Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Pixiedust sat in wait for her apprentice, cleaning her orange tabby pelt pelt in the meantime. Her licks were slow and rhythmic and she did not appear to be in any particular rush that day. She would only wait a little longer for her new apprentice before going to seek her out but it was important to force them to do things on their own, that was the approach she took at the very least.
Shiningpaw sat off to the side of the camp, calmly watching Pixiedust for a few moments before working up the courage to approach her mentor. Pixiedust had always seemed friendly but Shiningpaw had never really interacted with her and on top of that she was feeling nervous for her first day of training. The grey and white she-cat sighed and rose to her paws and slowly padded up to Pixiedust. "I'm ready to begin training." She said, hoping to sound confident and ready but instead sounded hesitant and nervous.

Pixiedust smiled warmly at her apprentice as she approached and noted her nervousness and hesitancy. Words would not cure that for now, it was normal and natural for an apprentice to feel that way on their first day of training. "Excellent, let's get going then. I'm not going to work you too hard for your first day but we have a lot of ground to cover."
Shiningpaw nodded and sighed with relief when Pixiedust said they wouldn't be working too hard. Not that she didn't want to work hard but she wasn't ready to cram a ton of information into her mind on day one. "Are we just exploring the territory today?" She asked curiously.
