Kaisra / RENEGADE REGIME "Tiny black she-cat, mismatched gold and copper eyes. She was mom's apprentice, I think. If Spellmania's watching her... she's either already dead, or they're having a blast together. Maybe a bit of both." Her ears pricked in concern at Faithpaw being missing, and she watched Dusky for a long moment until he put Unseenlights on the job. "Arei should be in the area too, she just got promoted to spy, and dirt mom is probably near the DayClan border, keeping tabs and reinforcements ready." She added, this time speaking to Dusky. If there was one thing the Sentinel would do, it was help her family as best she could. So, even if they were a bit preoccupied with this chat, in the end, if Dusky didn't feel it necessary to up and leave this conversation to find her, then she suspected Faithpaw was safe enough for the moment. "Though if we're following Cinnamonsavage here, why don't we just grab mom, Spellmania, and go on a chase of our own. Bloodyrondo seems preoccupied enough that you could slip away." Her mouth curled up into a slight smirk. Compared to Cinnamonsavage, the Sentinel was clearly not taking this entire thing as seriously, except for Faithpaw's disappearance, of course. JetclawFaith
Duskslayer made sure his family left the tunnel, never taking his eyes off of Unseenlight's and Mountainsound until he was certain he caught a glimpse of Lucistic nearby them before turning back to face his siblings. His smile spread thin and forced ear to ear, "Save mom? Now who on Sun's earth is going to do that?" He asked circling them twice, "I stayed in SunClan and mom left. I stayed in SunClan and you both left. I stayed in SunClan and I achieved an ascension to greatness NONE OF YOU SHADE WALKERS CAN HOPE FOR!" He screamed, the tunnel shaking at the thunder in his voice, "And now, I have a new quest, making myself an only child." With that Duskslayer kicked the tunnel wall causing three average sized rocks to slowly... Really slowly roll down from the wall and stop just in front of Cinnamonsavage and Kaisra, "GOOD LUCK GETTING OUT OF THAT! MWHAHAHAH!" Duskslayer laughed manically before dashing away from his siblings.
Cinnamonsavage looked at the three rocks now in their path, and then looked at Duskslayer's retreating form.
"Oh yes, these boulders will surely hold us here forever. If we don't get out we shall perish, whatever shall we do?" He said in a monotone voice before scoffing, turning to Kaisra.
"Did they teach you how to just open pitfall traps under cats?" Cinnamonsavage asked. "Because he really needs to get the hook at this point." The auburn tom muttered. Recalling a kittypet had once said that phrase while a cat had been trying to perform by the chicken nugget place.
And now he really wanted Chicken nuggets.
"I mean I left SunClan, ages ago, not my fault he didn't want to come with and then left... and then came back. Acts like it's my problem his stupid decisions."
Hearing Moonlitnocturne’s voice had a visible effect on Bloodystar. While moments ago he had been on the verge of tears, his lips were now curled in pure anger, his eyes blazing with hatred. “You.” Time stood still for a moment but, when he felt Moonlitnocturne’s paw touch his shoulder, he lashed out like a feral animal. Autumngossamer had already stepped aside so he had no trouble getting to his paws and storming the other tom, “You are such a coward. You run away when the going gets tough, then show up only after someone else has made a path for you, too weak and afraid to do it yourself,” He put his paws over Moonlitnocturne’s and drug him closer with his claws, whispering, “Spineless scum like you aren’t even worth my time.”
A blinding light and then intense heat. Bloodysar shoved his brother aside and between them erupted a fiery inferno. It spread around Bloodystar and Autumngossamer in a perfect circle, the flames reaching so high that cats would later say they licked the sun. While purely illusionary, any cat who came near them would feel intense heat and "burn" should they try to touch it.*
“Now we have some privacy.”
Bloodystar turned to face the former Soothsayer. Ginger fur accented with gold and red paint, the backdrop of flames made him look almost as if he was part of the wall itself, a fire spirit enraged and ready to destroy whatever stood in his way. He’d never looked at Autumngossamer with such hatred before, it really was bone chilling, and that was no illusion.
