simplylight Moira was still getting used to her new territory. She walked blindly through the dark tunnels, exploring places like she never had before. She was always a rebellious soul, and the cadet was more curious than ever being from an entirely different land. She didn’t even know places existed that didn’t snow.
When the mercenary cadet found a small enough whole in the ceiling to just let a sprinkle of light in, she looked around for a moment to make sure no one could see or hear her, and began to slowly chip away until it was just big enough to slip through. In her short time so far as a mercenary cadet, she had already learned about basic tunnels structure and digging. She made sure not to chip large pieces and left roots alone.
As she slipped of the small tunnel exit, she was immediately hit with a temperature and humidity never felt before in her life. The scruffy molly wobbled a little as her head began to feel light, losing her footing and quickly tumbling down a small hill. Her fall was broken when she made a quite loud thud on a tree stump. She was definitely out cold for a moment.

It was maybe a little rebellious for Lanayru to be out of the Summerclan camp without a mentor. Eldin had been fast asleep when he left, so he decided that going out on his own would give him some time to think. It felt a bit uncomfortable since he was used to doing everything with his brother. The territory seemed a lot bigger and more wild than when he was among the other apprentices or mentors. Still, it felt nice to have some time to think.
He was torn from his thoughts by the sound of thumping nearby. Ears pricked and alert, he bounded towards the sound. A gasp slipped from his lips as the figure of Moira grabbed his attention. "H-hello? Are you okay?!" He questioned immediately, not noticing that she was out.
The cadet stirred around. She could hear something or someone talking to her. The scents were all knew and foreign to her, filling her nostrils as they flared. It took a few minutes for her to finally blink open wide hazel eyes. She shot her head up, looking around wildly. Where was she? It was so hot here and humid.... she felt her head begin to sway just as quick as she got up. She looked to Lanaryu, blinking almost dreamily up at the pale golden apprentice.
"W... where am I..?" She peeped out before slumping back. She felt the world spin around her, trying to shake her head and blink it away. "Why is it... so hot..."

"Uh..." For a moment, Lanayru was stunned. He almost wondered if he was in a dream. This random, pretty cat was laying here stunned and covered in dirt? Surely this couldn't be real?
Alarm prickled at his belly once he realized that he wasn't waking up. "Ah, let me get you some water!" He meowed quickly and bounded off to a nearby puddle. After gathering some water in a leaf, he carefully made his way back to her and set it down by her muzzle. "You're in Summerclan. How did you end up here?"
Her eyes slowly blinked open, looking to the water in front of her and nudging her head closer to lap up the cool liquid. Slowly but surely, the cadet began to come to. She shook her head and propped herself up, leaning against the stump for support. She looked up at the tom in front of her. He looked strikingly like her father, with pale golden ginger fur, yet held blue eyes similar to her mother. “Ahh, uh, I saw a hole and just came up. It’s awfully hot and sticky here though. Where did you say we are again?”
Then he said SummerClan. And her heart stopped.
“S-SummerClan?” She stammered. “Oh, no no no!!!” She shot up to her paws with wide hazel eyes, yet again startle to lose her footing and become lightheaded. “Oh..... I’m not used to this.... It’s too hot....”

Lanayru tilted his head slightly as he watched her come to. She seemed really out of it... "Woah, woah!" He fretted as she began to wobble. "Hold still. I brought you some water." His golden paw pushed the leaf towards her a bit while he used his tail to keep her upright. "Huh. I've never heard of anyone being this sensitive to heat. Where are you from?" Certainly not from around here. He thought with a little chuckle. The cats that lived around Summerclan were so used to the extreme temperatures that they hardly noticed it. Sometimes he wondered if that was the true reason why Tuskblood left.
She slumped back down as she now put her weight on Lanaryu, crouching as she tried to regain her strength and drink more water. She looked around her and tried to make sense of everything. How could she have ended up in SummerClan of all places? Did the Regime really stretch this far underground? She shook her head, looking back to Lanaryu with an awkward smile plastered across her maw. “Well..... I was born in WinterClan.....” She shuffled her paws lightly as she sat upright. “I don’t live there anymore, but....” She looked out to the mountains, trying to make out the ones that made up WinterClans distant lands.

Lanayru suddenly felt understanding wash over him like a wave from the lake. "Of course. That is why you are so hot." He meowed in understanding. His ears quickly flew back on his head in embarrassment at how his sentence must have sounded. "I mean, that's why you think it is so hot here. Because it's Summerclan, and you're from Winterclan. It's cold in Winterclan so you can't be used to the heat here..." His rambling was getting more and more broken and awkward as it went on so he decided to stop. "So where, uh, do you live now?"
His awkwardness was familiar to her. It made her smile and giggle, though giggling did give her quite the ache in her head. She pressed a paw against her skull and pressed hard. "I live in Renegade Regime now with my mom. Dad and I moved there with my uncle not too long ago." She tried to stand once more, legs wobbling as she attempted to stand, putting her weight on Lanaryu again. "The tunnels are chilly which is nice. I didn't think it was gonna be so hot until I came up."

Lanayru felt a red-hot blush rise to his cheeks as she leaned against him. "Oh, don't be so cheeky." He scolded himself inwardly. "We should find you some herbs for your head. I could take you back to our camp, but I'm afraid everyone is still on edge..." He sighed, suddenly wishing he knew more about herbs. He would hate for her to see Summerclan in the state it's in. What would she think of him after meeting his deranged clanmates.
“My mother is chaman. She can probably help me when I go home.” She smiled lightly. Though, there was just one problem: where was her home? “Uhh- speaking of- you wouldn’t uhh.... happen to know where the nearest tunnel is would you?” She felt her face warm with a mix of embarrassment and butterflies. Now she definitely was the awkward one.

His eyes widened at her words. Daughter of the Chaman? His thoughts twirled as he struggled to remember who the Regime chaman was now. He did not know that Roon had any kits yet? Oh wait, didn't he overhear someone saying they had a new one? Either way, she needed to get home soon... He felt his heart sink a little. Something in him didn't want her to go just yet. It was a strange feeling, but one that caused conflicts in his chest.
With an inward sigh, he resolved to do the right thing and take her home. But then again, he wasn't exactly sure where the tunnels were. "Uhh... I know that they are somewhere close by... but honestly I have no idea where. My mentor hasn't shown me the tunnels yet." He responded with a little tilt of his head.
“Great.” She grumbled, huffing a bit under her breath. She wasn’t mad at the tom before her- no- she was mad at herself. Why did she have to leave the tunnels?! Now she’s lost! There was only one place that she could go now, only one clan she knew he would be able to get to. Her hazel eyes shut as she took a deep breath. After a moment, she opened them again, looking up at Lanaryu again. “Do you know how to get to WinterClan from here? If not.....” If not, she would be stuck in SummerClan for the next few days.
