Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
She turned to look at Foxbane, her eyes shining brightly at her appearance. Ever since Foxbane brought home the kits she had felt closer to her. Although she still had no clue how that worked since traditionally they were meant to live in DayClan. But with DayClan's code now allowing the parents to decide where the kits went she would defend whatever choice Foxbane chose.
Glowstar's gaze shifted and widened in surprise at the sight of an owl, nearly falling off a tree. Not out of fear of the owl, but in fear that it would be another ferret. Fallpaw had been bringing them around camp and now that she banned them they were just lurking around ever corner. Lately she was trying to convince Fallpaw to run experiments on how to make the ferret population extinct, but she could tell Fallpaw was making no progress in that area. "Oh it's an owl! Cute, but also why do you have an owl?"
Fairytalepaw walked up to Divinepaw and Fallpaw right as Fallpaw began to talk about getting the SunClan apprentices to like her and laughed, "I always thought your name reflected the leaffall season, not cats falling for you," He teased. He had a long gash along his back leg, caught it on StarClan knows what while walking to the gathering, but for once he knew it was there. "I gotta go get this wound checked out, but I'll see you guys around," He said with a wave of his tail before making his way over to Brakewing's.
"I got hurt, what should I do?" Fairytalepaw asked, gesturing to his back leg with the long slash in the side, "I'm sorry, I didn't know I cut it on something, but I caught that I was hurt this time."
Leucisticcrow looked at Wanderingwight, lately the two of them had been playing pretend. He was currently Snowthorn's servant, which was plenty of fun acting reluctant, plus being generous was a new concept to explore. Wanderingwight was being an initiate, although she didn't pretend to be an initiate she just was so technically she wasn't playing. It was almost like sitting on a play set, it looked like she should be playing pretend, but she just wasn't, everything just seemed to be boring for his sister. His thoughts were disturbed as Yuccablossom and Wanderingwight continued to go back and forth with one another.
"You do think that cats who do bad things can be rehabilitated, right?"
Whoa, that was a big question. "If you want a serious answer I would say it depends on the person. You had an uncle named Red, your grandmother loved him, was so close to him. He was violent, but still had a heart, he cared about this family. However he could stop the darkness inside of him, he would go dark and attack members of the league for anything. Eventually he attacked the nemesis, it took six cats to kill him because he just wouldn't stop. Red was a good tom, but nothing except death could free him from that darkness that took over him. That's why your grandma always said there were two types of lovers. They're either in a burning den and you want to save them or they started the fire and you want to change them. We all have that instinct to want someone to be better, but it can't always happen."
Autumngossamer turned, almost surprised to see Lovesmitten trailing after, but not in the slightest disappointed. She purred and gave Lovesmitten a lick across the cheek. Her gaze trailed away from her love, a sense that someone was watching made her look ever so slightly in the direction before flicking back to Lovesmitten. The movement so fast it was almost unnoticeable, "We were going to go mess with Leucisticcrow," Autumngossamer explained, but looking in the direction of the bright brigade warrior he was busy talking to his family, "But maybe we can't right now."
Her smile ached slightly, but she tapped Bloodyrondo with her tail, "That's alright, maybe we can mess with him another time together. All up to you I guess."

DAYCLAN: Fallpaw purred "If you haven't realized it by now, you haven't been paying attention deary" she lifted her paw to boop their nose before turning back to her sister "and neither have you if you think I would really fall for some random SunClan cat, toms fall for me not the other way around" she grinned mischievously, golden eyes looking around the gathering clearing "Let's make it a competition, let's see who can find the cutest tom to flirt with by the end of the night" JadieFaith
"I found her as an egg abandoned in the forest. I didn't know what she was but I took her home anyway. Turned out, she was an owl." Flamingstar responded to Glowstar. "I've had her ever since. She adds a nice touch, doesn't she?"