“You have always been welcome in my SunClan. I’ve loved and trusted you, looked past your divided loyalties, even ignored some of the terrible actions you’ve taken against the Sun God. But you being here with the Fire Nation… being on friendly terms with him...,” He flicked his tail toward where he’d flung Moonlitnocture without breaking eye contact with her, “... I realize now that you are a true traitor of SunClan. And a traitor to SunClan deserves only one thing. Death.”
“But…”
“I’d like you to try and stop me...” Laughter bubbled at the back of his throat and soon grew maniacal and irregular, almost like he was coughing but there was no smoke to cause it. Tears screamed out of the corner of his eyes and his sides heaved as he tried to catch his breath, “I knew it! I knew it would come to this one day! I never wanted this... I never wanted to lose you or Littlestar or Nikkohydrangea or Satinlights. I did nothing wrong! Why is everything being taken away from me!? Sun God!” He cried out, the tears seemed more real now, “Haven’t you tested me enough?!”
Slowly Bloodystar lowered his head and with it the madness faded, but only just. He was waiting for her to make the first move.
*Autumn & Bloody are going to have a moment, please do not jump into the flames (assuming you're crazy enough to try) until we say so <3
Leave him alone was what Autumngossamer started to say to Moonlitnocturne's defense before the flames tore out from the ground as though an enchanted fiery forest had unearthed from the ground. She took a step back, the flames building up a deathtrap of a cage around her and Bloodystar. Her brown eyes reflected the fires fury towering behind Bloodystar, the spectacle leaving her breathless. Flames wicked around her, searing heat into her fur with a wrath. It was though the fiery inferno itself were reaching to drag her into the fiery depths.
“Now we have some privacy.”
Her trembling gaze scarcely met his. Because people say monster loosely. Say it as though their a different species. That the innocent can't reach such hellish depths. But the tom the Sun God shrugged off, the tom the clan mockingly called Idiot Brother, that stepped on, rule following brat everyone, but her tried their best to avoid stared at her like she were nothing, like he could see right through her. His eyes could only be described as evil, licked with hatred, smoldering with righteousness. How close had she been to falling as far as he had? They were both desperate kids, tricked into being called special when really they were easy to control. They had been humiliated by every authority figure they were told to unquestionably bow to. If she didn't have Firetooth, Deal, and Moonlitnocturne would she have succumbed to SunClan's abuse, devolving into its insanity and hatred? He was a reflection of everything she could have become.
"And a traitor to SunClan deserves only one thing. Death.”
The only sign that time hadn't stopped were the movement of flames. Bloodystar was a brother to her, if she claimed it no one would deny it given their connection and looks. It wasn't that many moons ago he trusted her enough to look after the two kits he wanted to adopt, now he wanted to personally execute her. He knew full well that with his abilities he could easily kill her, he wanted her to fight, until the moment of despair when she'd realize she couldn't win.
"Just like Sun God, always silent to his children," She said with a teary eyed smile, he didn't get it and he never would. "But I saw this coming too." Her tail raised, he could hear the clacking sound of something metal now. Fully lit and in view now Bloodystar could see the other half of his amulet, the one long discarded, in its once empty place now held an orb with immense power, Pandora's to be precise. The counterpart to his. She mouthed to him soothsayer, right before her tail lashed. An explosion of light unleashed from the amulet blinding him from seeing Autumngossamer. Fire shot angry and fast at Bloodystar, missing him by a long shot. It looked like Bloodystar had the upper hand having used his half of the amulet longer.
Divinehope had been watching the whole thing, the fight with Windchaser, the scuffle with Autumngossamer, and now the flames. Out of instinct, she raced toward the flames, ready to take matters into her own paws. Maybe she could talk to Bloodystar. He was her long time friend. Perhaps she could reason with him. However, before she could burst through the flames, Windchaser stopped her.
