At first glance, Blanchefleur is blooming with beauty: long white fur, crystal blue eyes, lengthy and muscular legs. At first impression, Blanchefleur is... a bit rude. Not only does she have an intimidating atmosphere about her, she is also condescending and a bit conceited. 'Blanchefleur Marie-Thérèse Dubois,' she'll say in her thick French accent, 'but please, call me Madame.'
But, once you manage to befriend her and break down her, ahem, 'formal' walls, you'll find that she is blooming with elegance. Not in the way she carries herself, nor in the way she's articulate or precise, but in the way she effortlessly brings cats together.
No-one notices it at first, but if you pay attention, you will see the small good deeds she performs throughout the day. From fixing conflicts to bringing together soulmates, she not only has her best interest at heart, but also her clan's as well. If you were to ask her why she does all these little yet great things, she'll only scoff and reply, 'Negative energy, of any kind, is untolerable. The stress will frizz my fur, and we cannot have that.'
Blanchefleur is a pedigree Maine Coon. She was bred from a long line of prestigous felines who have won plenty of awards, and Blanchefleur herself was a show cat. Her owner was the sweetest thing, an elderly lady named Françoise Dubois that had so much money, she didn't even know what to do with it half of the time.
Françoise constantly spoiled Blanchefleur, from incredibly large cat trees to only the finest of food. Blanchefleur was in and out of the salon at least three times a week, and she even had a private vet who would make rounds to her home, making sure she was always in pristine condition. Françoise would be able to tell when the spotlight was beginning to wear Blanchefleur out and she'd take her on exotic vacations. Françoise and Blanchefleur had an incredibly close relationship, and Françoise would never be found without Blanchefleur by her side.
Françoise's health suddenly began to decline, and within a moon she was bed-ridden. Blanchefleur would never leave Françoise's room, let alone her bed. Anytime someone would get close to her she would hiss and swipe at them. Blanchefleur wasn't able to stay with her dear owner until the end, though, because the feline was forced out of her home and dumped in the middle of nowhere.
Luckily, she was found not long after by a rather plump feline, and was 'offered' (more like she begged) sanctuary in a group of cats that called themselves SwiftClan. Blanchefleur thought it was only going to be temporary, but the longer she stays with this 'funky bunch', the more she begins to feel at home.
