Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Something had changed within DayClan, something Peachblush couldn't put his paw on anymore. A sense of duty, authority, had changed inside of him. Something was wrong. He was no longer the spiritual, emotional and financial leader of DayClan, and this was a wrong that had to be righted--no matter the cost.
"Cats of DayClan," he announced, even though no one was really around, "I regret to inform you that you are now all my hostages. I will not be ceding control of DayClan and anyone who tries to take over will have to pry you out of my cold, dead claws. Sorry in advance if I have to use any of you as human shields. Alright, this is a good start to the coup."
"Well, to be honest," meowed the medicine cat apprentice with a yawn, "I'm not sure how many cats'll try to fight you. It's been pretty lonely around these parts since that weirdo freak of an apprentice disappeared. It's felt a little twilight-zone-y here since, oh, about a week after Rosy showed up. Maybe two, tops."
He rose to his paws, before padding over to Peachblush. If there was going to be a coup, he might as well be on the right side of it. Blood was particularly difficult to clean out of his fur. "But, if ya thought overthrowin' the government that ... you were on top of yesterday was enough to scare me away," he laughed, "nooo sir. I'm ridin' this horse and pony show with you 'til the end."
He then glanced over to the medicine cat. "Rosy, you in or out?" fox
"Awwww, guys," Rosy gushed, propping himself up slightly from where he, Peach and Pastel had of course been cuddling in the leader's den that was no longer Peach's. "Of course I'll help you hold my friends and family hostage! And if it leads us over the edge of a cliff, or into adventures in twolegplace, or to a weird commune in the desert, I'll follow you there, too. Anywhere you two go, I go. Now Hoarsehoof." He turned to the horse that materialised out of thin air behind him. "You ready?"
"Ready," the robot horse replied.
And with that, his sides opened and the anti-aircraft weaponry slid out, aimed at the DayClan cats in the clearing. "Everyone stay calm!" Rosy announced cheerily, coming up to stand beside Peachblush and Pastelchaos. "This doesn't have to be a bloody coup — it can be a nice coup!" A shadow fell over his eyes; the camera zoomed in. "But it'll be bloody if necessary."
