"Oh mouse tails" a small she-cat snapped, as the fresh kill pile came tumbling down all the way around her, a rat falling onto her back and pining her to ground as she struggled underneathe it trying to wiggle her way out. She had been trying to get a shrew for herself and Earthkit, only to find herself in this predicament
Whitepaw had just walked away from the fresh kill pile with a shrew in his jaws when he heard the she-kit curse. He stopped in his tracks looking back over his shoulder in concern, to see that the pile had collapsed, taking the small kit with it. His first reaction was worry, as he bounded back over to the pile. Shrew forgotten he carefully shifted the fallen corpses off of Mousekit. "Are you alright there princess?" his tone was soft yet, genuine though his blue eyes gleamed with mild amusement, he some how managed to keep a straight face.

Mousekit squeaked, until the rat was carefully moved off of her, sitting up straight she tried to put her fluffed out pelt back into some semblance of order by licking her chest "I am alright" she glanced around, sighing in relief when she realized that Lionpride and Sanguinerose were no where to be seen "Please don't tell my parents about this, or they will never let me out of the nursery" she pleaded