Autumngossamer sat herself down in front of the gathering below the tree, "I have an announcement!" The soothsayer called above the crowd. She waited patiently for all four clans eyes to move to hers. Although it didn't take considerably long as no one except the leaders have ever made an announcement before.
“I am going to speak the truth about SunClan, all of it. Moons ago the Sun God cursed me so medicine would not work on my body. Because I took herbs everyday so I wouldn’t get pregnant this meant I became pregnant before realizing how the curse worked. Because when you give your soul to the Sun God you are also giving your body to him. I did not give consent to be pregnant, I did not want to be pregnant. This attack on my body was to shame me for disobedience. While many mothers display their pregnant bellies with pride, mine was a statement that he could control me. There was no mercy, he would not release the many other curses he put upon me endangering the lives in my belly. I thought I would have sympathy, but I had none. Many people felt I should be grateful to fulfill my purpose of being a mother. I didn’t know that my purpose was to breed, I thought being your soothsayer was purpose enough.” There was a hurt that built up in her eyes, but she continued. For the first time her pain didn’t feel like weakness, but a layer of muscle that had grown over the wounds in her heart.
“I decided to leave and give birth in DayClan because I was no longer comfortable in SunClan. But Littlestar and Foxbane came into DayClan’s camp in the dead of night against my wishes. They drugged me, paralyzed me and knocked out my husband so we couldn’t see them stealing our kits. Because the Sun God convinced them that we would be unfit parents.” In SunClan pain was weakness, but even as Autumngossamer revealed every bit of suffering she stood stronger with every truth she revealed. It was like meeting someone stabbed 99 times, but they still stood there with fight in their eyes with just as much passion in their heart as before.
“And there lies the problem. SunClan doesn’t just have a sexist pig God, but the women in charge are just as a part of this problem as he is. Littlestar initially thought the Sun God killed her kits to punish her and still worshiped him. Foxbane was punished by the Sun God, but still worshiped him. Our God abuses us and our leaders let it happen. What I didn’t mention about that night is that the Sun God killed two of my kits. Foxbane and Littlestar knew it, but only pitied me. Knowing that our God is wrong, but choosing to do nothing is not power, it’s subservience. I looked up to Littlestar and Foxbane as powerful women, but they’re not. They follow a sad spineless God with no regard towards the lives of his followers. When a God whose word is law disrespects and strips the dignity of she-cats he is giving permission to disrespect your sisters, your daughters, your friends, your clanmates. Despite what you’ve grown up to believe all of you are owed respect especially by authority figures.”
Autumngossamer lifted a paw, tempted to chew at a claw, it was time for everyone to know. “You might be wondering, how do you stand up against a God. Firetooth and I cursed the Sun God, if he does something outside of what I consider morally good he will lose his power until he does something right or corrects his wrong. Use this to demand better for yourself and your community.”
“As for you Foxbane and Littlestar, I will show you the same mercy that you have given to your clan, which is none,” Autumngossamer said, her words carrying such a heat it could burn anyone's heart. She looked back to SunClan, “Your past and current priestesses broke SunClan’s code, they knowingly allowed my kits, SunClan blood to be raised in DayClan and tried to cover it up from me and all of you. I’m leaving SunClan, but you have the power to create change now. Use it wisely.”
