Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
So I while I understand there is currently no decision on where the site will be living, I was curious about adding new cats/promoting current ones. I have cats that didn't get on the joining thread before the site went down or got on a joining thread but never added to the page, I wanted to check if I could still rp them or not. Additionally I have cats that are way behind for promotion and I wanted to know if I could 'promote' them myself(i.e. rp them as apprentices/warriors) without them actually being so on a page? I understand this is probably not important in the grand scheme of things, but I love to ask questions.
I think that, for now until all clans have a joining thread / things are settled down a bit, there's no harm in doing so. Gradually, I think clans will start adding joining threads here so as soon as your groups have one I'd put them on the thread, but until then I think you're all good. If a particular clan has a problem with it (which I doubt they will for the time being) they can ask you to stop. (tbh tho as a leader myself, I don't have time to check if every cat being rped in the group is on the page, so I wouldn't even notice unless my attention was directly brought to it) I think it would probably be fine if you promoted your cats as well (or at least it would be in BC), as long as you make a note somewhere that once things settle they need to be promoted.
