Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
In this plot Sweetiepeach will steal an ancient artifact that can steal celestial powers. She will only manage to steal half of Everlastingfire's powers resulting in him catching her. However she throws it to the group of rebels outside turning this into a game of keep away.
How to play amulet keep away!
1) To participate have your cat say, "I'm open!" and they will be tossed the amulet
2) They will then possess the power of the amulet. Each cat has their own personalized power for the amulet so if Freckleleaf has the ability to use ice, Woodenpelt will have a different ability like sonic speed. Use any power you want (try not to get too out of control though xD). Don't forget to keep it away from Everlastingfire!
3) The next person who yells, "I'm open!" Toss them the amulet. Your cats power will leave when the amulet leaves their paws
4) This game will end when Glowstar gets the amulet
**If you go inactive for two days while holding the amulet we'll have a cat take it from you just to keep it going so everyone gets a turn!
For any questions at all message me, Faith, I am always happy to answer any questions!!
Everlastingfire had come into DayClan some moons ago with the desire to convert the clan into the sun religion while also claiming to be a God. By all means he did appear to be one, he possessed God like abilities such as fire. For whatever reason Glowstar had allowed him to stay and be nothing more than a nuisance to the clan. So far his total follower count was zero, but almost on the daily he would try to get others to participate in prayer and interested in the Sun God to no avail. It was no surprise since DayClan cats had been enslaved, tortured, and killed when SunClan last tried to convert them so the Sun God didn't exactly leave a good taste in their mouth.
However some residents of DayClan wanted to take matters into their own paws and get Everlastingfire to leave once and for all. Sweetiepeach had talked around and discovered that there was an ancient artifact known as Ichabod that could steal Everlastingfire's godly power. In order to get a closer inspection on where he could be hiding this item she volunteered to search the wisteria tree he was sleeping beneath.
Outside the rebels waited as Sweetiepeach prodded around the tree before resorting to gently feeling around his fur, specifically by his chest or belly to see if he was sleeping on it. Instead she felt something shift near his neck. Her marigold eyes lit up as she turned back to the group waiting for her just outside the veil of purple vines and mouthed, I found it.
Everlastingfire was having a pleasant dream. Nothing too flashing or anything, just a quiet evening curled up next to Satinlights, a handful of kittens dozing against each of their sides. He hadn't even told Glowstar yet that he was going to be a father, deciding instead to reveal it to her while back in SunClan, although odds were she probably already knew. Secrets didn't stay secrets long in SunClan. A gray kit prodded at his chest and he leisurely swatted the her away, "Not now, Sweetie..." He murmured in his sleep, but the little kit was persistent, "Stop it... Wait... What...?" He blinked open his eyes and found himself nose to nose with Sweetiepeach.
"Just what do you think you are doing?"
It took him a couple seconds, but he soon realized her paw was on the amulet. She was moments away from having the power of a God and there was little he could do to stop her. Everlastingfire's only option was to absorb as much of the power as he could into himself before the necklace was removed from him entirely. He took on as much as dared, which was unfortunately only half... the mortal body couldn't handle all of that divinity without a conduit... hopefully that would be all he needed to reclaim what was rightfully his.
Sweetiepeach froze in that moment, she didn't have fight or flight instincts. Running, fighting, either of those options would have been punishable in the league. But a sense deep inside of her persisted, urging her to continue no matter the dangers. She didn't even initially recognize he was awake as she gently pressed the amulet away from him. She had nearly pulled the necklace free when his eyes snapped open. Her eyes narrowed knowing what he was about to do. She tore the necklace up and away from his neck, the sensation of power surged through her veins like lightning. She bolted towards the crowd, the amulet clenched in her jaws. They were waiting for her outside of the large wisteria tree only a fox length or two away.
The fur around her body rippled magnetically, like it were a living thing. Her tail plumed out like a storm of darkness, rising two cats high. She could feel Everlastingfire gaining on her and while she had power he had experience and the ability to control fire. She turned around when she felt Everlastingfire was just about to pounce, her tail raised high as fur shot out of it tangling him in the long shadow curls. The fur wobbled though, it wasn't steady, she had no idea how to control this energy and as such it wouldn't be hard to struggle out of it. He was going to get the amulet back and what was he going to do if he had it in his paws after what she just did?
Everlastingfire had just woken up and the half of Wanheda's power that he possessed was teeming in his veins like water moments from boiling. He was not a natural Elemental nor was he blessed by the Sun God in the sam way Bluejay and Pandora had been. Unfiltered half-divinity made him feel like a bomb ready too explode and worse yet was he had no way to turn it off. If he lost control of the power before, he could just remove the amulet and calm down; now he was all by himself and his secret had been figured out. The shadow cat that haunted him seemed just outside of his peripheral vision. At least now it was weakened... probably...
"GIVE IT BACK!" Everlastingfire hissed and false magenta flames burst onto the tendrils of fur closest to him. They bore heat and would be a mild discomfort for Sweetiepeach if they reached her skin, but his range was greatly diminished, he couldn't narrow the illusion to her location, just around him, like an overfilled cup. He scrambled and dug his claws into fur and began to rip and tear at them, "You have no idea what you are doing!"
Knightrunner had come to assist in this effort as though most of DayClan was in agreement they wouldn't turn over to the Sun God and especially not to Everlastingfire. His presence had been a drain on some of the clan, or at least on his mother.
Rubyflame had been slowly but surely becoming more withdrawn as the moons passed, and only after he'd started noticing her completely absent and then getting irritated with Everlastingfire's arrival did he start to realize how tired his mother was. Then it finally came to a point that she couldn't cope with the stress of staying in her position as immortal council member, but couldn't quite bring herself to let go. IT had been painful when Glowstar had asked him to guide her to Rubyflame's spot, where the ginger she cat had been resting. He'd left right away but he'd still managed to catch the conversation about stepping down.
Though he wasn't close to his mother, he felt it was his job as a good son to try and alleviate some of her burdens. Hence why he'd agreed to come along on this mission, and now seeing Sweetiepeach burst out, and her fur... extending? The tom jumped to his paws, "Sweetiepeach! I'm open! Throw it to me!" He shouted as he could Everlastingfire was hard on her paws.
Sweetiepeach winced, pushing her jaw away from Everlastingfire as he neared it in his struggle to untangle from all of the fur. Suddenly a voice was calling out to her, it was far, but close enough. Her gaze searched camp until landing on Knightrunner. One shot. Just as Everlastingfire neared her jaw to snatch it from her she flung the amulet forward. The amulet spiraled through the air and over to Knightrunner.
Knightrunner reared onto his back legs and caught the amulet in his mouth.
Adjusting his grip for a moment he took off at a run, he noticed his legs felt stronger glancing back he quickly took off in a quick burst of speed moving faster than was normal. "Everyone spread out!" He urged the others as he ran, with his heightened speed he was able to cover a lot more ground but he wanted to give everyone else a chance to get away in case Everlastingfire tried to take a hostage.

