(This takes place before NovaClan sets off to take care of the flood waters)
PRIMAL INSTINCT
Kotori stood beside Flamingstar looking down at the cats who had come. He recited the tail end of the prophecy Flamingstar had told him in his head, Vanquish the flood of evil or dawns light will be an era of shadows. If the flood of evil could not be stopped, an era of shadows would begin, a restart for everyone who the clans had ever wronged. They would have a leveled playing field, finally the damned, misfits, forsaken, and misunderstood could have a chance at rising to the top, this time with a blank slate. Kotori smiled, it was almost too perfect, all Flamingstar and him would have to do is direct these cats and ensure that they can fight against NovaClan to give the flood enough time to get through and vanquish the clans once and for all!
SUNCLAN
Autumngossammer walked into the clearing, she was SunClan's soothsayer and truthfully, she was here for all of SunClan. SunClan was strong, but these other nobody clans had no business existing. So they would start an era of wiping out the clans into shadows and then SunClan would just rise back up as the only clan. Done! Okay she wasn't that naive, there was no way it was going to be that simple. If she was being honest with herself she was here for selfish reasons. Littlestar thought more highly of Mistyrose than herself. Foxbane didn't even care about her anymore, the respect was gone. Even newly made warriors didn't think she was worth any respect! She wanted to just start over again, prove herself in a new era with her family by her side. This wasn't the right way, but it was the easiest to reclaim her life.
NIGHTCLAN
Ericanorth looked around, there was more cats than she expected here. Way more cats than she ever thought would be here. Maybe this plan wouldn't flop after all if all these cats here were half the warrior she was! The albino she-cat emerged further out into the opening showing herself as she walked into the clearing. If there was an Era of Shadows it would lead to her and Frozenfire becoming leaders of their very own clan! They could lead NightClan into a better future, no offense to Flamingstar, she wasn't bad, but they could just do better.
Flamingstar stood beside Kotori, her cold gaze sweeping over the gathering cats. She held her chin high, grinning down proudly on all the cats Kotori and herself had managed to gather up. She hadn't realized how many cats were just as fed up with the clans as she was. It was time to start new. The high and mighty will fall and the ones who were wronged would finally rise up. "Welcome, friends." Flamingstar greeted with a wave of her tail, letting her voice travel over the crowd of cats.
Primal Instinct
A thin and rather small dark shadowy figure sat at the back of the crowd, narrowing her intense blue-grey eyes. Her fur was darker than a night of a new moon. Her blue-grey eyes were fierce and cold. Despite her size, this particular she-cat was pretty vicious. She had no battle scars and was quite a treat for a sore eye but it was clear she was not a cat to mess with. When Flamingstar spoke, the beautiful black she-cat turned her icy stare to the Nightclan leader, perking her ears to hear a little more clearly. She wrapped her tail around her midnight black paws and dug her glinting sharp claws into the earth. It was about time someone stood up to the snobby clan cats. Speaking up and starting conflict with the other clans wasn't Mellori's forte. She was quiet and didn't speak much. However, she was skilled at luring toms to their death with her magnetic beauty. That was something she could do but doing what Kotori and Flamingstar did wasn't something she would have been good at. She was glad someone finally stepped forward.
Firetooth, and yes, that was his name, not that mockery that Sunclan made him change into, padded into the clearing with his head held high. As a former Medicine Cat, he supposed he should've felt some sort of guilt for choosing to side with these lot; murderers, rebels, and anarchists alike, and while he disagreed with their motives, he had his own reasons for being there. Despite being dragged into the position kicking and screaming, he couldn't say that he disliked being a Medicine Cat, but if his reasons were directly related to the series of events that led to him taking up that position? Well, it's not like he could let that mouse-dung stand anyway. As his green glace scanned the group of cats, mostly strangers, he finally spotted a familiar face in the crowd. "Good to know that you have at least one decent thought in your brain," Firetooth quipped to Autumnglossomer, his tone less antagonistic now knowing they were on the same side.
