Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
It was no secret that Tricksdelight didn't get along with most of her Clanmates. All the moons she'd spent closing herself off from them as a kit hadn't helped her social skills develop, and when she'd finally understood that that odd, empty feeling inside her was loneliness, she'd taken the wrong route and tried to interact with them by taunting instead. Still, she liked to think she'd mostly grown up by now; she still tried to keep a polite distance between her and her fellow warriors, and she would admit that she still had a sarcastic inner monologue running in her head whenever she was talking to them, but hey - it was fine if she just kept them to herself, right?
Still, even if she knew she was a changed person, the others wouldn't know that. She sighed to herself, padding out of the warriors den and letting her eyes roam around the camp. All it would take was one person to prove herself too, and the rest would follow suit. Hopefully.
Silvershine noticed Tricksdelight emerging from the warriors den. She remembered all too well that Tricksdelight was never the best influence on her kits when they were young. She remembered Flamingkit helping Tickspaw put spiders in other cat's nests. Though the silver tabby queen had seen Tricksdelight grow up and has noticed a difference. However, the young warrior was clearly lacking friendship. Silvershine padded over, her paws barely making a sound. "Tricksdelight" she greeted with a warm smile. "Would you like to go on a hunt with me?"
Tricksdelight's ears pricked as she heard Silvershine's words. She was a little surprised that someone had approached her; she'd assumed that most cats would want to stay away from her, that Tricksdelight herself would have to be the one doing the approaching. Maybe Tricksdelight didn't have as much of a bad reputation as she thought she had?
Alternatively, Silvershine was pitying the younger cat's lack of friendships, though Tricksdelight noted that her warm smile seemed genuine, at least. "Of course," she replied, dipping her head in respect to her senior.
Silvershine gave a respectful nod and turned to leave. As they arrived into the forest, Silvershine let a laugh escape. "Oops, sorry." She chuckled. "I just cant stop thinking about that time you and Flamingkit decided to pull pranks on everyone including putting dead spiders in other cat's nests."
