The cats of DayClan traveled through the dark, their orange, bronze, and white colored pelts looked like embers sailing through the cold skies. They behaved like a fire storm, there was little pattern to how they moved or what flaming pelt took the lead. From an aerial view it might have even looked memorizing. Glowstar remained at a steady pace to ensure there was no one lagging behind before stepping into the gathering. Her emerald eyes glistened like the stars overhead with a majesty that few could match.
Her head swung to the side to free the loose tufts of fur away from her gaze, last leafbare... Could have been better, mainly because SunClan had enslaved her clan and SpringClan, but now things were better. Littlestar was now leader of SunClan and NightClan had seemed awfully quiet lately so she was unsure what was going on there. It would be an interesting gathering for the Red Lioness Pride alliance... Or she supposed it had to just be the pride alliance now since Littlestar didn't have red fur. They could always dye it she supposed. At this point Glowstar was getting lost in her thoughts.
Fuzzyheart, a massive bengal stepped into the gathering, he had loved these even when he was a league cat. The drama, the blood, THE GORE. It was amazing, he had no idea why his mother hadn't attended these more often when she was nemesis. He was looking for a fight. Well. Sure. DayClan had told him they weren't supposed to fight on a full moon cause of the stars, or super old cats or some reason like that? But he knew they were just saying that cause they had to so he had simply winked at them with a nod. He knew what they really meant. They really meant they wanted him to make DayClan proud and win some kind of fight here and he was going to aim to do so.

A large shadow fell upon the gathering grounds, as SunClan arrived. Littlestar stood in the lead, oranges, reds, and yellows dancing over her pelt looking like the flickering flames that had been painted onto her forehead. Although she was smaller than those behind her, it left little doubt as to whom was in charge. Seeing Glowstar and DayClan waiting in the clearing, a small tugged at the edges of her lips. She hadn't been the first here today, but she had beaten many of the other clans. She strode forward, the intricate designs painted onto her pelt glimmered and moved, almost as if they were alive themselves. She no longer looked like the frightened kit that had attended these gathering all those moons ago, but a cat to be respected and perhaps even feared.
Without hesitation, she leaped up beside of Glowstar before flicking her tail to allow them to disperse. "Good evening Strik" she mused, her whiskers twitching slightly. "Is DayClan doing well?"
Flamingstar entered the gathering place with the rest of Nightclan behind her looking like lurking shadows. Dayclan and Sunclan had already arrived, she could smell their stench a mile away. Although they were in an alliance, that didn't mean she had to like them. The Nightclan leader made her way over to the rest of the leaders, her muscles rippling under her fur. An unfriendly gaze met the two light clan leaders. "Glowstar, Littlestar" she greeted, her tone unenthusiastic. Her cold eyes met Littlestar's and she wondered how Burningstar was doing. "How is Burningstar doing? Or is she being called something else?" She wasn't sure if Burningstar still considered herself leader. Soaringstar had taken place as leader before Flamingstar, perhaps Burningstar gave up the throne. However, if Burningstar ever tried to claim it back, there would definitely be a battle.
Echomelody bounced into the camp, her deep green eyes sparkling with excitement.
Thistlestar took in the married scents of different clans as he approached. Before he proceeded closer to the gathering place he stopped, taking in the sounds and smells for a moment. Nightclan, Dayclan and Sunclan. He proceeded, looking back at the cats who followed behind him before finally breaking through the under-bushes and entering the sacred clearing. His spring green eyes peered through the gathering place, his mind immediately taking in each cat. His naturally stern expression was stoic as he made his way to the center where three leaders sat together. The tension was thick in the air, but the leaders did well not to physically project it.
"Littlestar," His silky deep voice broke through the chilly night air as he took in the silver she-cat, offering a deep nod before looking onto the next cat "Glowstar." He offered the ginger she-cat the same respectful nod before landing on the final leader "Flamingstar." Another respectful nod was given before he himself carefully sat back, his tall frame towering, even as he sat down. "I hope the journey for you all was smooth." He spoke calmly, his ragged ear twitching as he listened onto the cats below and around the leader's quietly taking in his surroundings all while his trained gaze hopped from leader to leader.
Flamingstar's ear twitched as she rested her cold gaze on Thistlestar. "Good evening, Thistlestar." She greeted. "The journey was fine." This was Flamingstar's first gathering as leader. Word must have spread fast that she had taken over Nightclan's leadership. Or perhaps the leader just assumed since she was sitting among the other leaders.
