Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Innocentia stomped her little feet onto the ground before darting all four paws away from her body in a huffy growl, "I want. To. EAT!" Innocentia practically screamed in Glowstar's face.
Glowstar carried an unamused expression, probably one more devoid of emotion than anyone had seen her. Innocentia was a tiny white puffball that appeared more like a kit than the psychotic cannibalistic ex proxy she was. Luckily Innocentia was new, she joined right when two-legs started catching DayClan cats as kittypets, which meant that not many knew she was a clan mate, let alone one that was of warrior age.
"Hey, can anyone babysit Innocentkit, she's getting kind of cranky," Glowstar said.
Innocentia let out a furious little hiss, "I'm warning you that whoever you send will be missing parts that they will MISS," She threatened with a grumble."
"Probably could use a nap," Glowstar added, hoping someone would take the invite to babysit Innocentia.
"Fine, but don't be gone for too long. I can't watch her all day." A snow point tom walked his way into Inno's field of view. He was rather handsome, even including the scars that crisscrossed his lower half in gnarly patterns. Clearly, he had been on someone else's plate before. Coyotechaser settled down a few feet from the little fluffball and smiled. He was perhaps Innocentia's antithesis: he had no bad bone in his body, had no interest in seeing anyone else in pain, and wanted to help everyone be their best self. So, when she said she was hungry, he immediately nodded. "Yeah, no worries! We can go get some fresh kill!"
"FIIIINALLY," Innocentia exaggerated, "service around here has been lackluster," She muttered.
Innocentia trotted beside him in a bubbly, bouncy walk, "Believe it or not, I have servants who should be feeding me. I suppose I should reach out to them and you know what? I'll even throw you a bone, maybe you can order one around for a day or something of the sort. I'm generous to anyone who will fetch me a meal," She smiled warmly up at him
The tom smiled himself when she smiled. "Really, you have servants? Why would need them? It's not that hard to go out there at catch some food." The tom had no knowledge of how dangerous the she-cat was, and was completely oblivious that any cat like that would exist in his Clan. "Anyway, what do you want to eat? The squirrels are nice and fat this time of year."
"I mean, I suh-ppoooose cats like squirrels soooo," Innocentia stretched out her words as she curled her cheek fur in her tiny claw, "sure!" her voice heightened into a cutesy tone as she said it, but her brightened smile had shadows of different intentions, "let's grab a squirrel to use," Innocentia settled, padding forward to the freshkill pile. That was until her tail stood up on end, pausing in her tracks, "Hey do you smell smoke?" She asked, the ashen scent coming to her nose from a stray gust of wind, but it wasn't long before the wind began to drag in more light wafts of smoke to Coyotechaser's nose. There was something burning in the distance, but given the brittle dry grass around them it felt more menacing of a threat than it would during different seasons.
