Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. Coming back from a hunting patrol, the sunlit clearing looked so peaceful. It had been a great day for hunting, however the bulky orange tom stared unenthusiastically toward the growing pile of fresh-kill. Him belly felt hallow, but for some reason he couldn't manage to imagine eating anything at the moment. Beestripe was known to have a everlasting frown plastered on his face even when he was happy but recently it seemed as if it was growing. Something sure was bothering him however he was too thick to fully understand what exactly it was. Deep down he knew if he kept himself busy, he might be able to forget why he was feeling down in the first place but lets be honest, he is just too lazy. If he could, he would be love to be reborn as a rock. The thought of being stationed in a bright lite place without a care in the world actually made him feel a bit better. What a strange cat he is. Beestripe continued to sit in front of the pile for what seemed like an eternity looking as if he was ready to be transformed into a rock.

Mousekit watched the going on of the clan's warriors with sleepy eyes from the nursery entrance. She had been sickly since she had been born, her brother and adopted siblings towering over her small frame. Her long fur was drying in the warm sunlight after Snaguinerose had bathed her througly. She had been touch and go for a while there, but she seemed to be doing a little better. Under the High Priestess guidance, she had been instructed to do some sun bathing, in the belief that basking in the sun god's rays could bring about healing. However, after being stuck inside for several days, she wasn't about to lay still for long. She rose to her tiny paws trotting towards the fresh kill pile her long fur fluffing outwards as she walked, but one cat stood out to her. A cat that wasn't moving at all. She gently prodded him with her paw, moving around him in a circle trying to get some sort of reaction
Snapping out of his trance, his wide eyes slowly glanced down at the tiny fluff. Beestripe took a long look at the kit before noticing she was Mousekit. He didn't know much about her, only knowing that she had been born weak and usually stuck inside of the nursery den. "Oh..." He tried his best to put on a small smile, though he just ended up looking more scary. "What brings you out here?"

"oh thank the Sun God!" she exclaimed jumping backwards one paw lifting towards her chest with wide eyes blinking quickly "I'm sorry sir, you weren't moving at all so I thought the Sun God had decided to take you to the isle" she explained forcing her fur to lie flat against her back after such a fright "May the Sun God bless you with a long and happy life" she dipped her head respectfully to the older cat, an apologetic smile gracing her lips
"Sun God.... Isle eh?" His soft gaze shifted from the kit to the Sun "Oh how nice it would be to not have to do anything in the afterlife. I could just enjoy staying still for eternity." Beestripe mumbled in a slow monotone voice that could put anyone to sleep. The tom rested his paw on top of Mousekits head. "You know...A long happy life is never guaranteed, so never take the time you have now for granted. Always take time to relax and smell the flowers, so even if your life is cut short you were able to enjoy the small things."

Mousekit blinked, rather confused by his statement. Didn't all SunClan cats continue to serve the Sun God when they went to the isle? She shrugged it off "I like flowers!" she chirrped "the smell good and are soooo pretty!!!" she giggled "But more important, momma said that I shouldn't sniff them or they will make me sneeze and get sick again"
