Waterclan
Tuskblood stalked into the clearing after Chimerastar, her large paws leaving dips in the grass below. Her eyes shifted across the gathering clans with interest. The last time she had been at a gathering she was the deputy of Summerclan. It appeared that many of the cats were on edge and new to the Gatherings so she wasn't too concerned with their thoughts on the matter. Of course, when was she ever concerned about what others thought about her? The beastly deputy nodded to a couple of the Waterclan apprentices, signaling to them to join the other before picking her way through the crowd to where the deputies typically sat.
Pygmyprawn padded into the clearing after her clanmates, feeling the interest drive her movements as they pooled into the area. Her round eyes were wide with curiosity as they landed on the other clans. She had heard stories about clan gatherings, but never realized how big they were. A bout of uneasiness fluttered in her belly, but she shoved it away with annoyance.
Thunderpaw and Troutpaw stood by Slippaw. The two new apprentices were just as nervous about meeting the others, although Troutpaw seemed a bit more confident.
EARTHCLAN Amberpaw was hesitate to leave Seastar's side. He didn't really want to be here, didn't want to be an apprentice in general. But Seastar had insisted he came, along with his other siblilngs. Walking away with Graypaw, glancing over his shoudler at his big sister as he went, the dark, storm grey tom really wished he wasn't here. "Hi...." He spoke softly, half hoping Splashpaw wouldn't hear him and that Graypaw could do all the talking. He barely overheard her talk of being in the medicine cat den on his walk over. A quater moon stuck in camp? That sounded nice. Maybe something could happen to him that'd get him stuck there, or he could fake it?
Seastar watched as Amberpaw left her side, following after Graypaw. She really, really wished they'd stay close, that they wouldn't disappear into the crowd. Just stay within eyesight she'd told them before they'd left camp, and already she was losing them. Fear gripped her heart, worry her throat, the poor she-cat couldn't handle losing sight of them. But she didn't have a chance to go after them as Chimerastar was nearby. It wouldn't look good for her to be chasing after two apprentices. Maybe she shoudl ask ALmondrose or Applecrisp to go look after them...
Splashpaw had almost missed the greeting from the tom that stood just slightly behind Graypaw, he had called him Amberpaw earlier if she remembered correctly. She looked him over with a friendly smile, her blue eyes glittering. "Hello." She could tell that he was unwilling to be noticed and so she kept her voice calm and soft as she spoke. "You're Graypaws brother right?" She was almost certain he was, but she wanted to be sure.
