to make sure that it does not take out the clan. (A lot could be built off this!)
