Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Halloween inspired cats with a plot! The plot is as follows below.
Ghostking had a fling with both Shadow-weaver and Skeletonwaltz within a moon of each other. Shadow-weaver has had a crush on Ghostking for a long time and knew he was flirting with Skeletonwaltz but wasn't concerned. As she is very self-confident and it seemed unthinkable to her that Ghostking would ever choose Skeletonwaltz over herself. But he ended up spending a night with Skeletonwaltz after Shadow-weaver said something disparaging. So now both Shadow-weaver and Skeletonwaltz are pregnant with Ghostkings kits. VERY EARLY STAGES, they don't know each other is pregnant and neither have said anything yet. Skeletonwaltz is going to tell Ghostkings brother Hauntedkingdom first and decide from there whether to tell Ghostking or not.
If you choose to adopt Ghostking it will be up to you to choose his fate. Does he pick one of the she-cats, soon to be mothers of his kits. Or does he choose neither?
If you choose Shadow-weaver her fate is up to you. Does she chase Ghostking for the rest of her life, does she work to win him over? Does she loose him and plot against him and the others that might hold his affections? Please remember though she had loved Ghostking since she was an apprentice, she'll be delighted to know she's pregnant with his kits. Soon though she might stuggle with self-acceptance as she realizes she has become more like her father than she realized.
Shadow-weaver and Ghostking should have a least one thread together where Shadow-weaver announces her pregnancy whenever the rper would like to do that.

THE MAIN CAST

CONFIDENT. SELF-ASSURED. TAKES NO PRISONERS.
ROUGH HISTORY : Born into a family that seemed to have no space for her. She always felt less than her siblings, as where she wilted under judging gazes and resentful words the same things seemed to roll off their backs. They seemed uncaring when their father disappeared from the clan for moons at a time after a huge fight with their mother. As the daughter than looked just like their father Shadow-Weaver was treated to the same looks her father was. They looked at her like she looked at her own father. Judged her for her temper and her appearance. And she hated it, hated been seen that same as him. And she was determined not to be him, to grow up strong, confident, and most of all loyal and devoted. She would hold her head high against the world and snarl in the face of adversity. Even if this earned somes respect it gained enemies in others. As she never shies away from calling out others for their perceived failures or weaving narratives to suit her own purposes.

ROUGH HISTORY : He has always felt out of place in the world, as if he's not really there inhabiting the same space as others. Perhaps it was his unsure upbringing adopted into the clan by an elderly nursery aid alongside his brother Hauntedkingdom. Even in his first days among Fallclan he felt unaffected, unconnected to the generosity being shown to him. Expressions about as flat as an undisturbed lakes surface. His brother Hauntedkingdom was constantly smoothing over situations and speaking for the both of them. Ghostking feeling no desire to appease those that asked him silly questions about how he was liking Fallclan, or if he had any desire to pay with the other kits. It is not that Ghostking has no feeling as he feels deeply, it is simply that there is a disconnect when it comes to expressing these feelings or emotions. Instead always looking empty and untouchable to others, like a deity sent to earth. Walking among them but not really alongside them. He tries to make up for his lack of expression with words for those he loves, but even then there is not much he can manage to express without making a mess of things so often he chooses to stay silent on his inner workings.
There was never a family for Skeletonwaltz to call her own, she wandered into Fallclan as nothing but a skeleton. All bone and ragged fur that was completely gone in some places and horribly matted in others. She tried to hide from the patrol that stumbled upon her, so used to running and hiding ever since she could walk on her own. For her kindness was a foreign concept and for her first days in Fallclan she spent much of them hidden in a dark corner of the medicine cat den. She grew up but never quite grew out of her shyness for having nice things. She does not believe in happy endings and she shuts down in the face of others care.

HAUNTEDKINGDOM [male] TAKEN BY HALS Ghostkings brother. Skeletonwaltz's love interest, he will be the first one she tells of her pregnancy. She loves him but things he is to good for her hence her dalliance with Ghostking. Patient, intelligent, really despite his name he's basically a cinnamon roll and a saint. |
