Sparrowflight had a plan. It was a very good plan, in his opinion, though there were so many ways it could go wrong. He was sick and tired of his apprentice, Jetpaw, hanging around asking him to do training all the time. If he wanted to train a cat, he would've looked after one of his kits, right? There was a reason Sparrowflight didn't do that, and there was a reason he wasn't a mentor. But Littlestar refused to listen, saddling him with her pain in the tail of a daughter, so he needed a new solution. Mainly, Sparrowflight was creating The Greatest Friendship Club of All Time, which was definitely not just a ploy to find some potential friends for Jetpaw so she'd get off his back. There was only one flaw with his plan... the she-cat was so annoying he wasn't sure he could convince anyone to spend time with her.
"Gather around, everybody!" the dirty tabby called, sitting in the center of the camp with a distorted attempt at an innocent smile. "Come join the Greatest Friendship Club of All Time! Step right up and win a prize!"

Of course, whatever Sparrowflight found himself behind in, Jetpaw was never far behind. Her obsession with him had begun we she was only a kit during the romance festival. She had watched as Sparrowflight and Mistyrose came tumbling into the nursery, and the powerful moves that he had used on her leaving the she-cat begging for more. Since then, she had been determined to learn his secret, even going so far as to drag out his nest onto the lake and cast them off from shore so that he couldn't run.Yet the power she had seen tat day continued to elude her, no matter how hard she practiced the techniques she had observed watching him and Mistyrose at every opportunity.
In any case, it took all of one second after he finished speaking for Jetpaw to wind herself around him. Head bopping his chin as she purred "and what prize would that be Sparrowflight"
"What is she doing here?" Wolfpaw grumbled, glaring at Jetpaw with distaste. That she-cat had for too much energy for his liking and was also a massive idiot. He had enough of those in his life, "I guess it doesn't matter. I'm leaving as soon as Caramelcream puts me down..."
He was a small, golden-furred tom and, despite being an apprentice, he very much still passed as a kit. As a result, oftentimes when Caramelcream saw Wolfpaw out and about, she'd scold him for leaving the nursery, scruff him and carry him all the way back. Surprisingly, Wolfpaw didn't hate it, blaming his older sister for his frequent tardiness was an excuse never questioned. It did get old sometimes, though. Right now he would rather be out on his border patrol like he was supposed to be. Oops.
Caramelcream cocked her head at Sparrowflight but of course could not speak with her mouth full of fur. Her large, plummy tail whipped from side to side, stirring up some dust, any onlooker could see that she seemed very excited.

Jetpaw roared with laughter as Carmelcream by carrying Wolfpaw by the scruff like some naughty kit. She lifted her paw's sitting on her hind legs as she began to tickle his sides With him dangling in the air in her grasp, he wouldn't be able to defend himself "Awww!! Is little Wolfkit back on his way to bed how cute!!!" she teased not so subtly, then again when had subtle ever been her thing? She pinched his cheek one last time before she backed up, grinning knowing that the young tom was bound to be angry with her. In fact, she would revel in it.
Ugh. Jetpaw had to be here in order to make friends, but that didn't mean he was thrilled to see her. He just had to survive a few more minutes in her company, and then he'd be free of her forever... or at least for a little while longer. Sparrowflight would take all the space he could get. If this failed, he might have to run back to WinterClan and beg to go back to his nice secluded prison where she could never find him. He could start his life again; maybe he'd meet some lovely ladies there, he'd had some very good company there over the moons. None of them had stuck around except Mistyveil, but she would understand if he needed to be alone for a while.
"Oh, Caramelcream, thank you for the captive vic--future club member! Are both of you joining? I think you'd be perfect," he reassured her, trying his very best to be friendly. "Now, we're all here to- JETPAW, STOP IT." Sparrowflight glared at the apprentice. How was she ever going to make friends if she kept bothering everyone that came near?!?

