Joypaw woke with a loud shriek
Sitting up straight in her nest with a wide eyed expression "Momma?" she had never seen her momma look so angry before... And who was that other cat in her dream? The one that sat at her side mocking the red cat? She shivered, trying to separate the horror of her dream from reality. Idiotbrother? What kind of name was that anyway? Of course it had only been a dream, so why had it felt so real?
She looked around, meeting her siblings eyes "Sorry.... just a bad dream" JetclawJadie @ian stardance

Fatepaw had already been awake for awhile. His dream... bad could not quite describe it. It was beyond horrible. It was the worst thing he had ever seen, and, worse, it looked like his home did it to some poor cats. He looked up from his nest, his eyes and face clearly wet from the tears. "It's okay." He looked back towards the wall. "We should just go back to sleep before we wake anyone else up."

Joypaw looked over at her brother, slowly slipping into Fatekit's nest. "Why are you crying? Did you have a bad dream to?" she murmured softly. She had her own nest now, but she didn't feel safe in it any longer. One thing was for sure, there was no way that she was going back to sleep after that.
Destinypaw's own dream had been interrupted by her sister's scream. Her eyes snapped open, and suddenly, relief was all that she felt. For a moment, she relished in the relief; whatever she had seen, the look in her mom's eye, it was all replaced by the blurry den. It took her a few moments of rapid blinking to be able to ground herself from the dream, but soon, the she-cat found herself glancing at her siblings. They were both upset. Had they all saw what I saw? The question seemed silly; how improbable was it that all three of them had experienced such horror? Her stomach churned, before she shakily found herself moving towards her siblings.
"What's... going on?" she meowed, her voice surprisingly anxious.

"I had a bad dream..." Joypaw whimpered curling up next to Fatepaw and licking at his cheeks "I think Fatepaw did to..." the little calico looked up for a moment to meet Destinypaw's face, seeing that she to seemed a little off "You to?!?" what were the odds that all three of them had such terrible nightmares on the same night?

Fatepaw sniffled and leaned into his sister when she settled down next to him. He didn't know how much he missed their old nest before this. He buried his nose into his sister's fur, and then looked up in shock when he heard Destinypaw wake. None of it made sense... what were the chances? "Did you?"
Joypaw nodded "It was terrible... but it was just a dream...." she murmured softly. She didn't want to believe what she had seen, the anger in her mothers eyes that she couldn't explain. The look alone was enough to terrify her. Much less the mean things that she had said and done.... "It wasn't real"
Vividpaw remained asleep. Her whiskers and paws were twitching ever so slightly, indicative that the small white she-cat was having a dream, but it didn't seem to be a bad one. In other words, she looked relatively peaceful and unbothered by her sibling's discussion.