"How brave of you" came the steady voice of Littlestar from up above, her voice steady and fur unruffled by the unexpected turn of events. Instead of turning tail or getting angry, she stood her ground meeting her Soothsayer's gaze without flinching"but I do believe you are leaving out several key details to spin this little story of yours, even the most simple of matters can appear rather frighting when cast in the wrong light" she answered confidently
"The Sun God had nothing to do with the death of my first litter. I was far to young and small to be carrying kits, the toll they took on my body nearly killed me trying to bring them into this world. You are right, I did blame the Sun God for their death at first. I was bitter, angry, and mourning the loss of the three kits I would never get to see grow. However, sometimes tragedies are just that. A tragedy. Not everything that happens in this world is a conspiracy, a result of some sort of divine intervention. What you didn't say was the many moons of hatred that I had for the Sun God, how it wasn't until much later that I came to fully believe in him and accept that what had happened wasn't anyone's fault" she paused still not looking away from Autumngossamer as she spoke
"But my own story, isn't the only one you have left some key details from, now is it? You didn't even speak as to why you were cursed, nor what brought me and Foxbane there that day your kits were born. You were cursed for your involvement in trying to destroy all of the clans, not just SunClan. If you had succeeded none of us would be still standing here today. The curse that you received was of your own doing, one shouldn't commit a crime and expect to walk away with no consequences. You blame the Sun God for your pregnancy, yet all her did was curse you with the herbs not affecting you. He isn't the one who impregnated you, he didn't magically place babies in your stomach against your will. Again, your are blaming the Sun God for your own actions instead of taking any responsibility. After you found out you were pregnant, you fell into a deep depression. You became suicidal, then you disappeared without a word. What did you expect the rest of SunClan to do? Stand by while you not only killed yourself, but the kits that you were carrying as well. Kits that had done nothing wrong, the real innocents in all of this" it was clear that Autumngossamer still didn't know what really happened that night, and partly that was her fault. She had tried telling her the truth several time before, but each time Autumngossamer had stopped her saying that she didn't want to know
"So yes, me and Foxbane went to DayClan that night. Not to steal your kits, but to keep you from killing yourself and them along with you. The plan was to help you safely deliver and get you the treatment that you needed before you made an irreversible decision. When you delivered your kits, the Sun God did not kill your kits Autumngossamer. They were born dead, the same as my first litter the same as many other litters before either of us were even born. Again you seek to place blame on the Sun God, when you were not even on SunClan's territory. I carried their bodies from the den, they were completely lifeless. There was no pulse, they were not breathing. They reeked of death. It wasn't something a suicidal queen giving birth should have to see. I laid their bodies just outside of the nursery, so that when you had finished we could break the news to you gently and you could properly lay them to rest. I had no desire to take your children from you, if I had I wouldn't have left the two that lived at your side to nurse and care for. I swear on the name of the Sun God that those kits were deceased when I returned to assist in the rest of the kitting. After your labor was over, I exited the nursery. Your situation reminding me to much of my own. I needed to get some fresh air, and to prepare the bodies for viewing. When I emerged, not only where they living but standing there holding them was a DayClan cat that I am sure you are all familiar with. It was only I and Foxbane, in the midst of another clan. We confronted this she-cat, but she held their delicate lives in her paws. If we acted, only more SunClan blood would have been spilled. We returned you and your two kits to SunClan and started your treatment for your depression. You say I showed you no mercy, and yet instead of just having you killed for your many crimes I treated you illness. When you said that you were ready, the kits were returned to you and their father to raise. I even tried to tell you the truth, about the efforts going on to bring your other little ones back to SunClan and you stopped me. You said that you were happy, and that whatever happened was in the past that you just wanted to move forward. So no I didn't shatter your happiness with false promises and hopes, but I never stopped working on returning them back to SunClan"
"Oh shut it with your excuses, Littlestar. I was in the Shadow Era, I wasn't cursed. And neither were any other Sunclan cats involved in this. And you don't think the Sun God didn't give that curse to Autumngossamer for that specific reason? Don't make me laugh. He deserved what Autumn and I gave to him."
At the sound of his name, a ginger-pelted tom had emerged from the shadows to stand beside Autumngossamer, head held high and teeth shining in the moonlight as he grinned proudly. Most of the crowd would recognize him as Swiftclan's first and only Medicine Cat, and perhaps some of the older felines would remember back when he had been Earthclan's last and final one. Though a very select few would recall the face of Flamefang, former unwilling initiate of Sunclan, who fled to join the Shadow Era before he could fail the Changing of the Tides ritual.
