Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
The air was wonderfully exotic, carrying a crisp pine scent that normally didn't flow into DayClan. The birds were chirping, the nearby creeks were babbling, it was truly a perfect day for fishing.
Leucisticcrow lied low by the river, in DayClan cats from all over could visit DayClan because their borders were open and free. Most people while visiting had an idealistic image that all DayClan cats were long legged for running with sunny fur, and kind attitudes. But Leucisticcrow only got the tall part right, outside of that he was pitch black with chaotically charming charisma. So he chose to hang back so if the visitors wanted to ignore them he could.
Fishing out a decently sized fish he stomped it onto the ground before cutting into the head, killing it.
Pumpkinking was still getting used to life in DayClan. At first glance it hadn't seemed much different than SpringClan, though the small differences were making themselves known as time went on.
He jumped when a fish splatted out on the bank and then nearly jumped out of his fur when Leucisticcrow stomped it dead.
"Is... is that really the most proficient way to do it?" He asked a bit shakily. It didn't look like the cleanest kill after all.
"Do you got a better technique? OH! Do you use the one where you slice it into 18 pieces and only on the 18th piece does the fish die?" Leucisticcrow asked.
"Slice it on neck..." Leucisticcrow said slowly like he had never thought of that before, "Huh, you're not really a creative guy are you? I mean, you only die once, don't you want it to be unique for this fish instead of a boring slice to the neck? I mean how would you die? Don't tell me you would want to die peacefully in your sleep?"
Pumpkinking shuddered. "Actually, I think I would... prefer to just die peacefully, after a full life." He added quickly a little uneasy about where this conversation was going. "Don't you?"

"What about death? Death sure is interesting." In walked Galaxypaw who's huge bug eyed found the cats. He twiched as usual as he casually chewed on a twig he found lying around.
"I mean, I definitely want my death to be a surprise. I don't want to know it's gonna happen if you know what i mean? Like if I see the claws coming to my throat I'd be like, dang, this is how I die? I wanted it to be a surprise. But if a friend betrayed me last second and as I was dying I got to turn around to see them, man, that would be insane," He laughed a bit to himself, "I mean life's exciting, but I want my death to reflect my life too."
Pumpkinking just looked at him with a bit of curiosity. But also the comment about his lack of creativity stung. "I mean I rather like the more interesting things... but while I'd rather not know how I die... I'd rather my death be peaceful."
"Life is so exciting I'd rather it end on a softer note I guess."
Raredreams was hunting in the area when his prey ran toward the other two cats. The screw disappeared into a bush after slipping g between the two cats, leaving behind a out of breath Raredreams.
"A soft death, huh, I wonder what that would be like. Like someone soothingly telling you everything's going to be alright even though they know things won't be the same. That they won't be the same without you. The feeling of your soul leaving along with care and your worries fly away while your loved ones seemingly gain all the worries you once had in your departure from this living world. Wow, almost a little dramatic. I don't know, that sounds violently emotional, I don't know if I could handle that," Leucisticcrow smirked.
