Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
"I think Rottenfang went down this tunnel," Ling said as she pointed to a poorly hidden hole in the ground. The grass around it had been flattened by pawsteps after several moons of traversing through this location. The pawprints in unison with his scent sealed the deal in Ling's eyes, "I wonder if he'll be mad if we follow him... I mean... I know he says to stay in the cave and no go anywhere, but we are apprentice age, which means we are big enough to help him now. If we can prove that we are good enough trackers to find him, then maybe he'll let us start hurting and take away some of his burden!"

“Oh I don’t know what I’d he gets mad? I don’t want to upset him.” Whine nervously looked down the tunnel. He so wanted to be with his big brother, but the desire to please him was so much stronger. So he shuffled his paws in the dirt. This really was too much for him to decide. Whine was much better at following whatever Rotten wanted him to do. “But I would like to help him.” He spoke again, this time much quieter as he battled internally between the two options.
Like Whine, Ling was also very obedient. It was extremely hard for her to even think about breaking the # 1 rule, much less actually doing it. Still, above all else she wanted to be useful to Rottenfang, and right now all she and her siblings were little more than burdens.
"Whine, if we do something good for him, how could he be mad at us?" Ling asked, it was the same question she had used to persuade herself. There were plenty of holes in this line of reasoning but of course she didn't address those, "How about we just go down the tunnel a ways and make sure it's nice and neat so his paws don't get too muddy. We'll only be down there just a few minutes, then we can go back to our cave. How does that sound?"