Dayclan
Windchaser jumped back when the flames appeared, the searing heat burning off the ends of her whiskers. She was trying to find a way through the flames but at the moment, she couldn't see an opening. She could only hope Autumn was unharmed. Suddenly, out of the corner of her eye, she noticed a beautiful calico she-cat with a blind eye racing toward the flames. She was Sunclan but even Windchaser wouldn't allow a Sunclan cat to race into fire like that. She reached out and stopped the Sunclan cat. "Wait! There's no safe way to cross right now. It's too dangerous."

Moonlitnocturne "Maybe. Maybe not. We'll always disagree. But I can handle being called a coward if it makes you so mad." Not a thing had changed. Bloodystar was as dramatic as ever. It made him laugh, really. He'd have to leave eventually, but not without a prize. As Bloodystar shoved him to the side, Moonlit stuck him across the chest. Not very deep, but enough to cause pain. Enough for some fur and blood to follow Moonlit before flames engulfed the pair. "Autumn!" He sprang up as she disappeared, worry for his friend dissipating any silly pride. It would be cool if he called the fire, but it didn't seem right. It wasn't moving, was barely licking the fur between his claws. Just what was going on? Divinehope passed by him before she was stopped by Windchaser, and Moonlitnocturne ran over to stop her as well. "Wait. Or else you'll end up burned too." He didn't really recognize the Janus, if they worked together it didn't cross his mind.
Divinehope's eyes widened in surprise as both cats, including a Dayclan cat, stopped her. "B-but he's my friend! Maybe I can talk to him! He'd never hurt me." She spoke confidently, giving both cats a pair of pleading eyes.
“The Sun God is only silent because he was silenced,” Bloodystar fired back, further enraged by that pitiful look in Autungossamer's eyes. He could tell that she was putting herself above him, judging him as a mother would her kit, or mentor her apprentice. He’d lived his whole life having cats look at him like that. He had always convinced himself that it did not matter what others thought, as his only judge was and would forever be the Sun God, but, in his absence, all of those emotions kept building and building without any outlet. A catalyst for the perfect storm minutes, no, seconds, from breaking.
“I--” Bloodystar was about to begin another monologue when Autumngossamer’s attack flashed past him, blinding him temporarily. He let out a startled hiss and took a few steps back, drawing his paw up to shield his vision on reflex, “How did you...?”
His sight was fuzzy but, when he leveled his gaze at his opponent, he saw enough to make his mouth fall wide open in shock. No, no, no, no no. A second amulet. He’d seen what DayClan cats could do with that tool, that’s how he lost his power the first time. With a flourish he sent a beam of fire straight at her, then charged her in its wake. He did not understand her temporary element and that element of her surprise would be ore than enough to give her the upper had. He had to get that thing off her neck if he stood any chance of winning.
Bloodystar's fire roared like a dragon shooting toward her with an energy so hot the power could have been molten. The fire ate her alive, he could see her darkened figure in the mass tons of heat dissolving in the illusion of flames. The impact of Bloodystar sounded like a bell had been rung, echoing across the clan. Without Bloodystar's fire blinding him he would be able to see now what was blocking him. A veil of fire shielded Autumngossamer, like his there was no pain from the flames.
Immediately a wave of dizziness hit Bloodystar, involuntary repressed memories pushing to the front of his mind. Staring at her fiery shield was nauseating from the heat it gave off. So much so it was easy to hallucinate from the waves of heat that came off from the fire. Just as suddenly as the fiery shield surfaced it lifted like wings, only that was exactly what they were.