Brakewings trotted after his leader, weaving deftly through the ranks until he had a better view. The ginger medicine cat apprentice looked forward to the gathering every moon, there were so many interesting cats to meet.
Lioningsnarl strolled in, his languid strides exaggerated to be as kingly and prime as possible. He gave a crisp nod to a group of cats and sidled toward Echomelody. "Haven't seen you before," he mused, wondering if she was new or if they simply hadn't crossed paths.
DAYCLAN Glowstar purred in amusement hearing Littlestar call her by her SunClan name. Foxstar had done the same, even in a setting where she should be referred to as Glowstar and while it was embarrassing when Foxstar did it she found it delightful coming from Littlestar. "You're leader now, can't you rename me something that doesn't make your poor warriors sound like stuttering cats when they attempt to pronounce my name?"
Giving Littlestar an affectionate nudge she answered her question, "This is our best leafbare yet, the winds are frigid, but snow has been little to nothing. Though if snow does come we will have to move to Keepers Mansion for shelter. If such a thing does happen, any spare prey you can offer would be rewarded greatly come newleaf." Most leaders didn't talk this openly, but SunClan and DayClan had always been close whether that was at each others throats or their cats enjoying the sun together. Now loose ends felt like they came full circle. SunClan cats could walk onto DayClan territory, but had enough respect not to stir trouble. DayClan could rely on SunClan to be there for them just as how SunClan could lean on DayClan so long as they weren't off being super villains to Renegade Regime. They all learned some important life lessons over the years.
Her head turned to look at Flamingstar, she didn't recognize her, but she smelled like NightClan, she was about to ask her a question when Thistlestar approached them, "Ugh, dude, so bad. I woke up and fell out of my tree, onto my paw. Brakewings, was all like, are you okay? But I told him I'm practicing looking injured. I'm not. It's not broken, but like, it stings like a wasp! Then I go to this gathering and the air is like wicked cold out. I'm coughing like I inhaled death and then for a brief moment the clouds covered the moon and I thought everyone would freak out, but apparently no one saw it. So I keep going. Next thing you know I'm starting to smell dead crow. Like, you know there's a lot of dead crows when you can tell the type of dead animal just by scent. I'm not superstitious, but it starts getting weird when no one else is spotting this stuff, but then I'm thinking, maybe they're pretending not to see it like me? Anyways, I get here and I swear I must have hit my head on the way down that tree cause I'm still seeing things. So. I guess. Yeah, my journey hasn't been half bad," Glowstar shrugged before turning on her toes accusingly to face Flamingstar, "Now who the hhhhhhh-heavens. Are you, beautiful?"
Lioningsnarl walked in like a king. No. A God. That stride, it was like the world would step out of the way for him. An ocean would part its path in fear of him and whatever gore lied in his wake from past battles of epic heroism or darkness. Fuzzyheart's seashell green eye lit with captivated interest. He had to fight him. Fuzzyheart walked up to Lioningsnarl, practically pushing Echomelody out of the way, "Hey, I'm Fuzzyheart, legendary warrior of DayClan, SpringClan, Absum Lux, the league. You seem like the first tom I've seen with power in his paws. Let's fight, you and me, one vs one. You in? K. Let's meet over there by that tree," Fuzzyheart said, gesturing right to the tree where the leaders were all by, apparently deciding to make this fight the center of attention. For good or worse, he was dying for a good fight.
SUNCLAN "Hey Brakewings," Autumngossamer said, her smile was devastating, the corners of her lip slowly guiding up with all the attitude of a diva. There was something perfected about her smile that could make a cat melt at the sight of it. But her voice was a bit of a turn off, it gushed with a teenage girly tone, she always sounded younger than she looked, "Sooo. I was wondering how things have been? Any like, secret formulas, secrets, rumors," She asked, getting closer to his face with interest, her last word ending close to a whisper.
Flamingstar looked at Glowstar, not amused by the Dayclan leader's kind words. "My name is Flamingstar. I am Nightclan's new leader." Flamingstar's eyes were half closed, clearly unimpressed. She hadn't been to a gathering since she was an apprentice. She was only deputy for less than a moon so she hadn't come when she was deputy either and it was understandable that no one recognized her. Only those who had heard word of what happened to Soaringstar and why she was no longer leader.
