Yarepawn, the daughter of Foxstar and Deal, disappeared not long before Littlestar became leader. Most assumed she’d gotten herself into some trouble and died somewhere, but nay! She’s been out on a secret mission under the command of Foxstar herself: Bring SunClan more initiates. Yarepawn may have taken the mission a little too seriously, though, as she’s now been gone for the better part of two years and only just now made it back with quite the ménage of various cats in tow!
All of these adoptables are
extremely loyal to Yarepawn and look to her as their leader. Since they’ve been part of the same group for years, they trust her way more than they trust strangers like Littlestar and Soaringlight. To make matters worse for the current SunClan leadership, Yarepawn has made it very clear that she does not agree with the direction that SunClan is going and pushes for the ‘old ways’ (SunClan cats are the chosen ones, Everyone else are worthless, etc) that her mother, Foxstar, put into place.
NOTE: NONE OF THESE CHARACTERS ARE RELATED TO ONE ANOTHER, NOT EVEN THE KITS! This is truly a rag-tag group of misfits that Yarepawn glued together. Feel free to pick whatever zodiac you want for the apprentices & kits.

Initiates - Any cat that is Warrior age or older must start out as an Initiate per SunClan customs.
Flick (Rutabegablaze) - OPEN - A big, fluffy dark ginger tom cat with a booming laugh and an ever-present smile. His eyes are fiery amber with a scratch over his left one so long it starts at the base of his ear and ends beneath his jaw. He comes across as friendly but he’s a real snake in the grass that will turn on anyone the second they stop being useful to him. He respects physical strength above anything else and follows Yarepawn because she’s beat him in every fight he’s ever picked with her.
Edge (Swordglade) - OPEN - An oriental short-hair tom with deep amber eyes and an unusually long, skinny tail. He’s gray in color but darker at his points with very faint tabby tickling. Edge is… edgy. He’s upright, tense, anxious, the kind of jittery you’d expect of a person who had one too many cups of coffee. That being said, once he’s pushed to a certain extreme he becomes shockingly calm and is absolutely brutal in a fight. He follows Yarepawn because she promised him that the knowing Sun God would give him the courage to be strong all of the time.
Sugar (Paradisepromise) - GidgetGal - A buff and white tabby she-cat, longhaired, with one normal blue eye and one pale blue, cloudy eye that is almost completely blind due to a cataract. She’s an older cat and former kittypet with a very gentle, friendly disposition. She looks after the younger cats of the group, especially the kittens, and gets along great with pretty much everyone. She joined the group out of desperation as she was abandoned after her elderly twoleg died and she didn't’ know how to look after herself. Sugar is extremely trusting and believes that the Sun God will bring her happiness, just as Yarepawn has promised.
Sparky (Hyenatrick) - uniqcrim - He’s a gray-furred lykoi cat with big yellow eyes and a purr that sounds like a wolf’s growl. Sparky is very chipper, loud, always getting into things he shouldn’t be, a true trouble-maker although a bit of a coward whenever challenged directly. He is a scum-of-the-earth type of cat who hits on every she-cat that gets close enough to him and expects to get smacked for it. Yarepawn found him in a dumpster and told him that if she followed him to SunClan he would always have a fresh meal so long as his faith was sound.
Haven (Luckyday) - OPEN - A short-furred calico she-cat with one green eye and one yellow eye. She’s been a wandering rogue for her entire life but has never been hungry, wounded or otherwise gone without, somehow always finding a safe space to be right when she needed it. Because of this Haven is sort of entitled, expecting everyone else to do things for her which makes her annoying to be around for long periods of time. She’s super cute, though, and not above crying or using other manipulative tactics to get her way, and boy is she good at it. Haven joined Yarepawn’s group because she had heard of the Warrior Clans and was curious.
Risk (Daredelight) - ѕнαdow✩ - A short-furred brown tom with black classic tabby stripes and yellow-green eyes. He’s got a torn ear, some scars on his nose and scattered all over due to many bad decisions made in the past. Risk gets a thrill out of almost dying and loves to put his life on the line constantly. His hobbies include tempting dogs to chase him, running across the road right when a monster is coming, climbing to the top of the tallest tree, the list goes on. He joined Yarepawn’s group because she told him about SunClan’s territory and he couldn’t wait to try cliff diving.