"Now, I'm sure a lot of you are wondering why I'm here, and why I'd help curse the Sun God. That's a fair question; I’ve never really cared about clan politics, no idea who half these leaders are anyway." He glanced over at Leviathan and Flamingstar for a brief moment before turning back to the silent crowd."But you all will recall when Foxstar was made leader of Sunclan, the strangest thing happened. Now, I don’t know if you’ve been following the word around the clans, but I’ve been keeping my ears open and it seems that you all are just like me, super-mad about everything everywhere all the time. And why wouldn't you be? I mean the fact is there’s a Sun God loose in Sunclan. There's a CURSED Sun God loose in Sunclan. I think eventually everything’s going to be okay, but I have no idea what’s going to happen next. And neither do any of you, and neither do your parents, because there’s a CURSED SUN GOD loose in Sunclan. It’s never happened before, no one knows what the Sun God is going to do next, least of all the Sun God. He’s never had to actually be nice before, he’s as confused as you are!"
"There’s no experts. They try to find experts among the priests. They’re like, 'We’re joined now by a cat that once saw a cursed Deal in Dayclan.' Get out of here with that FOX DUNG! We've all seen a cursed Deal in Dayclan!"
With a wide sweep of his tail, he gestured to the infamous cat in question, father of a million kits. "Though at this point, I'd much prefer Dealstar and his infinite kitten army over Littlestar! I mean, how many times have you heard the High Priestess saying, 'The Sun God is always right, he's a just and kind god. You all are just unbelievers, this is all Autumngossamer's fault' And then ten seconds later the Sun God is like, 'I’m gonna run towards the Sunclan nursery and smash the kits with my paws. I’ve got nice paws and a fiery tail, I’m an all-powerful god!' That’s what I thought you’d say, you DUMB MAGGOT-BRAINED SUN GOD! And then… Then… Then you go to the gathering and Moonclan here is all like, 'The Sun God shouldn’t be in Sunclan.' And it’s like, We’re WELL past that! But what luck! Autumngossamer and I have opened up the path to a more merciful and less disgusting deity for all of you! One who won't secretly curse you so you get pregnant against your will, kill your sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, or whoever else can't magically make a sunflower burst into flames, and who won't murder your kits just to make a point. And for when you all realize that you like the Sun God better this way, YOU ARE WELCOME."
Illuminatedpath felt like his neck was going to start hurting as he looked back and forth from all the cats talking. First his heart went out to Autumngossamer, than Littlestar spoke up and he began to feel unsure of what was true. Then this other cat he didn't recognize came forwards and started talking.
SunClan Skipstep scoffed. "You speak hearsay!" He declared glaring at the newcomer. "As Littlestar stated, Autumngossamer's curse and her pregnancy were her own doing!"
Though he was filled with pride to see Autumngossamer curse the Sun God himself, it was accompanied by a creeping sense of horror. He never knew what happened to her; perhaps if he did, he would have trusted her a little more when she came to him, but it was too late now. He glanced up as Firetooth mentioned his name ... more than once ... and despite the grim situation, couldn't fight off a bitter grin.
SUNCLAN
Firetooth? The moment she heard her son's name, Windskip's attention was captured, and she strained to watch the arguing cats upon the rock. There he was, the proud ginger tomcat she had raised, with a new set of scars on his throat that sent shivers down her spine, almost as nasty as when the truth set in. Her son had cursed the Sun God, revealed it to everyone, placed himself in jeopardy in so many ways... she wanted to be proud of him, she really did, he had grown so much from the bitter kitten he used to be when his life was first destroyed. But Windskip couldn't even bring herself to smile at him. After everything she had done to protect her family, he was throwing it all away. She had even fought against a leader, a flood, and for what? Firetooth was putting his life on the line here, and he would give it up, there was no escaping that. He was signing his own death warrant. Her mate lost and now her son, it was nearly too much to bear. She leaned against Ghostcrown for support, shaking her head in silent grief.