"Hey! Don't push her!" Beetleflight said seeing Echomelody get shoved by Fuzzyheart stepping up beside her to stabilize her and check her over before focusing on Fuzzyheart. "There's no need to-" He trailed off, ewhen he saw just how tough Fuzzyheart looked. And inwardly he quailed a bit. But it was too late, plus... it was the gathering right? Maybe he could just get a few points from Echomelody for helping her recover her footing and Fuzzyheart would just go on with whatever he wanted from the tom Echomelody had been talking to.
Frozenfire's eyes were narrowed into annoyed slits as she plopped down somewhere in the throng of cats, shooting daggers at Flamingstar with her eyes. Still bitter over Flamingstar picking that little scrawny guy as her deputy over her! She'd practically made her and this was the repayment she got? Huffing she looked around to see if there was anyone to talk to. She'd ditched her kits for the night she was going to look into something.
Fierypaw knew Flamingstar prolly didn't want her here, but she made a point to straighten her back and strut around the gathering. She had a mission. She couldn't see her mother at the gathering, so that was out for now. So she focused on her other mission. Even though Skypaw, Infernalpaw, Blazepaw and Raspberrypaw might not be related by blood they were still cousins to her. But with Soaringstar now disgraced and away they deserved to know about their real mom and their family. So she set out through the gathering in search of knowledge about Springlockedgrave. She sniffed the air trying to find any trace of a smell that would be similar to 'BrookClan'. She stopped near a group of cats. "Excuse me, I'm looking for anyone who knows about BrookClan? Do you know anyone I can talk to?" She asked the group of random chatting warriors she'd walked up to.
Flamingstar's response was short and quaint, but Glowstar's long winded response had the new Springclan leader's tail flickering in amusement, the smallest of smile slowly creeping at the edges of his muzzle. He listened on silently, taking in stark differences in interactions before him. As his first gathering himself as a leader, Thistlestar couldn't help but quietly observe. Everything was much more different up here. Having been a deputy for some time, he often observed his clanmates and those in the clearing more than he did the leaders until the time came to listen. It was funny now seeing the leaders in a different light. "I hope Nightclan has adapted well to the changes it has undergone this season." He finally spoke up, taking in the new leader, his green orbs quietly offering a sense of understanding.
Yarrowsong padded through the crowds of cats, her dual colored blue and amber eyes bright with excitement. Yarrowsong always loved full-moon gatherings. It was the perfect opportunity to meet new cats and as a social butterfly, that was all Yarrowsong could ask for.
"I don't," Glowstar cut in over Thistlestar, her bright emerald eyes that once beamed bright like the sun were now dark as nightshade. She took a singular step toward Flamingstar, it was easy to pick out all the ways she was an ex league cat. Her height towered over most forest cats, her muscle tone body held muscles where most warriors didn't, a clear sign she trained to fight more than hunt. Her eyes were like portals into the dark forest, hellish and deadly and the frost clear in her breath breathed out from her muzzle like smoke escaping the jaws of a dragon. She pushed forward a smile too polite and genuine for someone who wanted to slit Flamingstar's throat open right there, "NightClan has been DayClan's ally for moons now, Burningstar is considered a savior to us, and Soaringstar was once a warrior of DayClan. So answer very carefully. What happened to the sisters? Why are you in charge?"
And why did Flamingstar ask Littlestar about Burningstar? Last she heard, Soaringstar was taking over for a bit so even if Burningstar was visiting SunClan why would Flamingstar be in charge unless something bad happened to Soaringstar?

SUNCLAN Littlestar smiled before giving Glowstar a playful bat on her shoulder "You are our ally, we shall do what we can to help you if it comes to that" as the scent of NightClan reached her, she changed topics, knowing that the DayClan leader would not want their woes shared so freely with the other clan "as for your name..." as Flamingstar came into view leading the NightClan cats. Where was Soaringbird? The last she had heard, Soaringbird was standing in as leader until Sunset was ready to face initiation and return to NightClan. They had been pushing back the initiation until her kits were old enough to be on their own, just in case the Sun God did not accept her into the clan. Although sunset didn't know exactly what SunClan's initiation entailed, it was common knowledge that it could be dangerous. Many cats had attempted it, never to be heard from again. In the mean time, Sunset seemed to be enjoying their hospitality. Littlestar had even entrusted the she-cat to watch over her kits from time to time
Her eyes narrowed in on Flamingstar's approach, but she continued on her conversation with Glowstar "The only one who can change your name, Strikhedoniadalisay, is the Sun God himself. Perhaps you should make a sacrifice in his name, and petition for the change. I'm sure that my warriors would thank you for it. Each time you come to visit, their tongues stumble over your name when they try to inform me of your presence. Often time I just have to infer that their murmurings mean that you have arrived" she continued speaking, forcing the new NightClan leader to wait until she was finished speaking before interrupting.