Fang (Cinnabarbite) - OPEN - A pale gray she-cat with very faint, ripple-like tabby stripes. She’s almost entirely gray but has a few flashes of pale ginger scattered all over her pelt and a white blaze on her nose. Her eyes are a remarkably shade of amber-red but not her most notable feature as, you guessed it, she has unusually long fangs. Fang is an outspoken, feisty she-cat who says it how it is and holds back no punches. She grew up as an orphan in a cutthroat loner colony and learned how to be tough at a young age, so she can be a bit ruthless sometimes. That being said, Fang does have a heart and joined Yarepawn because she genuinely believes in her.
Widow (Gothicvictory) - ѕнαdow✩ - An all black she-cat with dark, almost black eyes and a black lacy collar. Her nose is black, her paws are black, even, somehow, her gums and tongue are a darker shade than the normal pink. Despite her collar she has never been a kittypet, always a rogue who wandered from place to place, but she has an eye for fashion and, you guessed it, dark colors. Widow is probably one of the more ruthless of Yarepawn’s group as she’s killed quite a few cats in her day and doesn’t seem bothered by it in the slightest. She joined the group because Yarepawn promised her a chance at power through SunClan.
Royal (Queenjasmine) - stealthybirb - A flame-point ragdoll she-cat with silvery gray eyes and a marking on her forehead that resembles a crown. Predictably Royal used to be a kittypet and a pampered one at that, but she didn’t like being told ‘No, you can’t go outside.’ So, the minute her twoleg left the door open, out she went, never to return. It turns out she wasn’t quite cut out for the feral life but couldn't find her way home and originally joined Yarepawn’s group out of desperation to find someone to take care of her. Royal doesn’t have any discernible skills and a difficult personality, but she’s got an eye for herbs and has become the group’s healer.
Dark (Nightcurrent) - Shadowbladeღ - A dark gray mackerel tabby tom with pale yellow eyes and an unusually long tail. He is the tall, dark and handsome type, definitely a heartthrob, who does not listen to any cat other than Yarepawn. She saved his life from being killed by a fox many, many moons ago and he pledged an undying loyalty to her ever since. Most cats give him a wide berth due to his stormcloud personality and sharp claws. In truth, though, he’s a very misunderstood tom who deeply wants more friends and a family but is terrible at communication and has a tendency to say exactly what’s on his mind without any filter.
ApprenticesViolentpaw (Violentdream) - OPEN - A flat-faced ebony persian mix she-cat with deep amber eyes that look red in the dark. She has ginger paws and a few mall patches on her stomach, making her look like she’s always just committed a murder which, honestly, maybe she has. Despite her elegance and unique beauty she almost never raises her voice and instead unsheathes her claws. Violentdream is, well, violent, and she doesn’t hold back, drawing blood and scarring her peers any time they don’t agree with her. The only cat she shows any semblance of respect to is Yarepawn, who took her under her wing as a kitten when her twolegs grew sick of her foul temper and abandoned her in the streets.
Guppypaw (Guppysplash) - Cleaver - A white-and-ginger tom with big, vibrant patches of classic tabby stripes that are patterned in a way that they almost look like scales. He’s got massive turquoise eyes and one ear that is permanently folded as a strange angle due to a birth defect, but it doesn’t affect him or his hearing, it just makes him look goofy. Guppysplash is a former kittypet who loves literally everyone he meets. In fact, he has a tendency to just throw himself at absolute strangers for hugs, which is how he met and joined Yarepawn’s group to begin with. He has no sense of personal space and is very easy to manipulate because he thinks everyone is trustworthy and his best friend.
Monsterpaw (Monsterfruit) - OPEN - A massive bengal she-cat with one amber eye and one golden eye. Her short and sleek fur highlights the scars covering her body, revealing the moons of abuse she had faced as a kitten due to a heartless mother who took her anger out of her. Monsterfruit was born a rogue to a single mother who left her to her litter to their own devices. The kits were often hungry and neglected and took it out on each other, always fighting and daring one another until Monsterfruit was the only one left. Her mother beat her within an inch of her life and left her to die. Yarepawn found her, nursed her back to health, and promised her a bright future under the Sun God’s skies. Monsterfruit may have the appearance of a haunted soul but she’s actually surprisingly gentle and desperately wants a friend.
