Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Pine was insufferable. No matter the fact that those who came into contact with him would have amnesia, except for perhaps knowing they were related to him in a case or two... Anyone and everyone who met him would quickly agree that he was just a terrible source of company. Not only because he didn't know how to shut up, constantly insulted everyone around him, and altogether looked at pretentious as he acted. Also just because he really wasn't all that interesting. In fact, everything already mentioned in this thread was basically his entire personality. Someone who could be summed up in a handful of sentences. Frankly, it would be a wonder if anyone was willing to hang out with Pine and not just try to instantly murder him the moment he opened his mouth. Of course, then he might try to kill the other person(s) with him, but that was an entirely different situation altogether.
Cradlegrave walked up to the tom and pulled out a double-barreled shotgun without saying a word. "Sorry, I'm still gettin' used to all this," he said, and then fired.
Lark watched with wide eyes as the gun is shot, confused as to what just happened. What was going on? Where was she? Why did that person have a gun and why did he fire it at the other guy. She feels a tingle in her hands, and suddenly blue electricity bursts out and wacks Pine directly in the chest. “SORRY!!! DID NOT KNOW I COULD DO THAT.”
Pine wasn't sure what he was expecting... but a random person coming up and SHOOTING HIM, was most definitely not it. The shot hit him in the shoulder, ruining his otherwise perfect suit, which honestly, pissed him off more than the pain and injury in the first place! And then, naturally, someone had to SHOCK HIM!?!? He almost dropped to his knees, but before he fell, he lunged forward, wrapping his hands right around Lark's neck and squeezing. "WHAT THE HELL?!"
"HEY YOU, STOP IT," Cradlegrave yelled, and took aim once more. He fired at the dude who was strangling...whoever this chick was, flinching from the recoil.
He practically crumbled against Lark at the blast, his vision going in and out. But, with what little strength he did have left, the tan man in formal wear pulled out a pocket knife, stabbing Lark in the side. Only to then fall over, dead. (Rip my boi, hit -1 health in under an hour.)
( Rolled one D6 for another 3 damage to Lark. xD )
Cradlegrave stood over the stranger's body. "...Christ, " he muttered, pulling on a pair of sunglasses and looking away. "Sorry you ended up takin' the brunt of the damage. Gettin' stabbed and all. So sorry."
“It’s okay,” she pulls up her shirt to just above her stab point. “It’s just a bit deeper than comfortable but won’t kill me.” She looks down at her hands. “Uh. I guess I can shoot lightning outta these. And you have a gun. Would you like to make an alliance?”
Cradlegrave studied the woman's hands dubiously. Wish I had a cool power like that. I don't wanna know what happens when I run outta bullets. "Sure," he said. "Allies. Wanna take a look 'round the rest of this place? Find shelter, supplies?"