Long stretches of fire towered out from Autumngossamer's shoulder blades like wings of an angel. Her brown eyes were shut. She was a traitor to this clan no matter what she did. When she joined the Shadow Era, a group brought together to destroy all clans, a crime that numerous SunClan cats committed. She alone was punished, yet she was the only one out of all the SunClan traitors to warn her clan of the truth. When she cursed the Sun God to give her clan emancipation, a way for them to continue their lives, but demand better, Littlestar killed the Sun God. Yet she was blamed and shamed as a traitor by her own daughter for leaving her clan in ruins when that was never the plan. Her clan allowed she-cats like herself to be abused. Her clan allowed an abuser to be their God who assaulted her body. Her clan allowed her kits to die, be resuscitated and then cursed by the Sun God as punishment to her. Yet despite every god awful trauma they put her through she put her life, her job, her own family on the line to give them freedom. Bloodystar and her were survivors of this sadistic cults abuse. They were supposed to be free together. They were supposed to live happily ever after. Where was the happy ending?
Her eyes opened. All of them. Where there had once been a painted eye on her forehead from being a soothsayer was now a real third eye. She looked like an absolute Goddess. "Brother you list your suffering for understanding so understand this. I was a nobody initiate who rose to soothsayer, I was cursed by a God and lived to curse him back with twice the fury and I defeated him with what he was too weak to have, the honest truth. If you feel threatened by me, you god damn should be."
Autumngossamer advanced towards him, the fiery wings spread out like glorified sunlight, blinding and damaging the longer the light was stared at. The immense heat drew on the priests subconscious constructing hallucinations of the past. Littlestar's beaten image standing out among the heat. "Did you feel like a fulfilled man beating her down, Bloodystar?"

Romancefable Romancefable Dipped his head, staying close to his mate with eyes still watching Luc with suspicion. Even though he was Azura’s brother, that only gained him a minimum amount of trust “Well I look forward to getting to know you” even though he wasn’t ready to let down his guard, not where his mate and kits were concerned. Still they had been planning on going to DayClan anyway and he wasn’t about to let a free pass to get her out of the chaos to pass them by. “We need to get her to a medicine cat as soon as possible” he added, glancing nervously over to his mate “I’m worried about the kits” stardance
Silverfringe Silverfringe growled deep in her throat, looking between the other queens and the intruders. The scent of smoke and the screams of the cats down below as the fire erupted reaching her ears. It was either go with them or fight, and with so many kits to get out of the nursery before the fire reached them time of if the essence “fine, but if you let harm come to even a single strand of their fur, I swear I’ll return whatever falls upon them I’ll return back upon you hundred times worse” she moved, revealing the kits squirming under her fur that were starting to open their eyes but had yet to even leave the nursery FaithNovaPhantom
Carrotpaw Carrotpaw wrapped his tail around Divinehope glaring at the DayClan cats around her, not knowing that they had just saved her from a terrible fate “Let’s get out of here, help make a path for the others to get out”Spot
If you could take Crowpaw's pelt and peeled back his fur, his skin beneath would be blanched a pale, colorless white, but underneath even that, his blood boiled. He felt both hot and cold at the same damn time. "So you didn't even come back for us?" He spat his words at Ghostcrown, suddenly every moment over the last moon he'd spent fighting for his father's honor feeling tainted. He devoted all he had in him to his cause; he waged wars against his clanmates and spoke out against anyone who sullied his name, paced listlessly at the borders, slept little and dreamed hard about their family reuniting. And now here they were, and all Crowpaw could think was Ghostcrown valued whatever his own cause was more than his kits.
He turned to his brother and offered a dark, "What are your orders, Chief Desert?"
Surprise flittered across Ghostcrown's face. He knew they would be upset, but he told himself he wouldn't lie to them any more than he had to. Crowpaw's anger still stung him, but he forged on steadily. "You can handle yourselves," he responded. "If your mother and I taught you anything, it's how to live without us. You're old enough now that you have to make your own choices. I would love it if you left with me, but if this is your home, I won't make you leave. I'm not going to rescue you from someplace you want to be."
As he leaned down to lick his son between the ears, a loud crack split the air. Ghostcrown flinched away as he saw flames break out in the center of camp and engulf the cats surrounding it. Dammit. He had already survived floods - did he really need to face down fire too? Every hair on his body trembled to stand on end as he backed away from the heat, and he shook his head at his kittens. He couldn't wait any longer if he was going to reach Jetfire before the flames took over the whole camp.
