Welcome! Now that WaterClan is under its own two feet we are in need of a Medicine Cat Apprentice. Now this is going to be a little different as a small side plot has been made around this position. As some may be aware, Goldrush (Previous Rogue name Tobias) Was indeed a rogue. Now as a medicine cat sworn to StarClan he can not take a mate or have children however this was not the case as a rogue. Goldrush had not taken a mate as a rogue but flings were not out of the question. Now these tryouts are for the litter of kits who will join WaterClan together not knowing who their father was and of them one will show med cat qualities and be chosen as the mca. So even if you dont get chosen for mca you can still choose to be added as an apprentice fathered by Goldrush and participate in the plot that will bring this family together and ultimately have them discover their biological connection.

- Can not already be a medcat or medcat apprentice in another clan or group
- Only currently hold one high position (roleplay positions not included)
- Cat must be an apprentice age / have a warrior name(RWN)
- Description must include a small bit of information about relation to Goldrush and that being an unknown fact.

Meet Abysspaw. Abysspaw is a black british shorthair with bright golden eyes and a sweet soul that is caring but sensitive. This precious spirit has a strong connection with StarClan and is extremely shy considering her left eye is partially blind due to a fight with a rogue who attacked her when she was only a kit. However, she got over the injury and was announced Goldrush's apprentice; not for her eye, but due to the fact her back left hindleg was deformed from birth and her connection with StarClan was so strong. As timid as she is, this means she isn't very talkative and prefers to keep to herself most of the time. Although, if you do get to be friends with her, you won't regret it. Abysspaw is friendly and affectionate and won't let go of her loved ones once the both of you create a close bond. Intelligence is one of her positive traits as well, along with being a useful skill in battle. Talking about fighting, that's one of her weaknesses even though she's quick-witted and bright. Growing up, Abysspaw didn't know much of her parents; all she knows is that she was abandoned at the clan's border as a kit, with her eyes barely opening. Her first sight were a patrol of WaterClan warriors, and they so graciously took her in and placed her with the rest of the kits. When they saw her deformed hindleg, her fate was as good as sealed, and when she was ready to be made into an apprentice, the leader announced Goldrush as her new mentor. Abysspaw doesn't mind her new job, though, and is eager to learn. She can't help to feel some sort of connection to Goldrush, and as she grows to know him more and more, the more she begins to like him and respect him as a Medicine Cat - and possibly, as a father figure.

My activity will begin to blossom after I'm able to get this job at Gudino's Cafe. Fingers crossed!
JUNIPERPAW [BREEZE] A silky, slender silver-blue she-cat with warm, kind golden eyes. She is a very small, sickly young she-cat, born the only surviving kit of a short and difficult pregnancy. Juniperpaw knew her mother for only a short while before she had been killed- mauled to death by a badger right in front of the poor young kit. After a vision of a tall tom figure with glowing yellow eyes, Juniperpaw immediately ran as fast as she could to the WaterClan border. She didn't know where she was going or why, but she felt a strong familial force calling to bring her there. WaterClan took the young orphaned kit and began to raise her as their own. She began to exhibit a strong connection to StarClan almost as soon as her first night in the new clan, seeing and speaking to her dead mother multiple times during her initial time there. Couple that with her extensive knowledge and research of herbs, Juniperpaw was a strong candidate to learn under Goldrush. Being that she gets ill all too easily and often, Juniperpaw has to experiment with many different concoctions and remedies to find what works best with whatever she's come down with now. Juniperpaw tries to live everyday in honor of her mother, whom she talks and prays directly to every night. She a kind and virtuous soul, often going way out of her way for those she cares about. She has a huge appreciation for life and lives every day as if it's her last. Juniperpaw works hard every day to prove her worth to the clan as both a loyal member and a worthy medicine cat. In her studies of StarClan with Goldrush, she hopes to one day find the answer to the pull that brought her to WaterClan and meet the mysterious cat of her vision. Roleplayed by Specklepelt
If I am not chosen I am happy to just be a regular warrior/apprentice! I would just have to change some parts of her bio to match whoever actually gets the role.
I honestly don't really do much irl so I spend most of my time ghosting the forums lol. im online all the time and i dont see that changing for a few weeks or a month