He hadn't seen his adopted brother in moons, but he was planning on seeking him out today; he had the most excellent news to share, a family of his own, and now Firetooth had upstaged him. Ghostcrown couldn't even be upset, he had cursed their God, and that was epic. "WAY TO GO, BRO!" he yowled in support. "GOOD SPEECH! ENCORE!"
NIGHTCLAN
The grey-and-white tom glared up at the rock, his lip curled as he stared up there. He had no love for the gods either but he loathed Firetooth with every fiber of his being, and this made it no better. At least now he might be free of him; SunClan would never let him escape, and he just had to hope they would end his brother right here, right now, where he could see him bleed.

"Hold it right there!" A feminine voice, though soft as it was seemed to fill the space before anyone had a chance to respond to what the SwiftClan medicine cat had to say. As cats looked around, trying to locate the cat it belonged to, visibly confused, Leviathan breath hitched in his throat, his amber eyes widening ever so slightly. It was a voice the cardinal knew all too well. He didn't smile or even react in any noticeable way as everyone looked up to see a distant white shape that seemed to walk right out of the moon it self. As it got closer and closer the the gathering of cats everyone would be able to see that her pelt seemed to glow like the moon. There was clear anger in her crystalline blue eyes as her gaze swept over every cat in attendance. She paid little attention to the High Priestess or her promised in SunClan. Instead her attention was fixed on Autumngossamer and Firetooth.
"Now, tell me, has my brother really done what you've accused him of?" Selene asked, there was no skepticism in her tone just genuine curiosity as she waited patiently for the duo to answer.

"OH, COME ON!" Now, this voice was one that was far too familiar to far too many cats, SunClan and it's defectors alike. It was loud, opposite to Selene in every way, as a glow waded through the SunClan crowd, the large frame of a cat, larger than any other in attendance, with gold shaded white fur, stepped forward. Embers swirled around his paws, and fire lights danced in his fur. Any cat with half an ounce of sense would know the Sun God, if not from familiarity with his appearance, from the descriptions of him.
"Selene, you do realize you could just come out and ask me, y'know? Of course they're going to lie, they're angry." He turned to Autumngossamer, a frown on his face. "And hey, I really don't appreciate that, for that matter! You make it real hard to just let you go when you're trying to get everyone to kill you. What more do you want from me, huh? I made a lot of compromises on that curse just for you! No one ever learns without some sort of punishment. And Littlestar's right. You really are assuming a lot, you know? You cursed me, and wanted me to be a good best friend, but now, you won't even reciprocate that, and that's honestly just not okay, Autumngossamer. You can't just blame me for everything in your life that goes wrong, and assume I am part of every bad thing to ever happen because if fits your narrative. I didn't make them drug you during your kitting. I didn't tell them to take your kits away. There is such a thing as free will, you know. It might have consequences, but I don't just mind control cats. You brainwash yourselves well enough without me even trying to do something like that."
"I can't make your end of the bargain easy," Autumngossamer replied evenly to the Sun God before turning back to Selene. "Yes, I promise on my soul and heart," Autumngossamer said honestly, "He admitted everything I've told you himself, if there was a way for you to make him tell the truth it would prove everything I went through was intentionally strategized. You wouldn't happen to have the power to make him tell the truth considering it's a full moon... Would you Selene?" Autumngossamer once more placed her paw over Firetooth's the way she did when they cursed the Sun God. When her gaze had to focus everywhere except for Firetooth she needed a way to know he was still by her side or in danger.
Autumngossamer smiled at her friends support before facing Littlestar again. "You're right though, I did deserve to be cursed after the Shadow Era. I deserved to see how cruel our God could be, I deserved to know that you would turn a blind eye to the Sun God's mistreatment of me and so many others, I deserved to see the corruption rather than have the option to look the other way like you did. You're like how the phrase goes, when you look through rose colored eyes all the red flags just look like red flags. But hearing what you've said, I know now that it's not my job to make you a good person. I can't make you something you're not."