Normally, this would be the kind of behavior she would stop. Though, ever since Everlastingfire came to Dayclan, it was clear Goldenphantom didn't care for him. The changes that Glowstar put into effect, she could handle. Much as she hated it, much as she wanted things to stay the same. But the Immortal Council member chose to listen because that's the position she was in. Unable to really defy Glowstar. But this, with them now dancing with gods and powers and whatnot, she couldn't stomach it. It was only worse when he kept trying to get them to convert, an annoyance that tempted her to chase him out once and for all. The goading from her wife didn't help. But she resisted till today.
Now, it may have bolstered the mentality of the rebels that Goldenphantom joined them. Long as they ignored the darkness that flickered in her eyes. As the group split up, she couldn't help but look back and pray Sweetiepeach was okay. While not as fast as Knightrunner now, she kept up somewhat, falling back and to the side in case Everlastingfire came straight for Knightrunner. "Be ready, Knightrunner. I'm open."
Knightrunner nodded glancing back to see Everlastingfire starting to gain on him. He jumped up and flung the amulet towards Goldenphantom, immediately the world slowing back to normal for him once the amulet left his field of influence. "Go!" He urged once the amulet was passed to Goldenphantom.

Goldenphantom somehow caught the amulet and charged off towards her side, slipping past each treelike she had the layout memorized. Her movements were fluid like water, and she almost wondered if that was what the amulet was granting her before she saw her own paws disappearing from existence. Suddenly she was little more than a blip on a map, exiting and reentering sight over and over again. It startled her, forcing her to make wider turns than before, each unintentionally making it harder for her to be tracked.
This was madness. Absolute chaos, almost worse than the crows. Everlastingfire's eyes couldn't even keep up with the she-cat who had the amulet now, all he knew was that he stood no hope of catching her, not unless he could trick her or something. He remembered that Goldenphantom had a litter of kits and looked around to see one of them, Divinekit, as the sidelines, watching with a curious expression. He memorized the way she looked then duplicated her likeness right in front of where he suspected the Immortal Council she-cat's paws would next fall. It took a lot more effort than he had expected and his disguise faltered slightly, now more orange than crimson, flashing in and out like a television with a weak signal. The kit decoy was unaffected, though.
"Hey, that's me." Divinekit said quietly, cocking her head at her clone, who curiously and cocked her head right back.

And suddenly, a stone smacked hard into the side of Everlastingfire's face. Then another, and another, and soon it was rather apparent Fia Cendrillon had spent who knows how long, collecting rocks, as she had a decent sized pile going, apparently. Even Lovekit was getting in on the action, picking from his own pile of pebbles and whipping them in the disguised tom's direction with aim that wasn't actually half-bad. "LEAVE HER ALONE!" Both practically yelled as they continued their barrage.
Knightrunner's ears swivelled towards Fia Cendrillion, he blinked surprised at the pelting of rocks, before he kept running moving to get to a better position ahead in case Goldenphantom needed to throw to him again, scanning around for any others who might be open. "Come on everyone spread out!" He urged. Goldenphantom might not be able to keep up the game forever.
Cinnamonsavage went over to Fia Cendrillion. "Mind if I join in, or did I need to bring my own pile to chuck at Everlastingfire?" He drawled plopping down beside her, one paw reaching out to take a stone from her pile.
Mysterypaw realizing that Goldenphantom might stumble thanks to the illusion placed in front of her immediately bolted ahead. "I'm open! Pass it to me!" The apprentice cried ready to jump up and catch the amulet when Goldenphantom threw it.