RENEGADE REGIME
Sentinel Gardenia sat at attention, her focus completely on Flamingstar, who seemed to be the one in charge of this small rebellion. In all honesty, the loyal soldier wouldn't have normally bothered with something like this; although the Regime was under new Commandership, Gossamer Alessandra had yet to do anything worth of condemnation, especially a betrayal of this level. She truly loved the Renegade Regime; they were her family, and the tunnels always had been, and always would be, her home. The memories down in those tunnels, no matter how bad some of them were, didn't deserve to be washed away. So then, why was she here? For the briefest of moments, her eyes glanced over to the forms of Xuxa and Noceur. For them, she'd stand by and let the world burn.
PRIMAL INSTINCT
Yucca's soft, tortoiseshell form observed the meeting with a bored expression from among the group of other League members. As a victim of the previous flood that destroyed the Survival clans, she wasn't keen on the idea of nearly getting herself and her family killed again, no matter how well they all could swim. But they were right. They were all right. There was no hope for the system as it was now; this was the system to let her brother's mate be murdered, that stood by and allowed her brother and countless clanmates to die without a second thought. This was for the best, and the young she-cat only hoped her parents would understand someday.
This was not really the place for kits, but try telling that to this little calico. Discordantkit had followed the rest of her more devious clanmates to this gathering by staying a few paces back and hugging the shadows. By the time she had been noticed, she had looked the Warrior in the eye and said, "I'll scream," which had bought her ticket the rest of the way. She was not going to miss this. Her black tail high in the air, and a bemused smile on her face as usual, she sauntered into the growing clowder with confidence. This was the first time she had seen so many cats gathering in one place but she seemed unaffected, her purple eyes focused on nothing in particular, although her ears were swiveling in circles while she listened to the general murmurs of her fellow deviants. "A flood, huh? Era of shadows?" Her words were spoken like a song, high pitched with a melodic lilt, to no one in particular "Sounds fascinating."

SUNCLAN
Wherever trouble was, that was where Moonlitnocturne was. This was a real betrayal of his position. If the Sun God existed, he'd be frowning. But the Janus didn't care and the night was still young. He was a little surprised to see there were more Sunclan cats here and he joined Autumngossamer and Firetooth as the meeting started. Least till he spotted Discordantkit. Holding back a sigh, he walked over and grabbed his half sibling by the scruff before dropping her at his paws and with the other Sunclan members. "Don't tell me why you're here. I don't care. Just stay quiet."
SUMMERCLAN
Spectreslight felt bad. Bad that she was here and bad that she was willing to help these rebels. The white she-cat pressed against the back of the group. But the land had become awful to her. Wherever she went, she would hear the voices of the damned. They needed a rest, really she needed a rest. So she came here.
WINTERCLAN
Designerdarling walked into the gathering like she owned the place, not that she was a strange mess here. This was the gossips' chance. A chance to start a new life away from snow. If the floods went correctly, no doubt they would either be killed or chased away. She wouldn't have to rely on the mountain anymore to protect her.
PRIMAL INSTINCT
You couldn't miss Lorelei in the clearing, she was way too tall. Really, she watched a bunch of League members leave and decided to join them. Who knew it would have came to this. A flood? How fun. Lorelei couldn't wait.
SUNCLAN Well, of course Funkkit was right behind their sister, though they were quick to dodge around Moonlitnocturne. The slim little bengal kit, a perfect copy of Funk E'tan, except for a thicker black lining around the eyes, with the attitude to match, wouldn't have missed this for the world. But then again, could anyone be surprised that Funk and Foxbane's kits would be quick to join in? Anyone who said no really didn't know their parents. "You didn't really think I'd be missing this, did you?" The celadon eyed kitten commented, a smirk drifting across their features. "Some things require tiny paws after all."
Siennakit had to come as well. She was Autumngossamer's daughter, and there was no way the Soothsayer's kit, adopted or not, was missing this for the world.
