SunClan made her eyes hurt. The bright unforgiving sun made this territory her least favorite to travel to for contracts. But a deal was a deal. She wasnt sure what this sad soul had done to get on the wrong side of a WinterClan queen but she was insistent on his death. In exchange Duskfable would be able to a kit from her second litter. Duskfable was in the business of making deals and she was good at what she did. The all black she-cat pulled the earth over the mound that covered a sorry dead tom. SunClan would wonder where he ran off too but would never actually know. The NightClan warrior patted the top of the mound before padding to the brush and pulling a crows feather from the tangled vines to place on the mound. A signature of sorts. A job well done.
Wondering to a patch of moss Duskfable began rubbing the dirt and blood from her dainty paws. Her grey eyes shifting when she heard a sound.
Not too far off a rusty brown tom watched with mild interest as he watched the she-cat bury her kill. What a NightClan cat was doing chasing cats into MoonClan territory he didn't know, maybe it was an arrangement Leviathan had with Flamingstar before he suddenly vanished. Either way he knew Bloodystar wasn't aware of it. Since SunClan was driven out into MoonClan's territory everyone had been on edge, including Midnighthoax who wasn't about to pass up the chance to have a bit of fun.
"You're a bit far from home, aren't you?" he purred stepping out of the tall grass.

“That greatly depends on what your definition of home is.” She responded not turning towards Midnighthoax or pausing in her cleaning ordeal. “I could in a sense say the same thing to you as this is not... technically.... your territory either.” She meowed as she finished. Turning leisurely towards him she raised a paw to eye level to inspect her work. Her claws were gleaming white and that was good enough for her.
