Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
It felt wrong to walk back into DayClan territory so soon after their less than honorable exit. Commander Havilah would have much rather sat at the border and waited for a patrol to meet them, it seemed like much better etiquette, but, as Loelia had reminded him, DayClan didn't make it a habit to patrol their borders. They'd have to just walk right in.
"If DayClan can forgive Foxstar and make her of their leaders, then surely they'll be able to forgive the Regime for blowing up the underground forest, right?" Havilah said to his companion Loelia as they neared DayClan's camp. From here he could just make out the purple blooms of the wisteria throne in the distance.
"Glowstar has always been as forgiving as an angel with a heaven like DayClan to match her. So we punched a few dents in her clans floor, I'm sure she's passed it," Loelia reassured. Normally she would be doubtful about people, but Glowstar had never once in her earshot or knowledge ever refused anything. "And you know what," She said as they neared, "If it was Shule walking next to me, I wouldn't be so confident. It's because you're not Shule, you're your own independent person that I know Glowstar will respect that."
Her heart beat a little harder as she smiled genuinely at Havilah as she headed in. Did she maybe have her first ever friend? In the old Regime she would have never had time to associate with anyone who wouldn't offer her any romantic interest, but now things felt freer.
Glowstar's aquamarine eyes gleamed as the two entered the wisteria throne, an odd duo to be sure, "A dashing scent of pine and cold stone?" Glowstar purred, wild chaos dancing in her eyes with an eerie smile of an excitement, "No? You returned to your old home? If it's true I hope it's been splendid. I had heard talk about seeing cats move down south, but I guess that was simply all it was, talk."
"If I'm honest, Loelia, I'm not sure if this is the right thing to do," Havilah admitted with a sigh, "But we need allies if we want to be recognized as the true Regime and DayClan has always supported us. It's the best place to start."

Glowstar always put Havilah off. While he valued law and order, she was chaotic and unpredictable, a direct foil to everything he stood for. The differences between these two cats was mirrored in those they ruled. If DayClan was fire, the Renegade Regime was ice.
"Yes, we have returned to ancestral territory," Havilah answered, "There's much work yet to be done, but the borders have been secured and the camp is well protected, which is why I could spare a moment to pay you a visit. But before I get ahead of myself... have you heard about the schism?"
