Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Frostedpaw was silent, very silent. More silent than he usually was. He was still in somewhat shocked, and he wondered how these apprentices were getting on with pleasant conversation when they had almost just died. It was ridiculous. His broad head turned in the direction of Duskpaw as the other approached. Usually he would have shaken him off, complained that he wasn't weak and didn't need to be treated like a little kit, but it was rather calming. He welcomed it.
"Yeah, isn't there a way to tell if you're near an exit or something?" He spoke up, finally, keeping his tone somewhat annoyed. It was still rather shaky, but he wouldn't, couldn't, let that show.

Ghostpaw had never been much of a swimmer. He mostly avoided the water which was unusual for Summerclan cats but not entirely unheard of. The shock of having been pushed into the icy cold water was more than he anticipated and the silver tabby squirmed and flailed in the water where he had landed on top of another cat and panic set in before anything else. There was a feeling as someone grabbed his scruff and pulled him over just a bit but the tom couldn't help but panic.
"Stop moving you stupid furball. You can stand." An unfamiliar voice growled. It was a black tuxedo she-cat with a sharp and annoyed amber gaze. She moved away quickly, leaving the Summerclan apprentice shivering and wide eyed in belly deep water.
"Oh wow I thought I almost died." Ghostpaw murmured, staring into the dark murky depths for a few moments before splashing on to land and coughing up a little bit of water. "That water tastes foul, too. Is it actually water? I hope so." The tom shivered on the bank and he looked around at the surrounding cats. Where were they? What had exactly happened? It had all happened so quickly he wasn't really sure how to process it.
Scorpionpaw moved away from many of the other apprentices and quickly groomed her fur down in order to try and warm herself up before finding a way out of here. Here seemed to be the Dark Forest and she wasn't exactly sure what to do with that knowledge - not yet at least.

Starkpaw couldn't help but roll his eyes watching Ghostpaw flounder around in the shallow water before realizing he could stand in it easily. Despite his initial exasperation he let out a mrrow of laughter as he padded over the assist the other apprentice. "Don't worry, you're not the first to flop around in there like a fish out of water today. It probably wasn't a good idea to taste it though" he mused bending down to give the water a curious sniff before recoiling away with a look of disgust. "Yuck! remind me not to lick my fur for awhile."
"Soooo, does anyone actually know what happened to us? You know did anyone notice you were being taken away or did-"
Sable-kun followed everyone's stares, it seemed none of the apprentices had time to tell anyone about the prophecy and that no one knew they were taken away or what happened to them. Sable-kun thought of telling her mentor and past leader, Solaris, but they weren't on the best terms. Sable-kun was the youngest in Vera E'tani's bloodline, she had told Solaris that he didn't deserve to be leader and she was certain now that he wasn't leader he held onto those words. She had already seen what he did to other cats who spoke out against him... It just wasn't worth telling him about the prophecy at the time.
"Okay, well I guess let's start down the tunnel and the Renegade Regime cats can be up front to help lead us," Sable-kun said, but now was freaking out as Frostedpaw had been.
"So Starkpaw and Ghostpaw, where did you guys come from, y'know. Clan wise, where are you from?" Duskpaw asked, wondering if maybe any of them had useful traits that could be used to get out. Still he turned and began to walk into the pitch blackness of the cavern.
Skypaw was a little shaken but she meekly added, "I'm Skypaw," She meowed not having fully registered the question until then.
Mysterypaw had been too distracted to introduce herself, after aiding duskpaw in throwing stones to get the other apprentices down she began to inspect the area trying to go deeper and deeper into the dark cavern, keeping track of where the others were by the sounds of their voices. When she didn't immediately find anything she came back. "Well it seems we've either hopefully got a cave system or we're just in a very large cavern where the only way out is where we were thrown from, who here is from the regime?" She asked
"Whatever we can do this," Duskpaw decided already leading the way into the tunnels as he kicked a pebble ahead of him. The pebble made a rough skimming noise as Duskpaw used it to figure out where the walls were, high far out the tunnel went as well as allowing Skypaw to follow them using the sound of the pebble he kicked along. He looked behind himself to see if Frostedpaw and Pandora were tailing him. Of course he was concerned about his other siblings, but Frostedpaw was with him from the start of this journey, he felt stronger with him by his side and Pandora gave him a reminder of why he needed to be and stay strong. He had to keep her safe.
"Sooo Mysterypaw, how have things been since the gathering?" Duskpaw asked as though he had some engaging conversation with Mysterypaw in the past when it had only been small talk. He turned around to look if the Regime cats were following along well, "Am I even leading us right?"

"I think so." Cadet Pike responded, picking up her pace to pad alongside the other apprentice and help lead the way. The Regime cats were probably the most familiar with tunnels, but these were so strange and not like anything she had been in before. "I wonder where we are..." She sighed, feeling hopeless.
"I was kind of hoping Regime cats would just know the tunnels," Sable-kun admitted out loud as she padded up beside Cadet Pike.
"Maybe it won't matter, look," Duskpaw said pointing a paw at a small white light in the distance, although it seemed off as it would still be night out.
"Yeah I don't know what that is, but it's worth a shot I guess... I've heard horror stories about a fish under water who tries to lure unsuspecting fish with its light and then eats them. Maybe there's a land creature that can do it too," Sable-kun said watching with a grin as Duskpaw seemed to slow down and not be quite as determined to head towards the light.

Sunflowerpaw fixed his gaze on the light ahead, joy buzzing in his paws. “We’re out! We’re free! Light! Wonderful light!” He ran ahead, past the others, his body light with relief. They were alive! But he skidded to a halt. What if they weren’t free? “M-maybe there are Dark Forest cats waiting on the other side! They’re gonna kill us.” Once again his heart beat in his chest so aggressively he thought it might explode. The relief drained away and was replaced with overwhelming anxiety. The dark crept upon him. “What if it’s not the way out? How will we ever get out of here?”
"Well we'd have to survive off of bugs and send out the quickest and strongest to go for the light hoping they'll live. Then if they got caught and don't come back with help we'd keep eating bugs till the bugs run out. After we'd have to figure out who to eat next. Probably clan cats with rich amounts of prey and clean fluffy pelts would get taken out first. Then those at the bottom of the totem, Revolution cats would have to duke it out. It's not who lives the longest, it's who survives," Sable-kun grinned cruelly.
"Oh hey look it is the way out," Duskpaw said with a roll of his eyes as he headed towards the light before immediately backing up, "It's a very steep slope, we'll have to aim carefully when we slide down okay? So every be careful."
Duskpaw looked back wondering who would go first, then he began to fear one of his siblings would go first and if they did who would catch them at the bottom?
"I"ll head down first," Duskpaw decided as he carefully crept up to the mouth of the light and slipped down clear out of view, his tongue over his cheek like a dog as he slid down the steep slope of the valley before hitting the bottom. He made it down okay, but his butt and tail bone could be better...