Jetpaw giggled, taking in the angry expression on Sparrowflight's face. She saw it often enough, more often than any sort of happy expression. She stepped back falling into a play box battting at the air just in front of his whiskers "Aw is Sparrowflight jealous? It's ok Sparrowflight, I can tickle you to!!" She leaped toward him, paws outstretched laughing the entire time. She knew that wasn't why he was upset, but it was so much more fun to push him and act ignorant than concede to his wishes.
"Stop it!" Wolfpaw hissed, he was horribly ticklish and it was a miracle that the only cat who knew this was Caramelcream, since she always forgot about it. He tried to hold still but squirmed just before Jetpaw gave up. He hoped that she had not noticed as his cheeks flushed in embarassed. Sick of being held, and now free from Jetpaw, he bit down hard on the his sister's cheek and she sat him on the ground immediately.
"Oh? Did you want down?" Caramelcream said now that her mouth was freed, blood dribbling down the side of her face. She was totally unfazed by it, she got scratched up all the time, "Do you need a nap?"
"Look, I'm literally an apprentice but... sure... I need a nap. BYE." The golden tom quickly made a break for it.
"No-- Jetpaw-- stop it, you're impossible!" Sparrowflight yelped, stumbling back and swatting her away. Had he really survived so many different lives in different clans just to be tickled by the most annoying cat he'd ever met? He caught Jetpaw's leap and slammed her toward the ground, his fur sticking up on end. He looked up as Wolfpaw made a break for it and swore under his breath. "Okay, new plan! Your first job as a club member is to CATCH THAT CAT! GO, GO, GO, BOTH OF YOU!"
He sprang off of Jetpaw and pointed after Wolfpaw.

Jetpaw giggled, even as her mentor slammed her towards the ground. Instead of struggling she purred leaning into his touch, only to be released as he pointed after the apprentice that had disappeared. She rolled her shoulders gazing after him, muscles tensing, like she was ready to take off. However, instead she straightened up shrugging "That's no fun Sparrowflight, it would be like chasing after a kit" she pouted, her bottom lip quivering slightly. Just as suddenly she began rubbing up against his chest purring "Spending time with you is a lot more fun"
"Seriously!?" Wolfpaw gave Sparrowflight a betrayed expression and very nearly stumbled over his own paws. That momentary pause was all it took for Caramelscream to scruff him again; three of Wolfpaw's strides equaled maybe one of hers, after all. He didn't stand a chance in getting away from her if she put her mind to it. He struggled for a moment and then went limp as his older sister trotted back over to Sparrowflight and Jetpaw.
"Why are you doing this to me, dad? Don't you have any shame?" He knew the answer was no because he was the same way, however, he still felt the need to point it out.
Ugh. Sparrowflight wrinkled his muzzle at Jetpaw's abysmal behavior. He leaned into her in return, holding his breath as he slowly pushed her back a step, then quickly leaped back to create space between them. His fur ruffled. He had spent moons of his life covered in filth, but now he felt like he needed to clean himself.
"Thank you, Caramelcream," he added with a nod to the she-cat. As for the other apprentice, he raised a brow, unimpressed. "Dad?" he echoed. Was this another one of his kids? The brown tabby didn't pay any mind to them, to the point he had thought for a while that Jetpaw was his daughter.
"Look, I'm going to level with you. I'm just desperate. My, poor, lonely apprentice here," he gestured grandly toward Jetpaw, "is so lonely, she needs friends. Don't you want to make me proud, son, and make a friend too?"

Jetpaw rolled her eyes, back rubbing up against Sparrowflight without even giving him a chance to regain his footing "I'm not lonely, after all I have you my wonderful amazingly awesome mentor!" she chirped cheerfully tail wrapping around his a purr rumbling in her throat "I don't want to hang out with some boring apprentice, I want to be with you"
“Wow that’s... disgusting,” he said, looping his paw around her tail and pulling it away from his throat. “How about you do both? I’ll hang out with you once, one day, and then you’ll leave me alone for the rest of my very short life. And death. Do not hang out at my grave. Maybe I should ask for my body to be buried with my family so you can’t visit,” he mused.

"Tsk tsk Sparrowflight you have taught me better than that, I would never take a deal that bad" she purred, filling the air "Especially when I can just spend time with you for free"