DAYCLAN
Glowstar's heart went out to Autumngossamer, after all Glowstar didn't hail the Sun God like most SunClan cats did. She worshiped him the way a fan would for a celebrity. She looked up to him as one of the great super villains of modern time. But messing with kits was beyond messed up, more than that the fact that Littlestar and Foxbane helped with it left a sickening twisted feeling in her gut. Foxbane wasn't stupid, she had to have known the Sun God was setting them up so she hopefully only did it because Littlestar wanted her to... Her emerald gaze wouldn't look at Foxbane or Littlestar especially when hearing Littlestar's defense. She could catch all the inaccuracies, the skewed views. It was one thing to be a part of a cult that killed and tortured people, but Sun God mistreating she-cats was a line crossed. If Foxbane and Littlestar really weren't going to do anything about it then she would need to rethink everything. "I have a lot to think about after this."
A small smirk graced the goddess' lips at the Soothsayer's words. Normally she would never display her abilities in such a way but, the ginger and white she-cat had a point. It would be the fastest way to get to the bottom of all this. "Yes, I think that's an excellent idea." she purred, turning her attention to her brother. Her expression was annoyed, as if he was some pesky fly that wouldn't stop buzzing in her face.
"Sunny, I compel you, under the light of the full moon to tell the truth. The whole truth, and nothing but the truth will leave your lips tonight, This I swear it." Her voice rang clearly throughout the clearing firm, but still soft as ever. "Now tell me again, Did plan everything your Soothsayer went through, and are her accusations correct? Tell me everything."
Flamingstar was surprised by Autumngossamer's speech. Wasn't Autumngossomer the soothsayer? Why was she going against her own clan? Before Flamingstar could speak, Selene appeared. A bored expression crossed the Nightclan leader's face. When was she going to be able to accuse Sunclan of kidnapping their medicine cat. Autumngossomer had to go and steal her moment.
At Skipstep's outburst, Firetooth shot the tom a wicked grin. "Hearsay, heresy, blasphemy, take your pick. I'll be honest, I wasn't a witness to anything that Autumngossamer's accusing the Sun God of, I'm merely a sympathetic soul who took her at her word and was willing to help. We barely knew each other when she approached me with her story; there was no reason for her to lie to me...so I believed her." He glanced down with a hint of a smile on his muzzle when the Soothsayer placed her paw on his, before lifting his head to search the crowd. Following the sound of Ghostcrown's cheers - it was strange to realize how much he missed that voice - finally, his eyes met his mother's. "I usually prefer to make oaths to Starclan, but since the Moon Goddess is already here I'll cut out the middleman. Selene as my witness; I will never stand idly by if a Queen is facing injustice...no cat should ever have to suffer like my mother did when I was promoted too young."

SUNCLAN
Foxbane had quite a lot of reason to dislike the Sun God. She'd been cursed by him, oh, twice now? Once way back when, and once recently. And the ex-Priestess really dared to roll her eyes at the diety's explanation. Her worship for him, well, to say she'd gone from cult leader to the cat who specifically searched out curses and the like wouldn't be an inaccurate assessment. Foxbane worked for herself, and screw all the gods and ancestors who would stand in her way. "Autumngossamer is telling the truth." Foxbane answered bluntly, glancing at Littlestar. She loved the she-cat she raised, but unlike the other, she had absolutely no love for the deity. He had been a way to power, and that part had been played well. He no longer served her, so she no longer served him. If that wasn't true enough before, it would be now, as she rose to her paws.
"The Sun God is a monster. He always was meant to be, and anyone who says otherwise is a liar. I should know, I'm the one who brought him into the clan. I've been cursed by him twice, and to be quite honest, I'm really done with him. He's better than StarClan, well, if your goal is power and tyranny, and let's just say, that's always worked for me just fine, hasn't it? But that's how he rules. Fear. Keeping the Priestess in power by giving them the right to do anything, everything they want. It's addicting, and it's worth it. To sell your soul to look down on others, to act with impunity? That's the exact sort of chaos and control he wants. Obedience always has it's price, and at some point, that price becomes too high." Her expression went darker, a smile written across her face as she stared at the Sun God, without an ounce of fear, and in pure defiance.
