Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Below the peaks of WinterClan territory, the darkness was just beginning to soften into the lovely yellows, oranges, and reds that warmed everything below it. Blushingdawn rested on one of these cliffs, her head held up to watch the new hues in the sky, the world around her still and silent. The shifting of her paw was the loudest thing that she could hear, at least in the time before the birds joined her in soaking in the rising sun.
Perhaps it was because it was a part of her name, or maybe it was the tranquility that flowed into her as the world around her awoke from a deep slumber, but this part of the day was beginning to grow on Blushingdawn. It wasn't too often that she would wake up this early, but with the days slowly becoming shorter it was easier to wake up to catch the sunset. There had been many things weighing heavily on her mind this last night - things that she didn't wish to voice to anyone, that she would never talk about no matter who asked - and so it had been difficult to get a good night's sleep. The sight in front of her, though, was enough to wash all of those thoughts away. Things had changed, and she had changed with them. She was no longer the same cat that were in her memories, and she would only continue to grow and learn.
Her eyelids slid closed, blocking out the view in front of her. Though she could no longer see it, she could still sense the warm rays beginning to shine on her red pelt, forming a hug around her as if she was truly part of the dawn. She stood there, eyes closed, a serene smile softly spread across her features as she breathed in deep, holding onto this moment as long as she could. She could have stayed there forever, but the snap of a branch behind her made her ear twitch.