"If you're going to come with me, find Firetooth," he told them, gesturing toward the orange tabby, "but if you aren't... just stay safe. I love you."
He spun around and sprinted for the High Priest's den.
"Yeah, thanks for the snap judgment call, I'm sure it has nothing to do with that fire show outside that suddenly made my offer a little more favorable to you," Tigerlily said bitterly. She was previously a NightClan cat so the heightened attitude was up to par with what one would expect. She nodded to the kits, "Try your best to carry the kits out. Mysteryleaf and I will have our mouths free to slap the lights out of anyone who gets too curious."
Tigerlily walked out of the nursery, her guard up as she took in the perimeter, it looked clear.
"I know someone who can help with that," Lucistic answered Romancefable. He didn't even bat an eye as he led them out just as the blast of fire erupted behind them. "Oh and by the way we turned your den back in DayClan into a moss ball tournament ring, just saying," He smirked at Azura. In DayClan there weren't set den spaces for warriors, kits, etc. Instead each family had their own den located behind the waterfall. His was shared with Gravelshell and Yuccablossom.
Pollendrone looked at her mother for a moment and touched her nose to her forehead, Swelteringeclipse whispered something softly that had Pollendrone on the verge of tears once more as she moved away. "Let's go." Was all Pollendrone said before she approached Silverfringe and gently lifted one of her kits, she stayed close to the queen even as they followed Tigerlily out of the den so that she would never lose sight of her son. Her ears fell back at the sight of the roaring flames but she didnt stop, the heat could be felt from even a distance as it seemed to grow and spread. She still had a knot in her chest, knowing her mother was still laying in the nursery, that Lionpride had not been seen since this started, all she could do to keep herself moving was remembering her promise to take care of her unborn kits. FaithNovaracer
Silverfringe:SunClan Silverfringe picked up two of the kits at her paws by their scruffs, but was struggling to pick up the other two that were far to young to walk on their own. She looked to Weed motioning for her to help with the newborns, and looking over to see the other queens all getting their own kits ready to move out. Such a move was rather unherd of, especially with the sheer number of kits in SunClan's nursery.NovaPhantomFaith
Alabastor:SunClan Alabastor seemed to calm slightly, not hearing the fighting break out that he expected as Tigerlily entered into the nursery. He didn't trust her as far as he could spit, but at least they would be out of the way of the fire that erupted before he could leave Creampuff. He pressed his nose to her head "I missed you" he murmured, though it was so soft that it make her wonder if he had said it all, before his gaze turned back to the den behind him, knowing that he couldn't just leave them behind "You should go... I still have work left to do here, and it's not something you are going to want to stay behind to watch" He already knew what needed to be done, even though his heart felt heavy with the burden. He lifted his paw, gently caressing her cheek Faith
Desertpaw The little gray tom looked rather irritated as their father took off towards the High Priest den, falling quiet. He closed his eyes deep in thought. A much as he was angry with their father and wanting answers, he really had no desire to leave. SunClan let him test out his inventions without stiffling his creativity like other clans might. He looked over to Crowpaw "I say lets help dad get her out, but once shes out we force the answers out of him" Cleaverwoof
racerFaith "Leucistic, I hope you don't mean Brakewings." She never had any personal experience with the cat, but she'd heard stories. The glow behind her made Azura turn around. She knew that Bloody was in there. Deep inside, it pained her to see her former apprentice fall so far into madness. But he did it to himself, and he had no regard for anyone else anymore. He deserved everything he had coming. Maybe one day they could reconcile. Probably not though. She turned around and ran for the exit. "Well, those kits are gonna be in for surprise then. They'll have to find a new cave."