"It's about time Autumngossamer left. She deserves her own life, don't you think? One where she's not being told what to think, and by whom. I won't deny my involvement. I won't deny I helped Littlestar, and I won't deny it was wrong. Because it was. But it's about time you took a step aside, shut up, and were the obedient one for once, Sun God." She smiled at Autumngossamer. "I am sorry, that instead of helping you leave, I forced you to stay. I let you get cursed, and didn't stand up because I could live with my own curse. I hurt you and your kits in ways that I would have killed anyone in the vicinity if it had happened to me. It's easy when you know who the enemy is, and you're used to the give and take of the things you do. I'm not just going to stand and let that happen to you again. I'm not expecting forgiveness, but if you need anything, let me know."
Foxbane leaned side to side on her paws, laughing at Selene, slightly. "I guess what I'm saying is, I'm done. The Sun God can have me if he wants, but he can't have my soul, and he can't have my voice. If he can't handle that, then I don't need him. And neither do any of you. Even StarClan isn't so cruel as to curse a cat who doesn't want kits with a litter against her will. Maybe I'm too late, but better late than never, right? Even I have limits. So, Sun God, care to enlighten us to what exactly you've done? I'm sure everyone's keen to hear it."
It was like the world was crashing down around him. And he couldn't even make anything up, because of course Selene had to cause a problem. If it weren't a full moon, he might have been able to resist, but today, not quite, and soon, words were spilling from his mouth faster than he could stop them. "Okay, yes! I did curse her. I did tamper with the herbs knowing she'd get pregnant. That was the whole point, betrayal by everything and everyone because she betrayed me. You know better than anyone how I work, Selene, if you really can't see I'd do something like this, then that's on you, not me, isn't it? I knew from the beginning those kits would be stillborn. I let that happen on purpose. I knew she was going to react badly, like, really, of course Autumngossamer didn't want kits! And do you really think I was just going to let her have them in DayClan? No, they belonged in SunClan. What I didn't expect was Pandora reviving the dead ones, she really is a pain in the tail. I figured that she-cat, Fia whatever, would take the rest of them, she didn't even know I wrote her into this as part of the plan. So yeah, blah, blah, blah, I technically made her pregnant, and technically killed her kits. It's a curse, that's what curses do."

and then starlessstar the horse came in and smashed the sun god with his hooves. justice was served
Moonclan Well, this wasn't quite how I expected my first gathering to go." Nereus pondered to himself, having pulled himself next to Leviathan in the tree. Really, he had no clue where the medicine cats were supposed to meet, so now he sat here with the leaders. His features were pulled slightly down in a frown as each spoke. "I heard they were barbaric, but cursing your own she-cats is a new low."
Dayclan Goldenphantom listened to her friend speak, glaring daggers at the surge of voices who were too blind to see the truth in her words. It was all true, maybe she was too blind to consider Autumn would lie to her at all. It made her shudder a bit, pulling Princepaw closer to her side, who's golden eyes glinted and flicked around in confusion before she settled against her mother. As the Sun God spoke the truth, truly bringing those fears she had into reality, she quietly sobbed into Princepaw's fur.