Castawaypaw, yet another of Foxbane's children, just had to join in. He was rather sick of his mother, and this could, ah, provide a convenient opportunity to get away and do what he wanted regardless of her orders. The apprentice was a glorified ball of fluff with a silk ribbon tied to his neck. Earrings were pierced into his ears, and the tom liked to think himself a pirate. He wasn't much worried about water, he was prepared! And now was the time to build a glorious boat like no clan cat had seen before.
DAYCLAN Lakeveil and Blazehowl were an obvious pair to join in. They were former BrookClan royals, daughter of a medicine cat equivalent called Vrachi, a position Lakeveil had also held, specializing in poisons. Of course, she'd also poisoned the vast majority of her family, and those that remained in BrookClan, which had resulting in the very, very, few living cats simply drifting off into nothing.
RENEGADE REGIME Noceur was already there, and the tom offered a slight hint of a smile at seeing Gardenia, his tail twitching a greeting.
PRIMAL INSTINCT No one was surprised by the presence of League cats. Disco, Funk's brother, was there especially just for the drama.
Zakiyyah, on the other paw, went wherever Kotori went. They were littermates after all, though they hardly looked it. The former Regime Spy turned League Enforcer was incredibly tall and slim, her fur patterned in such a way as to make the feline appear she was wearing a red dress that covered ebony fur, complete with lacy rust lines around her ears as a tiara, and prim white that ent a bit past her paws like gloves. She hadn't earned the crimson devil nickname for nothing, and she sat to the side of Kotori, drawing a paw over her ear lazily as she watched the growing crowd.
Emiko, for her part, looked entirely out of place at first glance. She looked like a kitten, with baby blue eyes, and sandy cream bengal fur, full of kitten-like fluff and too innocent eyes. But there was something darker behind her gaze that seemed terrifying. The League she-cat had been a Regime Guider, up until she went rogue and turned a serial killer, wanting to be just like her father Kotori. Everyone who was anyone in the Regime would have heard of her, and the League most certainly knew her story, second-hand if not by her own lips.
Omega did not quite understand what he was looking for here. He felt a calling to this place. Perhaps it was the raw, chaotic, evil energy radiating from this place. It was his style, and he could see his bindings broken in the end. He flexed his claws as he circled the gathering cats like a hawk searching for its next meal. As he expected, the League was quite a popular choice. He eyes shifted to the center to observe the two "leaders". He expected someone... different, not two cats he hardly recognized. He knew one of them went on a small-time killing spree, like once. Yeah, Kotori. He was all talk. The other one led some group. Whatever. The tom almost felt bad for the duo. Someone had lead this group of demons. Emphasis on the demons. Since when did they follow orders?
Discordantkit did not struggle when Moonlitnocturne picked her up. In fact, she was purring up quite the storm. She loved her big brother very much and followed mainly because she saw him in the crowd. Well, she probably would have followed anyway, but him being there was certainly an encouragement. The little calico looked down on her sibling, Funkkit, and waved at them playfully, as if she had gotten the better side of the deal in being caught. When she was sat down, though, she immediately tried to wiggle away to join Funkkit, "Come on, 'Nocturne, let us go talk to some of the strangers!"
NightClan Unlike her mate Frozenfire had at least one bone to pick with Flamingstar. Her snubbing her for Firewind still made her heart burn. But in this moment in time they were still aligned, and it was better for Flamingstar to think she’d let bygones be bygones. This was a chance to wipe away the weakness that had plagued NightClan, plagued all the clans really. A way to sweep it all away and start anew. And it was a chance to seize what was rightfully hers. So Frozenfire rested her tail briefly against Ericanorthks flank and lifted her chin.
Beside her, Viridiankit kept shooting glances up at her and Ericanorth, trying his best to imitate their stances. His mother had let him tag along, let him in on all of this and it excited him. His chest puffed up, all the other kits in the combined clans were prolly being babied, but not him!
Though he did spot a few small shapes milling about and his ears pricked forwards, perhaps he wasn’t as alone in age as he’d thought.