Weed: Sunclan
"I wouldn't even think about leaving your side." Weed said to her friend. "I'm with you all the way." She still wasn't too trusting of these Dayclan cats, but Pollendrone was right. This could be their only chance out of the camp. Weed had flinched a bit when she heard the sudden roar of the fire. She watched wide-eyed as it blazed in the center of the camp. Her ears twitched at Silverfringe's words and the initiate nodded in agreement as she glared at the Dayclan cats. "Well, I couldn't have said it better myself. Lead the way then." She said. Weed rushed over to Silverfringe as she began gathering her kits. "We'll help with them." The mottled tortoiseshell said softly, carefully picking up one of her kits. racerPhantomFaithJetclaw
Her amber eyes widened tearfully as his muzzle pressed into her head, filling the void of every place she had missed him. She had sat alone at the entrance of camp watching each sunrise waiting for the day he would come home to her from the half moon gathering. Ran her paws raw trying to track him. "I know," She smiled, her paw reaching his away from her cheek, "I'm mates with Firewind," Her smile even now never wavered from every picture perfect moment he spent staring at her loving smile. "I liked you, you liked me, but that wasn't enough. I'm not the girl that got away, you're the boy who walked away. And I think when you walk away from me tonight, you're going to think you saved me from something. But I'm here to tell you in the nicest way possible that you sabotage your own happiness."
She stared at him for a long moment before sighing out, "Okay..." She wiped at her eyes, sucking in her breath, her paw skimming over her forehead as she regained her composure. Creampuff looked stronger than he had last seen her. She held her head high, her smile had a reassuring brightness that no longer came from a place of glee, but certainty and confidence. She could tell in his eyes she would always be the apprentice he had to protect, but that wasn't who she was anymore. "I'm happy to have run into you, seeing you well has lifted my spirits higher than StarClan. I'll see you later then Turbulentseas."
"I might have to grab Shaman Creek or something, but I'll make sure you're seen by someone reasonable," He laughed, gazing over his shoulder at her, he was glad she looked happy. He slowed his pace once more to walk beside her.
Tigerlily moved forward down the narrow path, but once they were clear to walk as a group she flanked their sides, monitoring the wars movement. They were safer with her than any other cat. She had leadership over DayClan in this war right beside the Immortal Council and being Flamingstar's step daughter there was no one would would defy her orders to leave these cats alone.

Trubulentsea Creampuff's words hurt, each one slicing deeper and deeper into his heart. Yet he was happy for her. She had found love and happiness, even if it was not with him in the end. She wasn't wrong, it wasn't enough... He wasn't enough. He never had been. He had never been enough for anyone. Not for his parents. Not for his friends. Not for his clan. Not even for StarClan in end, their voices going silent. The storm of emotions raged on within, but the only thing to show upon his face was a smile "I'm happy for you" he replied softly, rising to his paws and pulling away from her abruptly like her touch burned his thin skin. In the end, isn't this what he had wanted for her? For her to find her own joy, for a cat to give her all the things he never could. The disappointment that prickled in his pelt when she hadn't asked him to return "Never loose that smile of yours, seeing you this happy means I made the right decision" he added not turning back to face her as he walked back into the treatment den. He wasn't lying when he said he had work left here to do. The injured SunClan cats lying scattered around in various states. Some would be able to attempt to flee with the others, but some of them... He took in a deep breath, speaking to those within "Those of you that are able to do so, should leave. A fire has broken out in the camp, and it's only a matter of time before it reaches here"Faith
"No, Carrotpaw. I can't leave him. He's my friend." She replied back, anxious to get in. Suddenly, more power and fire rose from the pit where Autumn and Bloodystar were. She had to turn away from the brightness of the flames as Autumn unleashed her power against Bloodystar. racer
Dayclan
Windchaser didn't like the way Carrotpaw looked at her but before she could say anything, the blast of light from the flames made her squint and turn her head away. She didn't know what was going on but fear for her friend nearly made her leap through the flames to save her but at the moment, she couldn't see past the blinding light.
