Cal spent his time wandering between Swiftclan and Fallclan. Nobody had seemed to notice so far, or if they did, they didn't really appear to care. He let out a long, exaggerated sigh as he peeked into Hystericstar's empty den. No bothering him today apparently. The kits were asleep, as well, so he knew Chaicrisp would chew his ear off if he went and woke them and Pumpkinspice. Well, it looked like he was either going to have to head back to Swiftclan or find some entertainment...
A tailless she-cat emerged from the medicine cat den and stretched briefly before beginning a walk to the fresh kill. Faepaw was often forgetting her hunger, preferring to engross herself in her duties and in others. Her walk was cut short when she noticed a cat she hadn't met before, and her path promptly turned to approach him, a calm smile gracing her face.

"Ah, hello there!" Cal purred to the apprentice as she approached. "I promise I'm allowed here so don't worry one bit. Tell me, are you bored? It seems like everyone I know is busy and I don't really know those of you that are around right now. I remember when everyone in Fallclan was lazy and loved to be bored together. Now everyone does their actual job and you have to be bored all alone." He let out a long sigh then smiled. "Oh, I'm Calamityshrine, by the way. I used to lead here before Hystericstar. He's much better at it, honestly."
The she-cat's smile widened a bit at the outpour of words that came from the stranger. As she got closer she sat down and dipped her head in greeting. "I'm Faepaw. I'm new here, so I can't say much about how it used to be here, but I am kept quite busy with my duties. I rarely find myself bored." Her head tipped to the side then as she realized that he said he used to lead here and interest gleamed in her eyes. "You were leader here before? How come you are not now? Where do you reside?" Her own words began pouring as more questions popped into her head. Faepaw found joy in learning about others and listening to their thoughts and feelings, and this newcomer interested her so.