Smolderingpaw had left the gathering early. Normally he was out there wrapping himself around some she-cat or tom that caught his attention. But now he could feel his eyes threatening to spin out of his head with how confusing and bright it was back there. Too much going on for the young tom. He felt some sort of peace even if he wasn't that far away from the gathering itself. Though it was also strangely lonely. pao
SunClan As the Sun God spoke, Littlestar's eyes lit up with cold fury. For those who knew her father, it was like looking into a mirror. The way the gold glimmered in his eyes right before he made a kill. Not only had she been lied to and manipulated, but he had killed those kits... Helpless kits that hadn't even been born yet. Her mind flashed back to her own litter, how she had held onto their tiny body's pleasing for him to give them life. She had offered her own life as sacrifice, yet he had refused. Had he killed them to? She jumped off the tree, the crowd parting before her like the sea until she stood face to face with the Sun God a growl rising in her throat
"I have given my every waking moment of my life since coming to Sun Clan to serve you" her voice was calm and steady "not only have you lied and manipulated my decisions, but now I find out that you have been murdering innocents" he claws dug into the earth "Speak your last words"
Illuminatedpath's stomach turned at this, he shifted to press in closer to Windchaser. He glanced towards Bloodyrondo how hard the priest promised had worked to turn DayClan and it made his stomach turn with disgust and horror.
SunClan
Skipstep glared at Firetooth mouth opening to say something. When Foxbane spoke, then the Sun God spoke the truth through the Moon Goddess' power. His gray blue eyes widened in shock, and then anger. Seething anger. He rose to his paws as Littlestar faced the Sun God, the oldest Janus. The oldest close follower of the Sun God, who had dedicated his every moment to ensure the safety of his family and of Littlestar. Only to find now that the Sun God had played Littlestar. It made his teeth grit in fury, but he held the words, instead moving to stand at Littlestar's flank claws unsheathing and burying into the ground glaring at the Sun God waiting to hear his last words.

Dayclan
Darkpaw smiled to herself and gave Brakewings a prod in the shoulder. "Wow, and I thought Dayclan's drama was bad."
Sunclan
Riverwolf's eyes narrowed in thought as he watched the scene unfold. A small, wicked smile crossed his muzzle as he eyed Selene and then the Sun God. What a disaster. A sweet, sweet mess. His brown gaze turned towards Leviathan in interest. The past few moons of spying secretly on Moonclan had shown him everything he needed to know. They would be the perfect target for his next set of plans. His attention drifted back to Selene, wondering how the almighty goddess would respond now. Little did they know, the ultimate god, the STAR God, was in their presence. He would keep that fact on the down-low for now. First, those two needed to tear each other apart.
Rogue? I promise he is somewhat allowed to be in this thread. The clearing was full of more cats than he had seen in one spot. Subaru had heard of the clans before from his parents. They often spoke of Fallclan and others that got in the Regime's way. As a kit, he had been grateful to grow up outside the clans and groups. Left out to be raised by rogues, there was no need for gods and ancestors to rule his life so it was a lot more relaxed. However, he watched in strange awe as Selene stepped out, followed by some other, burning cat. "Interesting." He murmured, taking in everything like a moss in water. Something about these cats, especially that moon goddess, pulled him in. What an odd desire to have...

SUNCLAN
"Whoah, whoah, whoah. Littlestar! That's a bit rash, don't you think. I swear I did not kill your kits. You're right, it's my fault that Autumn's died, even though they're back. But I can change right? Theoretically. I actually don't know, haven't tried. But I still can't actually do anything right now. I am bound to Autumngossamer's morality. Give me a chance. At least a day, right? I've never had to change before. I'm not really sure what that means, to be honest." The Sun God, in a rare display, actually looked genuinely terrified, backing away from the Priestess, seriously concerned. He didn't want to die. Ironically, he feared it. Where did ethereal beings go when they were no more? He didn't know, and this fire rippled with frantic, nervous light.
DAYCLAN/SUNCLAN
Pandora didn't usually jump into these things, but by now, she was standing among the crowd before the Sun God. "He's certainly made his bed, and he ought to lie in it. But in DayClan, we believe everyone can be rehabilitated. Take his powers away, make him mortal. Force him to be the thing he hates. But killing him won't do anything but accomplish vengeance." There was no love lost on her account for the Sun God, but even she wasn't just going to advocate a slaughter.