SunClan “Well, the soothsayer is an anarchist,” Feinignorance mused to no one in particular when he noticed her settling into his spot in the ranks. “Figures,” Autumngosamer had clearly only been out for herself right from the start. Of course, she’d be involved if it got her something.
MoonClan His father seemed to be getting weaker as night’s wore on, but he kept Scorchedpaw in the dark. Refusing to let him in. While the rest of his family and his mother refused to pay Devilhorns any mind. Perhaps once this flood happened and washed away everything he could have his family all proper as it was supposed to be.
He scoffed when he saw Discordantkit, “Who let kits come here, what are you going to do? Use baby doll eyes to get the others to give up their mission?”
Renegade Regime “Quite the party,” Undertow drawled plopping down beside Gardenia. “Whole bunch of interesting sorts, but I certainly wasn’t expecting you,” he noted. GidgetGal
Discordantkit heard Scorchedpaw's comment and looked at him with big baby doll eyes. She did not say a word and then turned those eyes right back to Moonlitnocturne. Up close, he would have been able to see the ghost of a smirk on her face, "Please?"
Divinekit snuck into the gathering place. She had followed Autumngossomar with the rest of the Sunclan group out of camp after overhearing where they were going. Anywhere Autumngossomar was, Divinekit wanted to be. The kit had been held up in the nursery with an eye injury after watching the eclipse. Her vision had returned to her in one eye but she was completely blind in the other. The kit had noticed Castawaykit had followed as well and was relived that she wasnt the only kit there. The calico she-kit padded up to Castawaykit and gave him a hard nudge with her shoulder and a sneer before approaching Autumngossamer. She sat next to Autumn and wrapped her tiny tail around her tiny paws to listen to what the leaders had to say. Would Autumngossamer make her leave? If Castawaykit was here, surely she wouldn't make her leave.
Nightclan
"It is time to take action, now." Flamingstar announced, speaking the obvious. "The clans are preparing for a flood which was interpreted by their medicine cats. I say we keep them from their preparations. Let the floods happen and wipe out the clans once and for all!" Her voice raised at the last few words.
Renegade Regime "And after the lands are destroyed then what?" Undertow queried. "We fight over the few islands left poking up above the water. Or whatever space on the mountains remains?" He asked with a grin. "Seems quite adventurous for cats not typically spending time in water that you'd have the lands become water."
Primal Instinct "It will mean the end of the current order," Ava said lifting her chin. "With the destruction of everything that is now, it will leave the door open for new changes. New leaders to rise and take their place. The water can remove the weakness that has plagued this land. The strong will claim what remains or move to elsewhere with the few that prove their mettle and ability to survive. We will be cleansing these territories and strengthening the cats that remain by only leaving the strong behind."

Sunclan
"No. This isn't a social club," Moonlitnocturne said, listening more to the conversations around him than Discordantkit. Really, why did some even bring their kits with them? These things only know how to use their mouths, just eat and talk. Who knew where their plan would be leaked.
"Thank you, Ava" Flamingstar nodded. "Undertow, Ava is correct. This will wipe out the weak leaving only the strong to survive and then new leaders will arise - a new start." Her intense turquoise eyes scanned the clearing, "Are there anymore questions?"
Discordantkit's ear twitched and she dropped the baby doll eye facade. Her smile was a little less convincing that it usually was but otherwise she looked pretty calm. At heart, though, she was beginning to get annoyed. She did not like being told what to do and was personally offended to have her request for freedom denied. She almost never asked for permission to do anything and this was why. The mostly black calico she-cat sat still for a few minutes, humming quietly then, quick as a snake, bit Moonlitnocturne as hard as she could on his foot. That'll show him for telling her no!
The voice was like a ghost, wobbly, yet so soft and whispery you could feel the ice of her voice more than hear it. Xuxa walked out into the opening, she was fox figured, but her black fur was raggedy, like a forgotten doll. Her pink scars were massive, they didn't sink, but bulge, pulsating with her movements. Along some of the red lining of her scars was pus oozing out. As her eyes fixated on the crowd they looked like they belonged to a corpses, there was no white in her eyes just pink with cobalt blue eyes, they were almost like a demons eyes. Even as she stepped forward there was something wrong, her shoulder would twitch in time with her head. She was so pitiful even a kind cat would wish her out of misery, but a smart cat would be afraid of a living dead girl like herself.
