Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.

Warm bodies were pressed against him, softy shifting with every breath. Their heat was comfortable and soothing, but Snowkit couldn't sleep. His blue eyes were wide open, trailing lazily around the den. There was a lot of open space with the few mothers and kits curled together in the center. None of them really looked like him though, which was... odd. But, when he thought about it longer, he wondered if it was really odd at all. All of the mothers seemed to split the duty of raising him without any standing out to him as his mother. It made his chest hurt, thinking about it and all. Snowkit only knew the slight pain brought on from playing rough with the other kits. This was something else. Inside of him and aching.
He whimpered low in his throat and jumped slightly from the sound. He didn't want to wake anyone up. It would probably be good for him to slip outside for a bit and get some fresh air. Slowly, he rose to his paws and searched for a good path to make it out of the huddle. He was big enough now that he wouldn't have to scramble over everyone to get out and manage to step carefully around. Once he spotted a decent way to go, he began stepping through the cats. It was short-lived though, as the crystal around his neck accidentally brushed the top of someone while he tried to move past. Snowkit froze and held his breath.
