Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Heartpaw hung back after the gathering, sticking to the edge of the gathering place as he watched the clans dissipate, waiting until MoonClan had disappeared into the darkness to turn, searching out a certain she-cat of SunClan. His gaze was quick to find Twilightbell, though he hesitated to approach until she was more secluded from her clanmates. Neither of them could truly feel safe meeting, for both of their clans hated each other. To the young tom, that was a rather inconvenient thing, but his curiosity about the she-cat he'd met before outweighed the risks of actually speaking with her.
"Twilightbell?" He called cautiously from the shadows, not wanting to reveal himself as of yet, just in case any of her clanmates were watching. He wanted to speak with her again, but he wasn't going to just waltz up to her. After all, the tom didn't have a death wish, and he doubted the Moon would protect him from his own stupidity.
With all that had been happening here lately, Twilightbell had honestly been keeping to herself. It was unlike the lively she cat, but most probably assumed she was trying to win the rest of SunClan over now that her treacherous uncle had been dealt with. She had put on a brave face for the gathering at least. She was the Soothsayer Promised so she had to look strong and composed in front of the other clans no matter what. She was pretty sure Foxstar would accept nothing less than perfection.
Even so, she had trailed behind after the gathering was over. She had wanted a bit of time to think and the trip back to their camp had seemed like the perfect opportunity to do so. When she heard someone saying her name she paused. The voice sounded familiar and yet she couldn't place it. She turned her head towards the sound, her poor eyesight failing to pick up any nearby forms. She walked towards the sound. She knew that she could be attacked at any moment, but her curiosity got the better of her. "Hello?" She paused and turned her head to try and pick up another sound that might give her an idea of where the other cat was.
(I don't think she's even told him she's blind yet cx)

(Nope, he hasn't. cx)
"Twilightbell, it's Heartpaw." The tom repeated, his head tilting in vague confusion as the Promised looked everywhere but where he was. As she neared his general area though, the tom stepped forward, revealing himself now that it was safe to do so. He would've thought she'd recognize him immediately, but apparently not, and the apprentice was rather disappointed at that fact. Had she really forgotten him so soon?
"Oh! I knew I recognized your voice!" She paused for a moment and then moved a bit closer so that a shadowy form appeared in her vision. "Sorry. You weren't close enough for me to actually see you." She knew she shouldn't be this happy to see him, but with everything that had been going on here lately, it was nice to see someone that she could talk to without having to worry about her family or her position. After a moment, she glanced around. "Come this way." If they were going to talk, their best bet was to do so on open territory where neither of their clans would spot them. She knew Foxstar would be furious if she knew that she was even speaking with a MoonClan cat and that was something she just couldn't risk at the moment.

A confused expression crossed the tom's face at her comments? Recognizing his voice, sure, but not being close enough to see him? Heartpaw had never questioned Twilightbell's ability to see before now, but something in the back of his mind alerted him to the fact that it wasn't normal to need to be close to someone to recognize them. Maybe it was just due to the dark, though. After all, SunClan didn't wake at dusk like MoonClan did, they lived when the Sun was up, unlike their opposing clan.
All the same, he followed her quickly, not particularly wanting either of them to get caught.
Twilightbell didn't slow down until they were safely out of clan territory. She then stopped and turned back to face Heartpaw. "It's been a long time since we last met. A lot has happened really..." She gave a small smile. She had of course gained a new position in SunClan and there were other things that had happened as well, things she knew she shouldn't confide in anyone outside of SunClan. "So, did you need to speak with me about something?" She knew it was direct, but she was curious about what might have made him approach her again. She wasn't angry or anything of the sort. She was really just curios at this point.