Goldenphantom was finally feeling like she had something figured out. The trees blended together like a ruined watercolor painting, and she at least maintained the same distance away from Everlastingfire. But when she looked down and saw the flitting figure of Divinekit, she panicked. How? How did she get here? If her movements weren't erratic enough, they sure were now as she attempted to dodge the illusion of her daughter. How? Why? Tears pricked at the corner of her eyes as her unsheathed claws came dangerously close to her. The powers scrambled with her mind, making even the oddly crimson fake of her daughter look lifelike. There was no way she could outpace him now. If only, if only.
Mysterypaw's voice broke Golden out of her stupor, suddenly spotting the apprentice ahead of her. Like she just appeared. The council member nodded before throwing the amulet in her direction as hard as she could. "Catch!" She yelled as her world slowed down, the rest of her catching up to her mind as she slowed slightly. The effects were gone, she wasn't blinking in and out of existence anymore.

"Oh, a game, a game! Let me play!" Astralbelly purred as she watched the commotion unfurl. Her eyes drifted to Mysterypaw, and she looked surprisingly calm in the moment as the amulet flew in the air. The white she-cat frolicked around to the apprentice's side, ready to catch it if she somehow missed.
Everlastingfire's disguise wavered but only for a split second, not enough time to tell who he really was, but enough to make it clear that he was wearing a mask. The stones making contact with his head seemed to be all it took to jar him now that the amulet was no longer helping him focus. He whipped around mid step to growl at Fia which was a terrible idea because it took his eyes off his prize. By the time he realized the error of his ways, it was too late, the power had been passed on and he couldn't tell who had it.
"Enough of this!" He hissed as another stone bounced off his flank jarring his illusion once more, although a little less dramatically. If he dispelled it entirely perhaps he could be able to cast his pain curse, but that would mean revealing the DayClan that he was really SunClan's Priest Promised. He just couldn't, "I will grant the wish of whoever returns my amulet to me." Was he really going to bargain with terrorists? Did he even have other options?, "As well as the Sun God's favor. Let's stop acting like kits and stop throwing bloody rocks."

Goldenphantom slowed, breath ragged and heart racing. But it sounded like it worked. With Mysterypaw and Astralbelly now off, it was clear Everlastingfire had lost his prey. Basically forcing a sigh of relief, she walked back. She needed to give them a good chance to get away, so they could stop this game of cat and mouse. And hopefully, get Everlastingfire out of here once and for all. Spotting Fia in the treeline, she snickered. Of course, it was her. There was little chance she could see the wink Golden gave her, maybe the tail flick, but she did. At hearing his bargain, she rolled her eyes. No one would believe this jargon, right? But still, some seed of doubt had sprouted.
"And if you do, be aware that it'll be known by not one, but two members of the Immortal Council." Golden bellowed out, looking around at the cats present before back to Everlastingfire. The rebel group was small, it wouldn't be hard to put together who got a wish granted. "An act of treason if I'm feeling generous." She added, as she walked over. That should do it, put out any hope of him bargaining. Golden didn't even mention her Imperial Class, but everyone there must have known. She'd kill before she let things change. Though one word stuck out to her, bloody. Sun God... why was it so familiar? "Now, are you done and ready to leave? Though, now that I'm closer, you seem somewhat familiar. ...bloody, huh? ah, now isn't there someone named bloody from--"
IT didn't help Everlastingfire's efforts in finding it, that as soon as Mysterypaw caught it, she had vanished turning invisible, and with Astralbelly running alongside her, blocking the amulet from his view he had no way of knowing they had it in that moment.
Mysterypaw was able to run alongside Astralbelly for several tail lengths before she looked down and saw that she couldn't see herself and she let out a squeak of surprise, coming to a stop and jerking her head in the process tossing the amulet a tail length ahead of Astralbelly, Mysterypaw gasping as she reappeared in sight once more gasping for breath. Shocked by her sudden turning invisible.
"Of course. I'm no idiot," Everlastingfire didn't really have the ability to grant wishes, but, with his power back, he could surely make it seem like it. Immortal Council or not, he could trick the senses of even a God, probably, "Now what is it you---" He was obviously trying to talk over Goldenphantom but the mention of his true suffix stopped him in his tracks. Bloody. He focused more on his glamour to make it just as good as it always had been, but he couldn't quite mask the look of horror on his face. He started at Goldenphantom for a good while, sunstone eyes burning with an equal mix of hatred and fear, broken only when he heard Myserypaw's squeak. Everlastingfire turned his head to look at the source of his sound only to see it missing entirely. Invisibly. Of course. He made a "tsk" sound, tensed his entire body, then raced toward the apprentice without so much as a second glance at the Immortal Council member he was literally in the middle of bargaining with, "I know you are there; return my amulet to me. I promise I will not hurt you."