"You t-a-a-a-a-alk ab-bout ruling, whaat about the peOple we-we-we love? The flOOD will take zem an-an-an drown th-them," Xuxa pointed out.
Kotori immediately stepped over to Zakiyyah to hide behind his sister at the sight of Xuxa. He had murdered her mom and since then her kits had made it their business to try and kill him. Now Xuxa was at this gathering, why didn't he tell Flamingstar more in depth about his enemies!? Now she was invited and here and already trying to break this thing apart
Autumngossamer held her head up high at Firetooth and Feinignorance's comments, she could spy out some more SunClan cats among her, which was comforting. Her tail pulled Siennakit closer to her, "Let it be known that I would lay down my life for SunClan, but lately SunClan seems to have changed its tune. We're more kind, more open to attacks," She explained, but in her head all she could think about was how everyone, even the Sun God had been ignoring her lately. What was wrong with her? Being here felt right because it felt like she was fighting against whatever force was keeping her from being a good soothsayer, but if there was no force... Then she would have to realize it was herself that was holding her back and that was a concept she wasn't ready to even think about.
Ericanorth rolled her eyes and nudged Omega, "Can you believe this chick? We're talking about starting a new beginning and then she's here talking about looking out for our family. Like is she serious? This kind of gift for restarting over happens once in a life time, maybe even over decades of life times, the opportunity doesn't come without sacrifice."
Primal Instinct Faith Ava turned towards Xuxa, "Well we'll have to move them simply," She said shrugging. "Get them away from the flood's path and get them to hunker down. They need to recognize stopping the flood is futile and we must instead focus on saving our own."
Renegade Regime SpotFaith "That cat does have a point," Undertow said shrugging as he gestured to Xuxa. "What is the plan anyways? We just going to try and lead the cats away from where the flood is coming? Try to convince them it's futile? Or are we going to all start a fight to keep them from getting to the flood. Which could possibly doom us all if we decide we want to throw down in the path of the flood."
Flamingstar leaped down from her perch on the rock and stood in the center of the crowd. "We cannot tell our loved ones" the ginger she-cat announced. She waited for the gasps of surprise ripple through the crowd. "If we tell them the plan, who is stopping them from telling everyone else? Then our plan will fail and all of the clans will move. There will be no fresh starts." Her gaze flicked from Xuxu to Undertow and back again. "Times of change sometimes call for sacrifices. If we are to start new, we have to let go of the past. If your confident that your family is strong, then you have no need to worry." She scanned the crowed again. "Unfortunately, some of us may not make it out alive. But that is a sacrifice we need to be willing to take for a better future. The clans will be knocking down trees in an attempt to steer the flood waters away from the territory. We cannot let that happen!" Flamingstar stomped her paw down to grasp the attention of her audience and to give her speach a little drama. "We must hold them off until the flood comes. Once the territory starts becoming a lake, we will need do retreat. By then, it will be too late to referse the effects and the clans will be washed away and we can start new."
Primal Instinct Ava frowned but shrugged her shoulders. Oh well, she would be able to let Arden know when it all was revealed. Even if it was just to tell him to take their children and get away, securing themselves as certain to survive. He would understand her reasoning. He would agree with her.
Renegade Regime "So the plan is to take on 10 armies worth of cats?" Undertow asked, "Bit of a slated fight."
NightClan "Well if they intend to try and knock things down, we can arrange some... accidents to thin the numbers if need be," Frozenfire offered her blue eyes gleaming darkly as she grinned.
"We do not need to win the fight. The point is to hold them off long enough for the flood to take effect. Think of it more as a diversion" Flamingstar explained to Undertow, getting slightly frustrated by his doubts.
