Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. Leopardblaze sulked through MoonClan's territory, per Elmwhisker he wasn't allowed to hunt or patrol for at least another several days and to top that off he'd spent what felt like ages cooped up in Elmwhisker's den for an injured shoulder. He'd injured it during a border patrol when they unexpectedly ran into a fox and had to force it out of their territory. It wasn't his first run in with a fox but it was the first time he'd been injured enough to not be let out of the medicine den. But eventually he'd had enough and he decided to take a stroll, his shoulder was feeling better and being confined to a nest was quickly driving him insane.
Silvershine saw her mate leave the camp, concern lit up in her blue eyes. She followed him out and caught up with him, "Leopardblaze!" She greeted him with a nuzzle to the cheek. "Are you okay to be out here? How is your shoulder?"
Leopardblaze stopped for a few moments when Silvershine caught up with him. "My shoulder is feeling much better! Elmwhisker is just being overly cautious, that's all." he purred in response with an affectionate lick over her ear. "I'm slowly going crazy being stuck in camp."
She purred as he licked her over the ear. "I bet you are! Youve always been a tom that never stood still in one spot for too long." She grinned, giving him a playful nudge. "Im glad you are feeling better though. Mind if I accompany you?"
"That feels like so long ago. It was before the kits were born!" he purred, remembering back to that day. "I mean it really couldn't have been that long ago, our kits aren't that old!" he added with a bit of laughter.
She laughed, "They are warriors now! I kind of miss having our kits around though. I miss their cute little paws! Now, they are all grown up and living their own lives!" She suddenly realized how long it had been. Their kits were older than 12 months by now.
(I think they are about 12 months? XD We did the thread almost a year ago I think!)

"They've all turned out to be fine warriors, one's MoonClan can be proud of." Leopardblaze replied, but, Flamingsoul's departure weighed heavily on his mind. "Why do you think Flamingsoul left?" he asked, quite suddenly. He realized he'd never actually discussed her departure with Silvershine and he was intrigued to know what she thought on the matter. "Do you think we did something wrong?"
(I know right!? But I remember it being summer the last time they had kits! Silvershine and Leopardblaze went swimming! ^~^ So almost a year ago!)
"I'm very proud of them" she mewed with a smile but then her smile disappeared when she thought about Flamingsoul. "I don't think we did anything wrong. I think she just needs time to figure out who she really is. I know that who she is right now is not her. Flamingsoul is a very stubborn and free spirited she-cat, and very strong. But she has a good heart. I think she lost herself to that power craze she was going through..." Silvershine stared down at her paws as they walked. "However, I do wish I had been there for her when she needed me. I always thought she was fine but I guess I wasn't paying a close enough attention to her feelings..." She then looked back up at her mate. "But I am very proud of Timberfrost and Pinesong. They have become skilled warriors and I couldn't be prouder to be their mother."
Leopardblaze touched his nose to Silvershine's cheek. "I didn't even see that she needed help. I don't think Pinesong did either, and they were close." he said. "I just hope things start to settle down within the Clan now that Swiftstar has taken over. For such young warriors they've already been through quite a lot and have had to face some tough battles. But they've stuck by their Clan and their kin." He added proudly. "I remember when I was an apprentice and the whole Clan was divided and fought amongst themselves when Wastedstar declared we no longer believed in StarClan...." he murmured trailing off. He'd watched his Clanmates rip each other apart over that and he was thankful their kits had never had to be faced with that choice.
She nodded, "they are brave young warriors and I'm very proud of them." She listened to him talk about the division. "During that time was when I joined the clan" she remembered. "After that, I met the love of my life and had beautiful kits with him" she purred, wrapping her tail around his.
Leopardblaze purred in response and nuzzled her cheek. "You picked a perfect time to join the Clan, right in the middle of the civil war!" He said jokingly. "It's funny, a lot of those Clanmates are no longer with us." he added on a more serious note.
