(ALRIGHT GUYS, WaterClan is officially deleted. Thanks for all the hard work you’ve put into this clan— we’ve had an amazing year since it was taken out of storage and I’m so proud of how far we’ve come. But nothing lasts forever so it’s time to murder all your lovely babies and maybe spare a few of them. For reference in later roleplay I’m going to track who lives and who dies, so in your first post
please list which if your cats die and how, and which live and where they end up. Thanks! ♥
Note: if you can’t decide what to do with a cat, let them live! make chim the only fatality in the destruction of the clan, it’ll be hilarious
The plot is that Ripple Cough returned to the clan and began to exact its terrible toll once more. Chimerastar was the first to fall ill— some say he never fully recovered from last time— but he was far from the last. While the clan was weak and struggling, the rains came hard and fast and relentless, and the river flash flooded. The waterfall flooded the camp and the rest of the territory quickly became hazardous as well, killing a lot of fish and cats in the process from all three survival clans.
except actually most of the clan survived, they just followed chim's advice and decided to give up on being their own clan. it was the only optionCATS’ FATES:DIE BY RIPPLE COUGH:

Now we get to have fun roleplaying out nobody's death, hooray!)
They had done their best to keep the sickness a secret from the neighbors, but he wondered if they had done enough. As the dusty tom lay collapsed at the entrance to his den, it was difficult tell if the scrap of skin and bones was still breathing, if the shuddering wheeze of his breath had stopped yet and given him peace. He wouldn’t wish this plague on anyone, and he hoped by avoiding other cats they wouldn’t spread it, but as their borders went unmarked for a half moon it must be suspicious. But what would they do? The few healthy cats spent all their time tending to the sick or hunting for prey so they wouldn’t all starve.
With a pained grimace the leader rose to his paws, not so dead after all, and staggered to the cat closest to him. He checked them over, the moved on, forcing his ailing body from clanmate to clanmate. The methodical drum of rain overhead had become a constant the last few hours, and he hardly noticed it anymore, not even the increasingly furious rush of the river— not until, as he bent over the unmoving body of a young apprentice, the great weight of the waterfall buckled and the spray few more intense, and the water began to fill the camp.
