It had been nearly a moon since the incident at the ceremony springs, and the whole clan had been rather busy dealing with the aftermath. She had been to busy to notice the subtle signs at first, some minor nausea that could easily be attributed to the ash that clung to every surface. The slightly rounder stomach that was just replacing some of the weight she had lost now they clan was starting to recover their food supplies and they were all eating better. It was only after she began to feel the tiny kicks that she realized that she was expecting. She saw the High Priestess to confirm her suspicion, and there was little doubt that soon enough the next generation of the Silhouette would be making their way into this world. It was a triumph for her, and now that Ryn was gone it meant that the little ones she was carrying was the future of the group. All that was needed now, was to tell their father of their existence.
Alios left the High Priestess den, the scent of herbs clinging to her pelt even after the brief visit. She approached Silverdragon, her tail tickling the fur along his spine. He would undoubtly smell where she had been, though she waited to see if he would bring it up "There you are" she purred, catching his chin with paw to look into his eyes "We can go on out patrol now. My apologies for being late" Nova

Silverdragon had been waiting patiently for his mate, his tail curled around his paws as he gazed out through the tunnels. The haunted memories of the raid still danced in the back of his mind, clear as the day it happened. The outpouring of cats as they jumped and stepped over the bodies of his fallen clanmates. His impassive sea-green eyes showed no emotion as the memories of the past few moons plagued him, but he simply pushed them back. It was in the past now. No reason for him to dwell on it when he had a future to look forward to.
Alios had been the mysterious, bright light during a dark time. She challenged him and he loved that. He loved the mysterious air about her, the way she made him look beyond a black and white world. But something had.. changed about her, and Silverdragon couldn't quite place what it was. Her scent had seemingly changed. His whiskers twitched as he found himself getting lost in his thoughts again. The gray tom was only pulled out of it by Alios' presence. A smile picked at the corners of his mouth as a soft purr erupted from his chest. He leaned forward and kissed her lightly, the scent of herbs wrapping themselves around him.
"Nonsense," He mewed, shaking his head at her apology. "You came from the high priestesses den, didn't you? It must have been important, I assume. Does it have to do with the way you've been feeling?" Silverdragon questioned as he flicked his tail

“Now isn’t that the question” she teased, leaving him guessing as to if he had been correct, giving no real answers “but you won’t have time to ponder it for long, I’m taking you on a little trip” her blue eyes sparkling with mischief.
They had been together for long enough now that it was time for him to meet the rest of her family. He that she was part of the shilloute but nothing about the group that she came from. He didn’t yet know how important these kits were, nor jus this difficult her family was to handle. If he was going to be a proper father figure for them, than it was time he found out

"A trip?" He mewed, curiosity sparking in his sea-green eyes. "And where is it we'll be going? The sunflower fields? Lover's lane?" Silverdragon chuckled as he rose to his paws.
"Or is it somewhere more daring than simply Sunclan?" The dark gray tom asked. Knowing Alios, she wouldn't give him a straight answer. Perhaps she'd be amused at all his questions and assumptions, as she always seemed to be. But, Silverdragon couldn't help but ask. She'd answer them all in her own unique way

“Perhaps in your dreams lover boy” she teased, prancing away from his touch playfully, and bouncing on up ahead. Of course she hadn’t really answered any of his questions, nor did she intend to. Alios enjoyed listening to his line of thought however, and it was far more fun to kee him guessing “You’lol have to catch up to find out why” without waiting she raced up ahead, not looking back for she was confident that he would follow

Silverdragon flicked his ears with a chuckle before his mate suddenly took off. The dark coated tom hadn’t wasted anytime. He quickly ran after her, stretching his muscles in an effort to keep up with her. It wasn’t difficult, but he was curious as to where she was taking him. They had run deep into the heart of Sunclan’s territory it looked like. What could she want to tell him that would take them this far into the territory?