Cupidpaw (Cupidprairie) - OPEN - A long-furred chocolate brown tom and baby blue eyes. He has a heart-shaped patch of white fur on his chest and a cinnamon colored stripe starting on his forward and ending at his tail tip that fades into the rest of his pelt. Cupidprairie is most definitely a handsome tom cat and he knows it, flirting with pretty much every cat he meets regardless of gender or relationship status. He surprisingly has a lot of success since he’s got that bad-boy, devilishly handsome style, and allegedly has left a string of kittens in his wake during Yarepawn’s travels. He joined Yarepawn’s group because she promised him all the cats in SunClan were hot and that flings were not only allowed but encouraged.
Dragonpaw (Dragonbone) - uniqcrim - A small, white-furred she-cat with sharp yellow eyes that stare right into your soul. She walks with a limp because one of her front paws was twisted into an unnatural angle in an accident when she was younger and originally joined Yarepawn’s group because she had been told SunClan had healers that could help her. She’s constantly in pain and looks it, but also has adapted pretty well to life on three good longs and one bad one, still managing to catch prey and hold her own in a fight despite it all. She’s surprisingly selfless and doesn’t eat unless she’s seen everyone else eat first.
Once Littlestar takes a look at her she will suggest amputation but it’s up to the roleplayer to decide if she’s going to go through with it or not.
KitsGalaxykit (Galaxythunder) - OPEN - A large dilute tortoiseshell she-cat with golden eyes. Her face is split perfectly in half, one side steely gray and the other a strawberry blonde tabby, twisting and swirling together in the middle like a galaxy in the making. This young she-cat has a booming voice and a lot of leadership qualities, although she’s extremely unpredictable, oscillating between a loud and friendly cat to a sarcastic and bitter without much warning, gender the suffix “thunder.” She was rescued aka stolen from a loner queen by Yarepawn, although she views she she-cat as her savior not her abductor, because Yarepawn has her convinced that her birth mother was evil.
Futurekit (Futuresketch) - OPEN - A black and white tuxedo tom with black patches over his eyes that look like surprised eyebrows. He has simple yellow eyes and a rather unassuming appearance, the type of cat who fades into the background and likes it that way. It’s not that he’s shy as much as it is, he's just awkward, always wording things strangely in ways that come across as off-putting when he’s just trying to be friendly. Yarepawn picked him up because he saw him playing by himself in an alleyway and using mud to paint beautiful murals on the walls. This kit is an artistic genius who Yarepawn plans to raise into her personal body paint artist. He very much looks forward to it and looks to Yarepawn as a mother more so than the other kits although she always tells him she’s just his friend and nothing more.
Crystalkit (Crystaljungle) - OPEN - A white she-cat with faint silver tabby stripes and intense pale green eyes that reflect everything she peers at like a mirror. Her plet is a long, wavy and certainly enviable, but tends to pick up twigs and leaves like velcro, much to her annoyance. Crystaljungle looks and acts like a princess, always walking with perfect posture, talking with maximum formality, and grooming herself to perfection. That being said, she is the first kit to jump into the unknown, the fearless and trusting type who wholeheartedly believes in the Sun God and knows he will protect her no matter what. She asked to join Yarepawn’s group after a fight with her father.
Viridiankit (Viridianisle) - OPEN - A blue-gray she-cat with viridian green eyes. She has very faint spotted tabby markings and a freckled pink nose and paw pads. She comes across as very average in skill and appearance, but she’s extremely reliable and always picked for leader by her peers. Viridianisle has a superpower known as empathy and is very down to earth and friendly. No one dislikes her and in fact many cats approach her for advice or to mediate disagreements because she’s just so good at it. That being said, Viridianisle feels very alone and isolated herself, acquaintance of many but close friends to few. She joined Yarepawn’s group because her mother abandoned her and she was starving.
Crocodilekit (Crododilepeach) - OPEN - A ginger tabby tom with half a tail and green eyes. This tom’s tail got bitten off by a dog because he bit the dog’s tail first which should more or less give you a strong indication of what kind of cat Crodocilepeach is. This tom will be super sweet, super cuddly, your very very best friend, then all of a sudden out of nowhere he will start biting and scratching you for no reason with no warning. He has really long fangs and knows exactly how to use them to cause you maximum discomfort. Crocodilepeach is not an evil, mean-spirited cat. The truth is that he has a sensory disorder and confuses physical affection with physical aggression. Yarepawn was the one who saved him from the dog and that’s why he’s here now.
