Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Amberkit hadn't been born in EarthClan, but his father had been. His siblings had all grown up here too. So it only seemed logical to the tom that he too should call this clan home, at least that's what he told himself when he remembered being left in Seablossom's paws the first time. Now he spent all of his time by the deputy's side. Whether it was just to not have to do anything, because he knew she'd groom him, or just because he could. Amberkit is a wimp, something another kit had teased him about not too long ago he'd gone crying to Seablossom when it happened only proving that point even further. But he didn't care. He didn't want to play with the other kits. He didn't like it when they bit him, tackled him, or anything really. The kit just wanted to lay in his nest next to his big sister.
Protectingshadows carried the mouse in his jaws as he headed towards the nursery. Her pushed his head inside, setting down the mouse. “Oh? Where’s Seablossom?”
"I don-don't know!" Tears sprung to the little one's eyes. Seablossom hadn't told him where she was going for she'd left while he was asleep. Now he just wanted her here. Amberkit didn't want to deal with the other kits, they were always mean to him. Seablossom would protect him, but she wasn't here! Why wasn't she here?!
“No!!! I want her now!” Where was she? Why wasn’t she here? She was always here? Amberkit’s tears turned into sobs, preventing him from speaking further.
Ivorycrown heard the wails of her youngest siblings outside of the nursery. Usually she'd see Seablossom come running by now, but there was no sight of the deputy. Rolling her eyes she stepped into the den, intent on shutting the thing up until the old warrior got back. She wasn't fond of the kits, actually resented them a lot, even would say that she hated them. But she would stand her and listen to their cry, Seablossom had raised her better than that. The sight she came upon in the nursey gave her the wrong image. Here was Amberkit squirming against another warrior. Thinking illy, she sprang into action with a growl, not caring who it was that was holding down the sobbing kit. "Hey! Let him go!" She pulled on their tail, trying to not start an actual scuffly in teh nursery of all places; there were kits playing nearby and she didn't want them hurt,
“Well I’m here now aren’t I. And I can take care of him!” Ivorycrown pulled the kit closer to her, shielded within the fur of her chest. In the moment, the warrior wondered why Seablossom wasn’t here. Usually the deputy was the first to come running at his cries and yet she wasn’t here. It was almost worrisome. “But thank you.” She couldn’t met his gaze when she said that, too prideful for her own good.