"She is doing quiet well, although her abrupt kitting has delayed her return to NightClan. It took a toll on her body, and it is rather difficult to travel such distances with newborns. Their health is of the upmost importance of course. I have rather enjoyed her stay in SunClan, she makes an excellent babysitter for my own little ones. She was regretfully unable to make the long journey to the gathering due to her health, but had asked me to speak with her sister about setting up a meeting along our shared border" she waited, walking around the questions that the other leader had asked about what they called Burningstar now, and allowing Glowstar to ask her own questions "As Glowstar has stated, you best think carefully about what you say next. Where is Soaringstar?" She had been informed of Soaringstar receiving her nine lives, but things had been quiet since then. Perhaps they should have suspected something, but she had assumed that she was simply adjusting to her new position.
Flamingstar faced Glowstar calmly, though her eyes were just as fierce as Glowstar. Did the Dayclan leader forget that Flamingstar was once a league cat, too? It was true that she was born Moonclan but she eventually joined the league. "You mean the traitor?" Flamingstar seemed quite unfazed by Glowstar's rising hostility and made it very clear she didn't really care. "She paid for her mistakes. She's alive if that's what you mean. Though...obviously she lost her position. A criminal like that doesn't belong leading Nightclan."
Echomelody regained her balance and shot a glare at the rude tom who had pushed her. She stopped Beetleflight with her tail. "Its okay, Beetleflight. I'm not hurt." It warmed her heart that Beetleflight was prepared to stand up for her.
Bloodyrondo stood with the rest of the deputies, feeling more than a little out of his element. This was not only his first gathering as Priest Promised, but also his first gathering, well, ever. Talk about a grand reveal. He was already uneasy to be out when the Moon goddess was at her strongest, let alone surrounded by more cats than he could have even imagined. Counting the leaders present, he realized that there were still many more cats to come yet, and his tail-tip twitched as he tried and failed to run the numbers in his head.
He was not a nervous cat by nature, but it was hard to stay calm with so much on his mind. He had never met his father, Funk E'tan of Primal Instinct, and knew he would be seeing him tonight. He wondered what kind of cat he was, or if he'd even recognize him right away. Those who had met Funk had assured Bloodyrondo that he'd know him when he saw him.
Eager to pass the time, and get better control of himself, the ginger tom turned to the closest cat next to him,"I'm Bloodyrondo, SunClan's new Priest Promised. And you are..?"
PRIMAL INSTINCT She wasn't supposed to be up with the other leaders. That was Funk's job, and Glowstar knew full well Funk E'tan wasn't dead. Not for lack of bored thoughts of attempting to murder the tom on Senescence's part, however. Nonetheless, despite not actually leading any League cats, few would likely challenge her presence, at least initially. After all, she was one of four Proxies, all of whom could succeed Funk, or speak for him if he decided it was a bad hair day and he couldn't go out, or some other ridiculous excuse like that.
Though Funk and the League wasn't there, at least yet, it seemed the Internal Affairs Proxy had arrived just in time. After all, she'd showed up a few days prior on Flamingstar's territory. She just hadn't gotten to actually telling Glowstar about that. Partially because she'd been gathering more information about Soaringstar's kits, and this whole thing. Oops, seems Glowstar hadn't gotten the memo. Well, she was there to catch Flamingstar's comment. "Soaringstar was outed for stealing those kits from Springlockedgrave. Compared to what any League cat has done, including Flame here, I'd say it's a pretty tame reason to get thrown out and branded a traitor." While she was here, she may as well join in the conversation.
Glowstar said with a sinister little smile, her eyes didn't look once in Senescence's direction as she now addressed Flamingstar, "Oh heck no. HECK no, don't you get cute with me Blamingstar. I stole those kits, I've stolen half a dozen kits and you going around thinking some run of the mill, inexperienced, fluffy faced, ex NightClan cat could pull that kind off theft operation? Uh uh girl, that was all me. And now I come in here, seeing all of you NightClan cats clamoring around you like you just saved them from a kidnapper. Uh uh, the kidnappers right here, girl. You have nine lives, but I've killed Gods stronger than you. Go sit somewhere else."
