The Janus had finished doing her duties and was now walking back to camp with an intention of getting a bite to eat. After she would get her food perhaps she would go back out and enjoy what was left of the day. It was a nice rare moment when she was able to have some time to do fun stuff. Maybe she would explore and find something new...as long as she didn't attract trouble. Sometimes trouble found her though even when she desperately tries not to. Lilypool looked around giving a quick sweep of her surroundings with her shining blue eyes.
"Ah, Lilypool, right? I'll need you to settle an argument between Perfectstorm and I," Discordantmelody purred as she brushed up against the younger she-cat's side, her indigo eyes playful and mischievous as always. A few moments latter Perfectstorm appeared from the same direction she had come from, panting slightly with a big scowl on his face.
"Discordantmelody! You---!" He snapped before realizing Lilypool was there and he cut himself off with a dramatic sigh, "Are you really going to drag another cat into this!? It's embarrassing how stupid this is, you need---"
"Sh, sh, sh, my dear tom, sh, let Lilypool answer. Tell me," She looked the Janus directly in the eyes and said with absolutely seriousness, "Is a hotdog in a bun a sandwich?"

"A....hotdog? Uhhh Discordantmelody I have zero clue what that is or what you are talking about. If I were to guess even what that is...a dog that is hot...in a bun?....sandwich I know...ummm..." The she cat pondered this for a good long while and decided to just take a wild guess at it. "Sure we can say its a sandwhich, why not. I still don't know what it is and I hope to never come across it."
In a quieter voice she added for only Perfectstorm to hear, "Uh what was all this about anyway? I would love to know what I just got pulled into."
"Told you so." Discordantmelody purred with a big smile spreading across her face. She looked like the cat who finally got the canary, which of course only served to further enrage Perfectstorm, whose fur bristled when Lilypool unknowingly took the enemy's side.
"A hotdog is twoleg food and if you agree that a hotdog on a bun is a sandwich then---" Perfectstorm began only to be cut off by Discordantmelody.
"... Then, by that logic, a taco is also a sandwich."
"NO IT'S NOT! A TACO DOESN'T EVEN HAVE BUNS, A SANDWICH HAS TO HAVE BUNS! Right, Lilypool!?"
Clearly Perfectstorm had not really heard Lilypool's question - he was too wrapped up in whatever this argument was.

"Uh yes like Perfectstorm said...a sandwich should have buns or uh...bread?...in order to make it a sandwich. A taco does not in fact have that so it is therefore not a...sandwich." Or something like that, thought the Janus. How was she supposed to know what any of this was? She typically stayed far away from the twoleg place. If it weren't for the fact she was now somehow in the middle of this she would find this whole situation and conversation to be comical. Instead she was confused about what in the world was going on. What was going to be the next thing they would debate about?
"Taco shells and bread are made of the same plant, wheat, you can tell by its scent. One if just flatter than the other, allowing you to wrap it instead of use two to hold your food in place. At the end of the day they serve the same purpose, are made of the same materials and thus both create sandwiches," Discordantmelody purred confidently. Truth be told she couldn't have cared less if they were sandwiches or not. If Perfectstorm had argued that they were, she would have argued that they weren't. She just enjoyed arguing.
"I seriously cannot spend another minute with you. Just breathing the same air kills a braincell every minute," Perfectstorm sounded really tired. He was beginning to catch on to Discordantmelody's game, but wasn't quite at the point where he was willing to totally give up. Still, he figured distance was the way to go, and turned his attention onto Lilypool, "What are you doing today? I'll help you with that so long as she doesn't come with us."
