THE GUIDELINES –
These characters have been categorized according to alignments (light/grey/dark = royal/janus/villain) but these alignments aren't permanent. It depends on the path you lay out for them in roleplay and what happens in the series that will determine whether they remain in their original category or shift to a new one.
They are very aware in play which alignment they've been categorized into.
Remember, this entire series – and these characters – are very similar to Madrabbit in that they very often crack or even shatter the third wall. While they of course cannot know what another character is thinking, feeling, or what they've gone through if they haven't been directly told, they are of course 100% allowed to interact with their player and use modern references. Just don't expect any characters outside of this series to understand what they're talking about.
This series, and the characters within, are a crack brand. What does this mean? Don't take anything too seriously. Within play, both in private threads and in the series itself, there will be heartfelt moments, moments of fear, moments of passion, moments of danger, and you can react accordingly with your character's personality, but these moments will never last forever. Consider each thread an episode; the characters in said episode will usually face some form of foe, but (usually) in the end will come out victorious.
Please, whatever you do, if you claim one (or more) of these characters, BE ACTIVE WITH THEM. I will not accept these characters becoming lost in the void if they're unable to be played for longer than a two week period. Of course, if something's happened in the real world that's caused you to remove yourself from Classic, that's completely fine, if you could just send me a message letting me know what's up, even if it's just 'sorry I'll be gone for x amount of x' then that'd be better than just poofing. If you aren't active with these characters, I will take them back.
You are, of course, 100% free to do what you'd like with these characters as these are your characters once you've been approved. However, I do have some simple requests upon your adoption that I'd appreciate being heeded, though it isn't necessary. It'd just be hard to explain if not: 1) Madrabbit has a very vulnerable and gentle psyche that's already quite cracked, if these characters were to move permanently from SpringClan to another place, he would be convinced that they just... ceased to exist. He believes SpringClan's borders hold a sort of magic that requires them to remain within the territory, or at least return from expeditions within a moon, otherwise they'll just go up in a cloud of smoke, alive nevermore. 2) These characters have to have some sort of interaction with Madrabbit. There is a part of him that's convinced they're all just a figment of his imagination and I'd like for all of us to be able to contribute to that if they actually interacted.
Please only claim as many of these characters as you can keep active. To start out, though, perhaps only take one or two. Then, if you're feeling confident, more can be provided.
Each user will receive a message with further information detailing the character they've adopted once they've been adopted.
Those of the 'Good Guy' persona, though not all is as it always seems.

A white tom with splattered black markings and one silver eye with the other being a dark black due to being blind, he always carries a suave yet disheveled appearance due to scars he's received. He is madly in love with Illustratedrose, though due to his age and his unspoken position as her lackey, he keeps his feelings hidden.
A black tom with kaleidoscope eyes, he comes across as rather mysterious and charming, with a soft accent lilting the ends of his words, but underneath the beauty and magnificence there's a Terror waiting to be unleashed. He is fiercely loyal to Illustratedrose and remains constantly at her side.
A grey, white and black tom with long, wild hair and piercing amber eyes, he comes across as rather stern and near maniacal, his words sharp and biting, his claws ready to strike, but there's a softness that lurks underneath. He experiences some backlash from Illustratedrose occasionally, but they're the dearest of friends and care for each other deeply.