Glowstar walked around Littlestar to get on the other side of her away from Flamingstar, "I gotta give her a hard time for undermining the Pride like this, but I do like her attitude. Which is precisely why I feel we might want to distance ourselves from her. She seems manipulative and we just managed to lose Fox," Glowstar explained like she hadn't just gone on some crazed rant to Flamingstar. Truthfully it could have gone on longer, it was a miracle she cut it short at all.
@jadie Fierypaw could see that the leaders were engaged in fierce discussion, then Glowstar pointedly moved away from Flamingstar by sitting on the other side of Littlestar.
Then it occurred to her that maybe their allies might know something... or at least about her mother!
She scurried closer and caught Bloodyrondo introducing himself to one of the other deputies.
as the daughter of Burningstar, she could totally talk to this guy! Even if he was a deputy.
"Excuse me, Priest Promised. I'm Fierypaw, daughter of Burningstar, you prolly know her. She's been in your clan for a while, how is she?" Fierypaw asked.
@faith Spot Beetleflight let out a sigh and he nodded stepping back to avoid further confrontation with Fuzzyheart, resting his tail on Echomelody's side.
Off to the side Duskwing spotted her son and Echomelody being close to one another and got a knowing look on her face, she chuckled before resuming her conversation with a few other elders.
"You look pretty happy to be here." Feinignorance noted as Yarrowsong came by. The SunClan tom was sitting a ways away from his groupmates around other cats, pretending to pay attention to their conversations but really kind of just sitting there on the outlier.

Primal Instinct
Really, Funk E'tan didn't care about Senescence going ahead. What was he going to do? Stop her? Not likely. The group he was leading was rather small anyway, almost minuscule. Most didn't care to make the long trek to the gathering place. The select members all dispersed among the crowd, as Funk himself approached the other leaders. "Sen, while I appreciated the poisoned squirrel on my doorstep, you should know by now that snake venom does not work on me." He teased as he joined them, sitting next to her rather than asking her to move. Again, not likely. "Littlestar. Thistlestar. Glowstar." He greeted each leader, a little emphasis on some he could get away with before turning to Flamingstar. "Flame? What a surprise. Which clan was desperate enough to pull you out of a ditch and crown you leader? Or are you just getting bold like Sen here?"
DAYCLAN "OHHHH. He got you good, Blamingstar!" Glowstar cheered before sitting back down politely, "Okay, that's the last one, I think I got it all out of my system."
Her eyes were brighter now at Funk E'tan's appearance, but more than that her eye contact was unfocused, almost like she was shy? "Hey Funk the hunk," Glowstar giggled like an apprentice with a crush, "Don't you just love gatherings?"
STARCLAN Clouds begin to cover the full moon. PRIMAL INSTINCT "Hi, my names Starchaser, I was born to Frecklestar of PineconeClan and Milkstar of MudClan. I'm super special since I'm half clan to two leaders, it was forbidden love and all that. They named me after the stars, which is also just super forbidden. Also I'm a medicine cat in PineconeClan," Innocentia said faking an American accent, while still maintaining her girly childish inflections. She was the size of a kit with velvet soft white fur and bright as the moon yellow eyes. But the most noticeable part about her was her giant pink bow that was larger than her own head with a golden bell attached to the front. She pranced up to Senescence and fake tripped into the proxy. Innocentia grinned cuddling into the massive she-cat.
Glowstar seemed to look at Innocentia and Senescence for a long moment before asking, "Are... You two roleplaying?"
"This was supposed to be our couples night and I'm in character now as Starchaser," Innocentia pouted towards the DayClan leader.
? "Is Fierypaw bothering you?" Standing right next to Bloodyrondo was Nikkopaw, his gaze was glazed over like frost on snow, the blue of his eyes so bright it almost looked white, but his blue grey fur was unmistakable, "You looked like you were looking for someone so I decided to be that someone," He said simply in his normal relaxed, yet almost sarcastically toned voice.
(Glowstar to StarClan: YOU'RE NOT MY REAL DAD YOU CAN'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO XD)
JadieFaith Fierypaw turned towards the one who claimed she was bothering some cat. "Excuse me! Who do you think you are!" She said straightening up. "I have a very important question, and my mother happens to be in SunClan right now, and she's Burningstar true leader of NightClan, best friend to Glowstar, allied to the nefarious Foxstar... and I need to know how she's doing. I have a right to know!" She said. "And who even are you? I've never seen you before."
