cookie, yes, they can. Also, I apologize for not having Giantpaw a mentor, either. This month has been super busy. I'll get the ceremonies up once the AC is over and I can combine the two.
pLuto, I've been thinking about that lately. They are more like Dayclan's Immortal Council or bright brigade. It's more of a rank and they are just Nightclan's most elite warriors. However, I will try to think up some things to help get the Loyal Guard more exciting and active. If you've got suggestions, I'd love to hear them!
