Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Wyverndelirum was acting deputy as long as his brother was missing, and he was looking forward to it. This patrol would be a bit... exhausting for him, he'd heard this pair of former kittypets were loud and a bit fishbrained, but he was optimistic. If they were as dumb as they sounded then they'd be easily swayed and so would the young cat. Wy didn't want to manipulate anyone, not really, that wasn't his style; but he was tired of cats blindly supporting the deputy when he hadn't even shown up to his job in days and he just wanted enough cats to agree they needed to convince Violetstar to overthrow him. Simple, right?
"Sugarsplash, Lemondrop, Skylerpaw," he called, glancing about for the group. "Ready to go?"
( i'll be honest i did think sugarsplash was lost to time but i guess i have to keep her now lmao )
Sugarsplash appeared from the warriors' den, giving a few short glances around the rest of the camp for her sister. "Yeah," she muttered after a few seconds. She wasn't too sure about Wyverndelirium as acting deputy, but then again, she hadn't exactly been a member of the Clan for that long. Perhaps there was some kind of cultural difference, or...something. Either way, she couldn't be bothered giving it much more thought than that. "...I don't know if anyone else is, though."
The golden brown tom sighed. "We'll give them a few more minutes to show up, then, before we take off. If they come late they better have an excuse." His whiskers twitched. They still had some time to arrive before they would be late but he preferred it when cats were early. Wy himself was rarely on time, but he was this time, so he expected the others would be.
